We have booked an unlimited wellness stay with deluxe room for two nights. The wellness was OK, but the room was an absolute disaster. 1st of all, I've never seen a deluxe room in 4* hotel that is a double room with locked door in the middle and you can hear everything in the other room, without an armchair, where you can sit and read a book. Only two small broken chairs, that was barely able to hold my jeans and jacket withouth getting broken are included in this 350e per night room. No balcony and a bad smell in the room was also a surprise. Also paper-thin walls are worth to be mentioned here, you can hear everything that happens in the hall, in the next room, the room above.... 2. the AC did't work. there was a 26°C in our room during the day. and 25,5°C at 22:30, when we went to bed. We asked, and complained about that multiple times during our 2night stay. every time they told us, they will send/ have sent a technic worker to our room to check it. but nobody has ever show. after 4th or 5th complaint they started the heating in our room, and it could not be turned off from within the room. The temperature was 26°C at the moment. After I yelled on them trough the phone, if it is so complicated to turn on an AC? The AC started working, without a visit of a technician. Just like a miracle. Of course they turned it OFF after 15min. Because it was 8PM and the AC only worked in some intervals.... We tried to open the window to at least get the fresh air inside, but during the day an enormous number of ladybugs flew inside. it was like 10+bugs pre 2min. In the night there was a lot of noise and as it was late october the temerature outside went from 24°C to 9°C so you can imagine how comfortable was our sleep. The most outrageous is the comunication with the reception. They smile, they tell you they'll fix everything. But they just lying. Don't even try to help you. Oh boy, I've been to Mumbai-India and have better time getting something done at the hotel then in MAXIMUS. I felt like they are joking with me. 3. the situation in the shower. like for real? the temperature is oscilating around the value you set. You found the perfect temerature. but after a minute it went +5°C then -5°C then back to what you set and again every 1-2mins. So it has burning and freezing moments. All the time! at the morning, after lunch, after dinner. Don't understand if this was a problem only in my room, or how the ppl get shower at this hotel, do they don't mind getting burned ? The hotel is being fully booked on weekends and obviously the building is not sufficient for this capacity. The plumbing, the noise level in the room.... the ability to change your room when something happens with the technical stuff.... The hotel showed 0 effort to clarify this situation! I don't even know how is it possible to grant **** to a hotel like this... Just a small reminder from an unhappy guest: You should lower your rating, because it sets expectations too high. And than the reality check is by that much worse experience.

A nice opportunity to combine accommodation with visiting a spa center. The breakfast is nice! We ordered a few dishes from the evening menu (they looked good but the taste was ordinary and extremely salty). Wellness center is huge. Unfortunately, some of saunas are outside and it is too cold to move from one sauna from another one. Anyway, the level of service is very good. However, the massages could be a little bit better.

A luxury hotel that has fallen behind quality with poor food execution, watered-down cocktails, and cheap looking rooms. Children hired for cheap to work at the welness bar that limits the amount of drinks to 3 per person. They never mentioned this beforehand. The wellness is packed and very crowded. It is obvious this hotel cuts every corner to save money. The staff, however, is very nice and professional, but you can clearly see they are frustrated with the way things are managed.

+ • Nice area near lake in the outskirts of Brno • 13 unique Saunas and good pool selection • Decent breakfast buffee - • LOUD (90dB) unnotified drilling noises audible in room two out of two mornings during stay. From 06:00-10:00. (We got compensated with free spa entry which was appreciated) • No gym • No free pool entry -> Worth the price if you are only going for the spa/saunas. Not the place if you are after sports, great rooms/food/service. The spa area is of high quality. Good for a romantic trip.

Well, everything in the resort was fine, the rooms, the restaurant and the Spa & Wellness.. But I have something as a suggestion is not complaining or negative review.. The most important thing the resort is missed is that, a kid zone .. All the resort that's I stayed in around the world has kid zones, we are family with 2 kids, how we can use the wellness or spa and leave our kids in the room! My wife is pregnancy, I booked a special massage for her and I went out to did some works.. Our kids were waited her in the lobby 😅.. and regarding to the room services, I just noticed that, they only clean the bathroom ,changed the towels and arranged the beds,, They didn't clean the room our the seating area, even the dishes for the cups coffe they left them in the table,, As I said this is not a bad review, something better to fix,, Many thanks 🌷

I had quite mixed feelings from my stay at the hotel. The hotel itself was very nice in a good location and tasty breakfast. I was disappointed from the room. I stayed in a Standard double room that is located in the older part of the hotel. It was quite basic, much smaller than on the pictures and most importantly it was incredibly hot. There is no air conditioning in the room and it was not possible to leave the window/door open at night as the terrace is shared and easily accessible from the outside. I would recommend to consider this, if you want to go for this type of room.

I give -100 (minus 100) to this place. The worst service that I have ever got. It was not allowed for my child to use the facilities and the most interesting thing that happened is that you can not leave the spa without paying for it and going back with the same ticket. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Everything is fine apart from their bars and restaurants. Food is average at best and coffee and cocktails are simply terrible. They will charge with a smile a lot for things that barely have any taste and it feels like you are getting scraps.

Liked: The personal was exceptionally friendly, kind and helpful. The room was cleaned each day and the hotel as a whole was very clean in each corner. A great spa space! Many different saunas, resting-reading rooms, bars and a marvelous outdoor warm pool. Disliked: The location is far from the city. The breakfast's variety was medium minus and it hasn't changed during our 5 days of stay. No water drain hole in bathrooms floor! Any water going out from the shower must be drained with towels.

