Lovely quiet safe location, our villa was really private and spacious. Very comfy bed. Bathroom and bedroom were spotless. Easy to book online and staff were helpful at checkin check out. Uncomfortable lounge. The mould around the dining room windows on the wall and ceilings looks to be a long term problem. We closed the curtains for the duration. Blunt knives and cheap kitchen utensils etc meant we did not have the evening in that we planned so the kitchen was a wasted expense really. The on site restaurant is closed for the time being. But for a good sleep and a peaceful time, this place was great.

Nice rooms with big bathrooms that include a spa. There are shops and a great bar/cafe/restaurant within a 2 minute walk. Tennis courts and playgrounds for kids. It's right on the beach with spectacular views. 1.5 hour walk to busselton jetty. Great place

Top spot, tranquil, by the beach, eateries and bars nearby walking distance. Rooms are a little bland, and clinical (zero art on the walls) but they neat are clean. Good spot for kids, playground, heated indoor pool, lots of room. Good for families.

Rooms were very neat and clean. Towels, tissues, soaps were offered for each room. There was a refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. Few vessels in the kitchen, toaster, kettle. Swimming pool, play area. A private beach at the back of the resort. WiFi was not working in the resort even after continuous follow-up it did not work. Finally got a dongle a day before leaving.

Location is not far from the centre. Room is okay and resort is clean and well maintained. Few things we noticed ; 1. A microwave or toaster would be great. 2. Your wifi is not good. It is very intermittent. In the middle of watching a movie and it just disconnects. 3. Your toilet flusher needs to be fix. You have to push it so hard that I broke my nails. 4. Water heater has to be fix. It’s not hot! It’s warm.

We had an enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable stay at the resort. The room is large and a huge and comfortable bed. Villa is clean and well equipped. Very pleased with the ensuite for each room - good planning. Well done.

Although there's a bit problem about the room we have, the reception staff manage to to move us to different room & we got a bottle of red wine for compliment. Our room is new renovated & clean. Will be nice the house keeping clean our room when we back from sight seeing & tired. Most of the hotel facilities are very nice, many sport activities venue & heated swimming pool also walk to beach.

Simple but decent accommodation for a night. The rooms are not flash but they are clean albeit a little outdated and stained carpet. WIFI is not great and I wish they had smart TVs so you could watch Netflix but comfortable bed and good shower pressure. Note that not all rooms are close to the car park. So if you have mobility issues, you are best to make a special request to be close to the car park. It's not too far away but if you have quite a bit to bring in, it could be a challenge to the mobility impaired.

Excellent villas. All rooms had onsuites. Spacious. Washing machine and drier in villa. Ample parking. Parking for the boat was a massive bonus. Only 1 star marked off for the service, the folder provided inside the villa had a menu and opening times for a restaurant. There no longer is a restaurant at the resort. Make sure you plan accordingly as most eateries nearby close from 8PM. Breakfast spots nearby open from 8am and some 10am. Other than that small hiccup. Very happy with facilities and staff were very helpful.

This is our third time here and we love it. The 3 bedroom villas are great for families. Large rooms, well equipped kitchen and clean and tidy. The kids love the pool, tennis and space to walk and ride around, feeling safe and secure. We will be back!

Nice, clean and spacious 2 bedroom villa. Has everyhting needed, from cutlery to dust pan, microwave, washer and dryer, pot and pans, toaster and kettle, just great!! Love the indoor heated swimming pool, easy access to the beach, great cafes and restaurants nearby.

The resort has a beautiful garden like campus, at late evening or early morning you can spot some rabbits and ducklings, which a very cute, and it has a small but warm indoor pool, plus a couple of beach volleyball courts, the rear door directly leads to the bay track and beach. But in our room was a bit disappointing, wifi could not be connected, and 4G reception was poor, their website says our room (studio villa) has a kitchenette to prepare a simple dinner, but it turned out to be just a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. The floor plan of the room felt a bit weird has well.

I love it here been coming here for work and remember holidays here as a kid. Cheap rooms, clean and friendly staff. They always leave a letter and wine on my return. I only stay here when in town unless booked out. Thanks for your great customer service!!!

Great location with short walk & easy access to the beach. A short drive to surrounding towns and food places. The facilities here are faultless - clean and tidy. Also very comfortable living space, we all slept very well. Lots of activities to do onsite as well, so would suit families of all ages.

Poor overall experience. The room was opposite the VERY BUSY and VERY NOISY Bussell Highway - hardly a “relaxing” getaway with the constant hum of cars and cars screeching to exit turns nearby. The room itself was fine albeit dared very 1990s in Style. The promised “outdoor patio” does not exist. The fridge is really noisy. The furniture was worn with flecks coming off. The switches weren’t properly santized per COVID protocols the resort says it does. The bathroom was dirty with clear smear marks, fungus / mould growth. There are various chips and stains across the walls etc. avoid this property at all costs.

Great location, rooms okay. We stayed in the studio villa with a 9 month old, definitely was not ideal. Should have booked a two bedroom apartment instead. Disappointed that the resort “does not accept cash” but charges 10% plus for using card so for two nights, we paid an additional $45 or so. Daylight robbery. Otherwise, okay stay. Pool is indoors, small, can’t imagine using it during the busier periods.

We stayed for 4 nights with my partner. Got a very good deal at Reception for an accomodation with 2 bedrooms. It was clean, super comfy and the park itself was nice.

