One of our favorite parks and castles. It's a great way to spend time just to wake to the castle because walking there is a bit of a challenge, especially winter time.

Lovely park, really big nice walks and wasn't a steep as it looks ! Walked up to the castle is about 20 mins taking our time. Unfortunately when we got to the castle it was closed due to the ice and weather that day. Oh well, guess we will have to return ! Park itself was lovely, I'd especially in icy conditions so I can only imagine how amazing it is in summer ! Very well maintained, lovely view points of the city and lots of benches for a rest. If looking to pass time while in Brno I'd recommend visiting this park!

Před dvěmi dny tam jakýsi zjev vypustil pitbulla, jehož nebyl schopný přivolat, natož odchytit! Pitbull tam lítal, jak urvaný z řetězu, útočil na zdejší poníky, kteří se chudáci plašili... Když jsem ho seřvala, mladík mi nevinně sdělil, že nemůže psa chytit, protože ho neposlouchá 😤 K tomuto není co dodat. Pouze volat městskou policii. O víkendech se na Špilberk sjíždí celé Brno i okolí, jež samozřejmě doprovází hrstka vychovaných psů a horda otravných čoklů. Čili procházka tímto krásným, udržovaným a jinak velmi příjemným místem je pro slušné pejskaře opravdu riziková aktivita. Sama mám velmi dobře vychovaného psa, chodila jsem na "špilas" ráda, ale morálka zdejších debi.ů a jejich neschopnost ovládat svoje psy mne odrazuje. Stejně, jak synonymem Petrova je špína, tak synonymem Špilberku je psí výběh. A to je jedna velká katastrofa!
