In short, though I enjoyed the overal experience, I was expecting a bit more. The style of this establishment indubitably gives an indication that this is a luxurious dining experience. I really liked the styling and the overal of the furniture and other design aspects of the place. Seating, though stylish, might provide certain discomfort for some (friend of mine, who mountains slightly over 2m had quite a problem sitting comfortably, since the chair was too narrow, perhaps a feature not to keep the diners for too long inside). The music was enhancing the overall experience. The staff was very professional and provided us with all the information necessary. The dishes I chose were palatable and the dessert mochi might have been the best one I had in Czechia. The most unpleasant part was when it came to paying. The discrepancy in prices between their web pages and what I had to pay were surprising. I was also charged for a different dessert than I ordered, which I brought to waiter's notice (I prefer being charged for what I order, I do highlight discrepancies even when I am charged erroneously less), to which he replied: "It is only XX crown difference." That I would not expect with this kind of establishment and I consider it unacceptable. I will visit this place again, but the unfortunate memory will stay with me (and hopefully not spoil the taste the next time).

I was so excited to try sushi from Mori restaurant, having read all the fantastic reviews on Google. Unfortunately, to my surprise, I got disappointed after eating the first piece of avocado maki. The avocado was old, had bad smell, tasted bitter. The other set of sushi I tried was of bad quality as well (Dragon rolls - the rice was horrible, again the old avocado and tons of cheap “crab” inside, cost 439czk). I ended up paying 1200czk for a very low quality food.

We visited this restaurant after it was recommended but a couple of friends that had been in the past. The food was really tasty even though I’m not a big fun of non traditional style sushi. The atmosphere was very nice as well with not very loud music and well decorated. The stuff was really friendly and fast. The facilities and the toilet in general was pretty clean so over all a nice place to go for a nice evening with friends. I will definitely visit the next time I’m in Brno.

Their service was superb, positioning of plates and presentation of food seem very important to them. Since it is very pricey, and they are a fine dining Japanese style restaurant, I am going to be very picky on the food. Their maki was good. My partner love their foiegras unagi roll. I personally think the foiegras was slightly overpowering so I could not taste the unagi. The tuna tataki and yakiudon was so-so. The udon was overcooked, so it was less chewy. The genmaicha was too weak for me, perhaps leaving the tea leaves in would help? The annoying part for me was the fact that they changed what was in the mori sashimi set without asking me. It is understandable if certain fresh ingredients are seasonal. If they are unavailable, for the standard of the restaurant, I felt it was crucial to ask the customer beforehand. Yes, they apologised and discounted later. But I ordered the dish for the swordfish belly, the tuna, the salmon belly and the uni. Out of 4, 3 were swapped out. Having said that, everything was very fresh. Salmon belly was amazing.

Great Japanese and Korean food. This was one of the best meals I have had in a long time! 😋 With the main dishes we also got the extra salads (small dishes). So it also felt like value for money. The pot of tea was a bit overpriced and not really worth it. I would recommend to just drink the free water provided.

Ugh very conflicted about this restaurant. The food was tasty but pricey. What bothered me more was we came in and where just looking to grab a quick dinner but not rushed. The restaurant was empty and they told us it was fully booked and send us away. We really wanted to eat there so I looked online and made a reservation for half an hour later and it got accepted. The servers were surprised when we came back and had a table. Kind of weird. Service was slow but friendly. Very pricey for Czech I would say. Maybe they don’t like tourists :(

The food was great. You gotta try the shrimp tempura. The server was very attentive. They have English menu, that was very helpful. This is the kind of place that you go once in a while or when someone else is paying for you. It is a pretty upscale place. A good one.

Nice setting, relaxed and attentive service. The price is very high for Hungary, so you expect a lot. The food doesn't quite deliver. They put the fish front and center, without much variation, which would work if it was top quality. But it was not, merely "okay", and thus the dishes don't quite hit home.

Everything was good. Waiter was very considerate and pleasant, 4 stars for him. -1 for toilet, it looked like unfinished renovation.

We have been looking for some good asian restaurant in Brno and found this one over tripadvisor or something else. We had some starters, sushi and and warm meal with beef slices. All was pretty good and the waitress was really helpfull which I always appreciate. I think that pricess are little bit high for the quality but it is worth visiting.

Nice Japanese and Korean restaurant. Good food and service, beautiful interior design. Bathrooms haven't been spotless, my wife complained, sometimes I am thankful to be nearsighted ;-)

Definitely the best sushi in Brno. But do not look up. "Mori" is a restaurant of Asian kitchen with slightly high prices. We offered daily menu for two persons plus green tea and unagi Maki. Food was amazingly tasty. Especially I like that they offer many side dishes, so you can try different kind of food from lots of small plates. Rice tea is out of any comparison. The restaurant is slightly hard to find. You can leave your jacket near the exit. Toilet is OK but I expected that it will be more clean. Waiter was nice and English-speaking. Nice inner design. BUT Very ugly ceiling, that spoils all the atmosphere. Please, repair the ceiling, and I will come back! Because food was amazing, I mean it.

In the back of a Shopping mall or 90s Ackade in Brno, we came across this fantastic little Japanese Restaurant. Quite unexpected the food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented plus the service was excellent Yes it can be a bit pricey but they do offer sushi lunch boxes during the week, we stayed at the hotel next door and went back twice!! Each time we were not disappoint.

Great food and really helpful waitress from our experience. All the food was tasty and plenty, and especially the Udon with beef for us was out of comparison, it was the best one what we had so far. We will really include this place for our future stays here. Prices are higher than usual, but they make up for it.

I had an amazing time at this restaurant! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed by the incredible environment and the friendly staff. They spoke great English and provided an English menu, which was really helpful. For starters, I tried the soups and I have to say that the Suimono was a real standout. The taste and flavor were amazing, and the fish inside was incredibly tasty. It's definitely a highly recommended dish. The Mandu kuk and Jeju soups were also good, although I personally didn't enjoy the Mandu kuk as much. Moving on to sushi, I ordered the Maguro maki, 63 Roll, and Tempura roll. The 63 Roll was the highlight of the meal for me - it was the best roll I've ever tried! The taste was incredible and the flavor was full and satisfying. The Maguro maki was also good, but the Tempura roll didn't impress me much. It had an interesting taste, but the frying made it too heavy and the spreads were too much. The environment of the restaurant was really incredible and calm. The decor was interesting and provided a great atmosphere. The only thing I would have preferred is more flowers. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who loves sushi or wants to try some great soups. The staff is incredible, the food is great, and the environment is welcoming and relaxing.

Was here on a Monday(lunch). We got 2 dishes from the daily menu with misu soups. Additionally to it, they brought us side dishes. Everything was delicious and the staff was very kind.