Was a great place I had stayed there some times before but never in a studio room. The studio room didn’t have a spatula or stove which made it hard to cook kinda forcing us to eat out a lot. Some of bbqs had ran out of gas and the ones that had working gas had no spatula so we couldn’t even cook the food. Overall was great the room was very clean and the tv even had Netflix.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, which included one bathroom, lounge, dinning area, and a kitchen. The washing machine and dryer are in the bathroom as well. The villa was clean and spacious. The carpets looked a bit old and probably need changing soon, but it was clean! We probably would have preferred two bathrooms. There are a lot of activities to keep kids busy and happy - indoor pool, tennis court, beach, play area, etc.

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Big, clean and comfortable villas. Lovely grounds with plenty of room for children to play. Mini golf, tennis courts, a big indoor swimming pool and right on the beach.

Perfectly location. Plenty of room between villas so that you didn't feel like you were so close to your neighbours. Our villa was spacious, well appointed and very clean. We loved our stay. The grounds a well cared for and once again plenty of room. Access to the beach is great. All the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. We recommend Bayview and look forward to our next stay.

Great location right on beach surrounded by peppy trees. Loved the individual villas. Very basic amenities in the room but the location made up for it. Off peak booking was a wise choice. Don't come here for service. You are basically on your own. Had to go into town for meals as only two basic restaurants in walking distance at neighbouring resorts. The free range.ducks and rabbits were a bonus. There are a range of activities which are all extra charges.

Even considering it was a high demand period and we made booking about 7weeks in advance, the price we paid was almost like paying for 4.5 stars hotel for a 3 star hotel. Our studio unit was clean and had all the necessary amenities but lacked room service or even an offer to restock room amenities or new towels during our 4 night stay. It is a good resort for family with young ones as there is good facilities to keep the little ones entertained and had easy access to the beach. The unit walls were quite thin though so could hear our neighbours and noise, so not the best for a quiet relaxing couples retreat. In our experience, there was no flexibility with check-in or check-out requests.

We always like it here. They've renovated the grounds since last visit.. playgrounds for kids, the pool, a putt-around golf course. It's a great location and offers a good degree of privacy between villas.

Place was clean and spacious. Easy to park and find the accommodation. Restaurant wasn't open so had to drive to get dinner. Was a work stay, so it was disappointing the internet wasn't working as we had heaps to get done. Great for fun weekend but not suitable for a work trip.

They have had a makeover since we last stayed here which is good but the tiles they put in the bathroom were extremely slippery when wet. There were no grab rails in either the shower or bathroom and the young and elderly might find it difficult. Also the water pressure isn't that great. They have also closed down the restaurant for breakfast so you either have to cook your own in the villa or go out and buy it.

My family had a wonderful stay at Bayview Geographe Resort. The rooms sizes were huge, the indoor pool was fantastic for the kids and a quick walk to the beach was super easy with 3 little kids. Thanks for a great stay, we highly recommend.

So sorryfor the mistake 😕, yes I did stay one night with you, under my friends name, before travelling on to Albany. You do have lovely cottages as well beautiful layout like living units, shame we couldn't stay a bit longer. Was very relaxing and peaceful . Would recommend staying there again. Very clean and comfortable and still give you 5 star ratings. 🌟

I have stayed at these Villas 2 times now, once with a family members and once with my partner and both times it was amazing, even the difference in rooms from a 3 bedroom to a studio is still good. Love that it is so close to the beach as my family are big beach and surfing people and the heated pool :) thank you to amazing staff aswell who are always happy to greet us when we get there.

Stayed for two nights after spending four nights being spoiled at the Aqua Resort. Probably should have done it the other way around. Our stand alone villa was very clean throughout, with a small fridge and kitchen area and a very good TV. We don't particularly like enclosed swimming pools, (which is located not far from the beach) but the kids using it seemed very happy. It has a good beachfront area, but be careful when crossing the path from the resort to beach. Lots of bike nuts flying along the pathway. Was bit of a distance between our car parking spot to our villa door. Wouldn't be much fun if pouring with rain, trying to load and unload the car. There are villas closer to parking spots, so perhaps request these when booking. Overall a fairly nice place to stay.

Could not be happier! Family of 6 we stayed in the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa that came with a TV in each room, Internet, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and ironing boards, it met our every needs. The indoor pool was lovely and great how it was so close to the beach! Resort provided a lot of entertainment like mini golf, restaurant, tennis and beach volleyball. Only thing I would have to give feedback on was maybe adding a carpet into the main living area to warm it up, but that’s picking it down to the bone. It was very close to the main area of Busselton and a short beach walk to a pub nearby. We will definitely be back, thank you for your hospitality!!

Beautiful location - grounds with large shady trees and great access to the beach. Excellent place to stay for families, but also private and quiet enough for a couples get-away. Amenities were clean and tidy and room had everything we needed. Staff were informative and friendly. Although it is about ten minutes drive from the Busselton centre, there are plenty of eating places and general shops for all requirements. Definitely recommend a stay there.

I booked for a group of 25 ladies to share 5 villas for 5 nights. Lynne made the whole process work like clockwork from initial booking to checking in. The villas had the best configuration with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and plenty of room to move. I requested the villas be located near each other which they were so we could socialise easily and our evening sundowners at each villa were perfect. A midweek clean and refresh of towels and linen was unexpected and very welcome. The location on the beach, close to cafes, and amongst shady trees is perfect and the pool area is lovely. We had a great time and will be back….thank you.

Without doubt the best value for holiday money we have experienced. The grounds are beautiful and serene. The indoor swimming pool is a delight and a beautiful sheltered beach is literally just outside the fence. The facilities were very clean. The beds were comfortable. EVERY staff member we met was helpful, happy and friendly. We could not recommend Bayview too highly. Best holiday experience and value for money we have had.
