    Utterly incompetent drive thru. I spent roughly 30 minutes in line this morning. I figured it was mainly the fault of customers with large complex orders, but it turns out that wasn't the problem. When I finally made it to the window, they gave me my coffee and said my breakfast sandwich would be right out. I sat there waiting for 5 minutes, watching two employees on the other side of the window talking and laughing the entire time not doing anything, with a massive line of cars behind me. After 5 minutes I just left, completely unacceptable service I'll never visit this location again.

    This Starbucks is amazing! Great hours, spacious, good customer service. The 4 stars instead of 5 is mainly because of the enterprise itself. Nothing to do with the specific location. The drinks are much too sweet! Idk if it’s cuz I’ve gotten older, but I used to work at Starbucks in college, and I don’t remember ever having an issue with the original drink recipes. But now I have to ask for half the sugar/pumps because the specialty drinks are like diabetes in a cup otherwise lol. I love a good sweet, fairly-indulgent holiday drink, but it feels like they are out to kill us with how much sugar goes into these recipes. Starbucks prices are also a tad hefty. ANYWAY, love the Belmont St. Starbucks, thank y’all very much!

    They are always behind on their mobile orders. The estimated wait times are never never accurate and are usually backed up by 20 minutes.

    I am very disappointed, I always go to this location and there is always something wrong. Lady today was very distracted talking and laughing with her coworkers. Messed up my order twice, was adding extra items, I asked for frozen dragon fruit lemonade, gave me regular, charged me extra items.

    45 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order had to finally go in. Drinks were melted ask to remake they said they would. Another 25 minutes still not done the girl screams we have other orders go get a refund and get out!

    If I could give this location zero stars I would. Took them almost an hour to complete my mobile order, I watched other people walk in well after me receive their order and leave. When I said something I was very rudely told “it’s coming” the girl asked me what me order was I told her, she made my macchiato wrong and when I told her it was wrong she tried to tell me “it’s a macchiato” I managed Dunkin for 8 years I know what a macchiato is. When I asked for a manager suddenly 2 out of my 5 drinks showed up. Still took the manager almost 10 mins to come see what I wanted then when I told her “I have been standing here waiting for 45 mins for my order” she said “ok and what do you want me to do?” Ummmm MANAGE your crew, make sure orders are being completed together and make my drinks properly. I would NEVER set foot in this location again. I didn’t even ask for my $35 back I just wanted my drinks. I ended up late for work with one of the worst coffees I’ve ever had.

    Beverages & snacks are good, the seating is comfy but the whole place is filthy. Tables, chairs, counters, floors. All were covered with food & spilled drinks. Gross.

    Ordered my drink at the drive through, waited 25 minutes in line. Finally got to the window and they never put my order in. They finally got me my two drinks and they rushed so badly they forgot to shake up one of them and then the other one they made wrong. Happens all the time at this location

    I want to say all the staff here are terrific I went in this morning and kinda was trying to recreate a drink o got in Disney although I didn’t do a good job the girls that helped me put up with me and were friendly and even helped me out . I didn’t feel rushed or like they were aggravated to move me along to get me out they were sincerely nice . Great customer service at this location . Thank u a lot

    Terrible service with Uber Eats the baristas do not pay attention to the stickers. I have even called to verify my order and it still shows up made incorrectly, I was told to contact Uber Eats but they're not the ones MAKING my coffee. Get it together. They charge extra for everything on the app but not instite so I want what I pay for. Back to Dunkin. Westgate drive is the same.

    Staff is nice. But the service is slow. Slow motion it feels like waiting for your drink. Slowest drive through I’ve ever been through. The lids they use for the drinks also do not fit- which makes things very tricky while driving. Drink was correct though!

    This Starbucks has been my best !! I go almost everyday sometimes more than one day . There is one young lady works there , she remembers my name , greeting me with my name everytime ! She makes my day smiling and happy when she’s there . Wonderful customer service ! Thank you ❤️🙏

    Update: New staff over the last 6 months! Not sure if there’s a new manager or if the location got multiple complaints - but the drinks have gotten significantly better. Once in a blue moon I’ll get one that’s not made well, but that happens. Super friendly staff once again! The online app isn’t always turned on, there’s been mornings when we want to order ahead and they don’t give you the option to do so, or have all breakfast items listed as unavailable, which isn’t ideal when you’re rushing but I had to come on and say that there’s been lots of improvement over all :) Old review: (3 stars) This location has been one of my favorites since I moved to the area a few years ago. My coffees, the two or three that I always order on repeat, have always been made perfectly - until recently. Not sure what changed this summer but I’ve had to return multiple drinks back and even though for the most part they are kind and make me a new drink - It always tastes horrible. Once I returned the same drink three times and I’m not the type to do so easily, I hate returning orders it’s very awkward for me. So today after yet another order was “remade” and returned to me and still tasted nothing like what it’s supposed to, I’ve decided to drive further away to a different location from now on. I’ve thrown away way too much money at this location this summer. Sadly, their staff does not know how to make drinks.

    Ordered ahead and arrived to find that I could only pick up my order via the drive-thru. The drive-thru had at least a ten car line up. I phoned and the staff was very apologetic and nice as they are were under staffed and couldn’t open the cafe. It makes no sense to me that you would have order ahead and only drive-thru. If you have order ahead - you should have a separate space for pick-up. I have a 2 year old and one year old and have been waiting 12 minutes in the drive-thru to pick up my order ahead. I still have four cars in front of me. Have a staff member asking names in the drive thru and be a runner. Run drinks out. Have a table right when you enter the cafe for people to do pick up. Don’t allow order ahead of people can only wait in the drive-thru to get their drink.

    Service was quick, friendly. I got a small hot coffee light/sweet. Dined in so I could use an outlet to charge my phone. I sat in one of the cushion chairs near the windows. This is the cleanest Starbucks that I have been in since visiting Massachusetts. I used the restroom and that also was very clean.

    They were horrible, the service was horrible and they were not nice. They had no frappe, like what? The place looked dirty and they got my drink wrong multiple times. They were slacking and had no clue on what to do. It would be nice if they could step it up.

    In most starbucks the person who rings you up gets your pike since it is normally alreafmade. Here you got wait 10 to 15 minutes.