The resort itself is amazing. Saunas are great, great service, food, drinks. But: it’s not the first that I come there and I hear people in saunas talking extremely loud and not reacting to others asking them to be quiet. It’s happening more and more. I mentioned it on the reception also: perhaps it would be good to mention to people when they check-in, that saunas are are where they shouldn’t talk. Signs are there, but obviously they are not working. I realize that it has nothing to do with the resort itself, but it does ruin the experience. Please note to visitors, that saunas are the place where they should keep quite.

We had wonderful time there. The whole spa area is clean and thoughtful. Drinks are good and prices are low. Also visit the restaurant, they have great service. The waiter was just very service-minded and awesome! Because of him I give 4 stars instead of 2. One minus is reception. They didn’t provide any information about facilities, schedule or anything else. It got me pissed when the lady just gave us envelope and didn’t explain what to do next. There is 3 receptions and we were constantly sent to another reception to figure out what should we do next. Last thing when you order any type of service (we had massage plus bath for feet) always tell them so, because they will do minimum in spa for you. They didn’t give us bath for feet and when we said so lady said this is optional service and it was not necessity.

Definitely take 3+1 hour free for sauna world. You cannot enjoy all the types of saunas and beautiful resting space in 2 hours. Morning hours recommended. We visited 12-14 pm in June, some saunas were crowded, some empty. Thermal pools not crowded at the time also. Don’t avoid cooling pools, exceptional experience. The best saunas for us? Pink salt, citrus steam, alchemy, honey, wine sauna.

All good so far, except the really bad description from the receptionist about the shuttle bus - that i missed now. As a feedback from my side - in future when asked where the shuttlebus from the Hotel back to town is, you might not take out a huge map and tell the customer to go down the hill till the last parking, instead you could just say that the shuttle bus is on the hotel parking itself 30 seconds away and describe how the shuttle looks like - so the next one wont miss it, like i did now :)

Not a kid/family frienldly place. The Spa is not included and the rules for using the spa are strange, for example the daily ticket starts at 12 and can be used until 2pm next day, how is that a daily ticket per say?

The worst place that I have ever been. If it is possible to give -10 (minus ten) for the service probably that would be my choice. They have super strange rules and for everything that you want you have to pay extra. This is NOT a place where you can bring your children. NOT CHILD FRIENDLY HOTEL!!!

Bad: - I lost my new diamond and gold necklace in the thermal spa. They were not super helpful, even though i believe they tried. My review could be half star biased due to the loss and bad experience. - Hotel pillows were uncomfortable and of bad quality. - The massage was the worst ever. My husband had 30mins anti-stress massage by a lady, which was super light and bad techniques that he could not feel anything. Maybe the massage therapist was tired by the end of the day. I had infinity massage, which is slightly better, but I would not recommend. - Only two hot thermal spa areas, quite small and could be crowded in weekends. Good: - A lot of very interesting saunas, sauna rituals and large relaxing rooms. The atmosphere was great, very chilled and fun. - The reception of hotel were friendly. - The location was good. Surroundings were peaceful and private.

Pools were payable.. we did not know that before coming. They we're also open for public and not just for the hotel guests so they we're crowded. They say that they have a limit on how maney people can enter but they really don't.. you cant relax at all. Also the prices are crazy.. its around 20+ € for 2 hours per person. It would be better to just pay more while booking the room.. we have to keep chaching the clock not to over stay. Also the water is not clean since people are drinking in the water and they spilled drinks. Breakfast: stale, only small amount of options to chose from, no warm milk option. Rooms: air conditioning set to 23 and after changing to +3 resets regularly, terrace shared with multiple other rooms (no separation), hard bad, no sound isolation so all the time you could hear noises from other rooms or the hallway (even during the night). Personal: all the personal was really nice and friendly. All mails and initial contact is in Czech language even if provided language was English. Shuttle bus is not to the city but just a 5 min. ride to one of the tram stations that is around 20/30 min from the city center. When using the shuttle you can go further with the Tram. We used an app called sejf (sejf brno) to get an mobile ticket. There is no Information in Hotel how to get a ticket. We left a day early and they wanted us to pay for our stay even tho we paid over booking. We had a dog with us and for the animal you are supposed to pay at the property just the nights that they stay there, but we had to pay for all the nights even if he wasn't there. He only stayed for 2 nights.

A lifetime experience!!! Everything was amazing. Many saunas and steam rooms a beautiful pool indoor and out door. The massage and the balli bath were extraordinary and all the people working there very polite helpful and with a big smile in their faces. I couldn't ask for more and will definitely visit again. Congratulations to the management for providing us this life time experience

The resort is very luxurious, modern and good looking. The wellness includes large thermal pool, smaller massage thermal pool and one indoor jaccuzzi, with lots of loungers to lay on. The sauna world has around 10 various saunas (herbal, cave, lava, …) and is a very relaxing place. We’ve visited all of the saunas and were pretty thrilled with them. The accommodation is good, though we’ve been assigned a room with a view on the road and some external A/C units, which does not really correspond to the hotel price levels. The restaurant is just great, totally delicious dinner and the breakfasts served using open bar are probably the best we’ve ever been to. One smaller inconvenience was that we ordered picnic basket and could not take it to the wellness grass fields, though food is normally consumed there - this pretty much ruined the picnic experience altogether.

My review is only based on the Wellness itself. The facilities on offer here are outstanding, the service is also very good. The ceremony steals the show, it's fantastic. My only one gripe is that I came on Thursday 16th November and had the Club Sandwich, it was perfect! toasted bread and the hot and old ingredients added. When I came again on November 23rd the sandwich was put into the oven, meaning that all of the ingredients (including lettuce, tomato and Mayonnaise) were piping hot, which they shouldn't be. The establishment still deserves 5 stars none the less.
