Very nice place! You get into the building, which looks good, but not too fancy. The staircase is not too welcoming, as well as the tiny elevator. But as soon as you get into your room you are in another world. Very modern, very clean, lots of space and beautiful furniture. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom really well equipped with an expensive rain shower plus normal one, as well as a nice bathtub. Huge TV and a kitchen with anything you need. We spent a great time there!

Nice clean place and easy to use thanks for the pin codes. You don't have to use keys. You'll got the codes at the first day via SMS and you can go to your room directly. No need to go to the reception. Smart. I really like it. Anyway the rooms are in very good condition. It contains everything that you need to make food or something.

I had a non-refundable booking that I had to cancel due to the pandemic. While I didn't stay at ADC I wanted to let others know that they waived their normal policy and cancelled straight away with no penalty. Well done! I hope I will get to Brno next year and I'll definitely stay here then.

Nice, clean place directly in center of Brno, but we expected a much more fancy look (like on advertising pics in the www), our apt looked old fashioned
