Nice and big apartment. It's positioned near the store, pub and tram station. Owner was very helpful and responsive. We rented the locked parking place for 5€ per day, what is very reasonable price. He called us, after we leave the apartment and asked us if everything was ok.

Just returned after 3 night stay in 2 bedroom apartment, the apartment was clean and modern, kitchen has fridge..separate toilet is great idea if sharing, the bathroom had separate shower and bath. Only thing what was missing was a mirror in each bedroom only one was in bathroom,also free wifi.... The apartment was on main road which is busy,if your a light sleeper take ear plugs. Location not far from tram stop and bus stop 5 minute walk....10 minutes into centre brno on tram.

Don't bother staying here if you sleeping is your objective. The road noise is unbelievably loud from the rooms even with the windows closed. It is a very busy road and the number of cars doesn't decrease past midnight. The rooms are fair enough, but unless you sleep like a brick at night and aren't affected from noise, stay away and book elsewhere.

Es war sehr sauber, mit einem Guten Preis-Leistungs verhältnis und Es war sehr leise. Aber die Position war nicht besonders gut.

Das Restaurant liegt ganz nah am Hotel und da wir sehr lang unterwegs waren, bot es sich an. Von Aussen eher unscheinbar, aber der Service, auch für nicht Tschechen, war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war erstklassig und so günstig.
