    Save your time and your money. I ordered a crunchwrap the other day (a normal fav) that was barely anything more than the tortilla. Sadly, this wasn't the 1st time. I should have learned my lesson by now. Take my advice and go elsewhere. I ordered it with all the ingredients...apparently most were just missing.

    I went through the drive thru a few days ago. The person who took the order was polite. I have no issues with the employee. When I got my food though an item was missing and the tacos were almost empty. I saw a few other reviews on here saying the same thing. I'm almost sure the franchise owner is training employees to barely use meat in the food to cut costs. That's absolutely sad and wrong. I attached pics. If you can avoid this place go elsewhere. I live 26 mi away from here & only stopped because there's not another 1 on my way home. Definitely not going back.

    Classic Taco Bell! Food was what you expect. And unlike all of the internet memes it did not give me gastrointestinal distress. The only reason I give them four stars for the food is because they took away my favorite menu item, the grilled stuffed burrito! Bring back the classics Taco Bell, you won't go wrong!

    I've gone to this taco bell for 5 years and I've never experienced this. The drive thru service was fast and friendly. But, I ordered a 3 crunchy taco combo and all of my tacos had about a tablespoon of meat in them. These tacos were all shell. Thinking about looking into a refund or something. This is disappointing.

    I got a Beefy Melt Burrito from here and opened it up to make sure everything was right and found the longest brown hair in my burrito. I don't understand how you don't catch that. Absolutely disgusting, who knows how many times they do this. I'm apalled. Never going here again. Don't make the same mistake I did.

    Soft tacos are always soggy Everything else is made sloppy and they're too stupid to put the correct food in the correct rapper With the amount of money spent on gas their price for food and gas spent in time taking it back you're better off making your own

    The oil in the crust of the Mexican pizzas my husband brought home to me this afternoon was rancid. I noticed a strong off smell as soon as I opened the boxes. I tried, but I could not eat them. I ended up throwing both pizzas away since the roads are very hazardous from sleet today and I don't want my husband risking life and limb to rectify the situation. What a waste of money!

    The lady at the front counter was super sweet super nice very knowledgeable. I’m glad my wife and I got to eat there. First time trying the Mexican pizza I was really impressed with it. I loved it.

    Overall the food is very poor quality. Usually this location does decent, but it’s beginning to decline rapidly. Food is soggy and overall extremely gross. It seems like it was made an hour before I received it. I believe the quality is better during the day but the evening shift is total opposite.

    Placed a large mobile order for pick for 12:30. I got there and of course it was not ready. They said that the order came across a different screen and they didn’t know it was there. I finally got my order at 12:52. As I was walking away I overheard the employee mocking me “it’s only 30 minutes late”. I Will not be back. Very very rude customer service.

    Ordered two burritos, received one. Ordered 12 pack of Cinnabon and half are cold and half are cooked. Save your money and go to one of the other 30 places to eat within a mile.
