The staff here is consistently so rude and the order is messed up every time. An incorrect order is not a big deal, but its the way the staff deals with it that is so frustrating. Terrible attitude every single time.

I Waited 10 mn for my bacon egg and chess. Plus everyone who got there before me got their food first… and when I told the manager she give me an attitude… Terrible

Just like one of the latest reviewer on here said, This place is not what it used to be! Coffee is burned, watery, Food burned the workers just dont care about anything. Even when i politely ask to be remade they give you horrible attitude. I gived up going there, going to a diffrent dunking now.

Went thru drive thru, ordered 2 ice coffees, they asked us to pull around front to wait… After almost 10 minutes I went in to get my my order, they hadn’t even started making it and I asked for a refund, which they cannot do when the manager isn’t there. It took them almost ten more minutes to make my order after that. The people working could have cared less, they had no concern for customer service,

I love going to Dunkin' Donuts the people have very good manners and always respect people they always smile and greet customers very well I like going there I will share this to my good friends and family

Got to the drive thru employee's sounded like they were parting, Got a bagel and they didn't put the cream cheese but had me pull up and wait for my food. bad service.

I went here on Tuesday night. There were 2 young men working behind the counter. They were very professional and acted like complete gentlemen. I appreciate when I see young people working and doing a good job. I would definitely recommend this place.

Under staffed waited 35 min and the way it is set up took another 20 mins just to get my car out the parking lot to leave because drive thru blocks u in

This place is not what it used to be 5 years ago, even 3 yard ago. The workers just don’t care about anything never mind your food. Coffee taste watery, hash browns hard and burned if not, half way warmed up and the center cold….stay home and shut this place down. The employee turn over, it’s insane, that should tell you enough! SHUT IT DOWN!!!! Go to the one behind the police station, #1

Worst dunkin my fiancee and our friend and I came here on saturday 6/18 and the lady at the register wasn't listing to anything I was saying I wanted and she did it with my fiancee to and it was so loud at this dunkin to I will not be coming back to this dunkin

MY COFFEE WAS MADE EXCELLENT, HAD ME WISHING I GOT 2. THEY HAD THE FLAVORS I WAS LOOKING FOR, TOOK MY ORDER CORRECTLY, AND GAVE ME A BOMB 💣💣💣ASS COFFEE. DEFINITELY A A+++.
