I was brought here for mother's day and it was a really nice quiet location, jacuzzi, indoor pool, an excluded area to BBQ which we got to use and enjoy to ourselves. Lowkey with a twist of luxury and privacy even on mother's day weekend 😁

This is a newer building, new clean look and style. Room was a perfect size with full refrigerator, 2 burner stove, fireplace (off for season I think) dishwasher, silverware for 4, desk, couch and more. I messed up with my reservations for 1 vs 2 and called me to ask why.. That was embarrassing but they were good with it. Breakfast was very good with common items of cereal, waffles, yogurt, and more. Young man was making waffles for a couple sr folks and was clean area. Front desk was okay the gal did her job well, small smiles and not an overwhelming talker (might be nice for some folks) I'd stay again

First floor, lobby area, elevators have very strong smoke odor. Room we got was smoked in, it was on the first floor as well. After I complained about smoke odor in our room, we were upgraded to a bigger room on the third floor. It did not have smoke odor. I was not invited to complimentary breakfast like the guest who was checked in after me. It is a small thing, we skipped it anyway due to the odor in the lobby, but it definitely did not make me feel welcomed.

I stayed here once several years ago and it was great. However, based on my experience last weekend, it has gone downhill. The first room I was given on the third floor had a strong odor of cigarette smoke, or maybe cannabis. They transferred me to a room on the first floor that was better, but the bedding and drapes smelled like stale cigarette smoke. There was a faint odor of smoke in the hallways, too. I would not stay here again and it is clearly not up to Marriott standards.

Great stay. A few glitches but management worked everything out quickly! Clean pool and jacuzzi. Thanks to the manager who took seriously a complaint about a man who was inappropriate in the pool area. My daughter and I felt very safe during our stay.

Didn’t get pictures. We had some frozen pipe issues and had to stay last minute overnight. Beautiful place. I will be coming back for a weekend getaway even though I’m only 10 min from it lol

Nice clean rooms. Close to our corporate office. Had breakfast on-site for free.

Me and my fiance stayed there because his truck was at Kenworth being worked on and they recommend the hotel to us well our first night we had a visitor that we didn't really want I called him Stewart Little 🐭🐭🐭🐭 when we went down to inform the front desk all they did was give us 2 sticky boards and told us to catch it out selfs. Yes the room was nice but if I wanted to work for a pest control I would go work there on my own

The room smelled like a wet dog. Mold is on the shower and under the soap dish. The floor in the bathroom wasn't cleaned. We had two sleepless nights. We were on the 3rd floor close to the outside patio. Our last night there was a group there drinking until 4am, talking loud and yelling. I called the front desk, and nothing was done.

Clean room, plenty of space. Good breakfast too! Staff was friendly with restaurant recommendations, which included basically the one place: Brack's. Was good too!

Stayed here over the weekend to see my daughter for Stonehill college Family weekend We have stayed here a few times before for stonehill events our daughter plays soccer so we come up quite often Nick the front desk worker greeted us by name with a welcome back β€œKyle and Jen are u here for family weekend?” On our first night we had an issue with 1 of the TVs in our room (we had 2) Nick came right up and worked for about 15 mins trying to fix He was unsuccessful and apologized A few minutes later an apology note with some snacks and a ice-cream I hinted at to my husband during check in appeared this was absolutely not needed but definitely enjoyed the Tv was fixed next morning and the rest of the stay was delightful

Beyond my expectations, the room was huge with everything i would need to stay here for a month! The service was top notch with a special thank you to Jim, who helped me find some of my favorites for breakfast, and even went out of his way to provide me with a ride across the street to work!!

Darren at the front desk needs to be retrained. The room my husband and I stayed in had an awful smell even when we opened the windows to air it out. Bathtub and shower curtain had molds.

Location is great for Stonehill College. Special thanks to Nick at the front desk! He fixed our issue with the room and then brought us a note with snacks.
