Extremely unprofessional! The pictures look great online, but when I called, I spoke to a young lady, who was blasting reggae music in the background, I could barely hear her, and her responses were beyond business appropriate. At first, I thought I called the wrong place, as she didn't indicate it was Santana's I was speaking to. If I'm going to spend any money, especially for anything over $1000+ for any function, I'm expecting that from the very first interaction, I will be appeased with the service. That was not the case with this situation. First impressions are everything, and unfortunately, based on the initial point of contact, we will be taking our thousands somewhere else. I'm not saying this will be the same for everyone, but it was certainly the case for us.

Bad service. 1 line close to the door for buffet style that their staff serves you. They serve you very small portions & it took for ever. Only 5 options, pastel, 1 dinner roll (was under baked) salad, rice, beans with a little bit of cabbage & carrots, chicken or fish. You weren't allowed to go back up for seconds. Party started @7pm & they started to form the line @9:00pm. The tables were too close to each other that people kept bumping into each other in order to pass. Be considerate that people have been all day preparing for a party that they most likely didn't eat all day saving their appetite for the party. They need at least 2 lines for a buffet (self service) more options, pastels & breads (butter) should be at the tables before you announce people they can head over to the buffet Or you can actually serve table side instead of staff serving the buffet. Expensive place to rent & cheap food & service. 2nd time there & my last. Not worth the headache unless they improve.

I went in there to rent the place first the lady was Bolzano nueza whatever her name was rude made me feel like I couldn’t afford the place. So they make you buy 200 plates even if you intend to have 100 peoples ypur event plates are 14 to 25 plus tax and they want you to still pay 1800 or 1300 for the venue so basically they’re rude and they try to extort you smh they messed up bad I will let everyone know never to go there then they told me their keeping my 500$ deposit I can’t wait til they go out of business so I can buy it they are never open anyways I see why smh Santana club you guys suck

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! they are very rude and like things to be done their way. They talk to you like your some sort of trash and don’t like to clean!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND🙂

I was mildly surprised on how beautiful the presentation was during a family event I was unaware and how much effort was put in making our family feel comfortable and special. I gave it a five-star rating because that's exactly what they deserve they were well prepared and extremely professional with dealing with a group that is the largest hours.

I know we all work hard for the little money that we have. But these people must think ur drunk when you come to the bar to order something. Well that happened bought 2 drinks for adults. And 2 kids drinks 28dlrs. I say BYOB it means bring ur own bottle. Other than that I guess you could say ok.

Tried this place once with a friend and I am addicted since then. I like the good vibes and delicious food and beverages. Highly recommended.

Great place to go good environment service was very well prices ain't so bad food was delicious they do have parking spots how many vehicles in a good amount of seating from to would definitely recommend it
