    ❌❌The people work inside they know the friendly I buy coffee from inside and I want to use the restroom they say no restroom here they make the restroom only for the stuff working Dunkin Donuts so I am not happy with them❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌

    I came here to get a quick coffee and a Haitian man was talking to the manager he was Haitian as well they was talking for 16 minutes while I was in line. This was unacceptable. I was mad but the guy apologized and the manager did not part his crusty lips to say anything

    One question do you want coffee are you in New England all right then you answer is you should go to a Duncan overall this Duncan is extremely delicious and really well kept so out of most of the duncans that have in Rhode Island or that I've been to this is probably one of my favorite ones good not just because I look closer the staff here just amazing

    I miss the old Dunkin' donuts when the croissant sandwiches were actually cooked thoroughly. I miss the cooladas. when they were actually made correctly. I don't normally go to Dunkin but when I do I grab the stuff mini bites and they're easy to eat.

    The coffees weren't mixed so there was syrup and sugar in a pool at the bottom, they got the order wrong 3 times, they didn't have much donuts so I ordered the 2 Boston Kreme they had left and the few munchkins they had. I was charged for 4 coffees instead of 3, and for 2 donuts that weren't even in the bag with the 5 munchkins. Weekend afternoon shift need training. Rosa who always worked in the morning was and forever will be the best coffee slingin gal alive. And she's a sweetheart to boot!

    Unlike many Dunkin locations this one did not burn the espresso in my macchiato this morning so my drink was delicious this morning which I was happy about. My only complaint is that they mislabeled my coffee as original when it should have been decaf, so I had to go back around and wait in the line all over again to tell them of the error and get a replacement but when we finally got to the window the girl said she definitely made it decaf it was just mislabeled on the cup... So it was a big waste of time for (hopefully) nothing, but I'm not even sure I trust that it's decaf... So that was really frustrating. Please take better care to properly label drinks because people like me who need to avoid caffeine really depend on that label being accurate!

    By far the worst dunkin I've ever been to. Like 6 employees at all times and half of them are never doing anything. Supervisor was very not in control of the place and would not help any employees that were asking her questions

    Shop was spotless so clean but store only had 2 workers doing everything when I went in took a while to get my 2 drinks and a donut. Then homeless man came inside and started asking people inside for money or buy him things.

    I go here daily. Normally I have great service. Most of the staff know me. Today I don't know if it was due to new employees or what, but every thing I asked for I was told we don't have it or we don't carry that at our store anymore. I asked for a refresher with coconut milk and was told we don't make that anymore. I bought one 2 days ago. the lady seemed annoyed because I asked since when?. The morning and mid shift staff are great. Just not sure about the afternoon staff. I will still go here because it is part of my daily routine. I'll just make sure to go early.

    Rudest drive through operator I’ve ever had to deal with. Would give one star but 2 stars because a different lady was at the window and was very kind, she also gave me a large coffee instead of a medium to save face which I did appreciate but still wish I didn’t go through here
