I paid $100 for nails and toes on Tuesday. I came back Wednesday to get my 2 thumb nails fixed because the dip had cracked and I didn’t want to risk breaking my real nails. When I walked in and announced that I needed a nail fixed, nobody said anything back. As if it was my fault the dip was so thin on my thumb nails. I’m very gentle with my nails and This never happens. The lady that originally did them, did an amazing job, she just made them a little too thin on my thumbs but that’s okay. The shape was amazing, they looked very good and She was very nice. But the 4/5 ladies that fixed them were very rude, talking amongst each other and laughing at me as if it was a mistake that I made. I pay good money every two weeks and I just want what I pay for and I want to feel comfortable at my home nail salon. I waited about 45 minutes to an hour just to get TWO NAILS fixed. They kept switching off as if they didn’t want to deal with me. I tried so hard to keep my composure and not say anything but I can’t help that it showed on my face. Once they finished the 2 nails, they looked HORRIBLE. one is covering my cuticle and the other is a completely different shape as u can see. Nobody sat with me and waited for them to dry, soon as they put the last coat on, they got up and walked away. No cuticle oil or nothing. I just sat there very awkward and uncomfortable. I had to ask the lady next to me who was with another customer if my nails were dry and she told me I can go but to be careful. 😐 WHAT? I trust these women every two weeks to make sure my nails stay clean and manicured.. I trust that they know what they are doing and I expect to feel like family when walking in. I’m from Miami, FL and this is not the type of service they give. I was so dissatisfied, I wanted to cry. They made me feel so uncomfortable. I’m not a problematic person, and I’m very respectful because I am a manager in the customer service industry as well so I know how it can be sometime. But this is not okay.

Hands down one for the best nails salons in Tulsa! Love how they greet at the door from the wide variety of services they offer and have loved working with all the technicians there if your ever there definitely ask for Steve he’s the best!

I like that this salon stays open later than the others. They do a good job. I had the $35 Pedicure. There's a language barrier. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I like another salon better but they were already closed.

Ive been visiting Miami Nails for over 7 yrs. I’ve watched their store transform over the yrs into a beautiful spa. It’s gorgeous!! I always get in right away w/ no waiting & have a great experience. I recommend it highly.

Best experience I've had at a nail salon. Definitely worth the money! I've never been so happy to leave a tip! Thanks for fixing my nails! I highly recommend Mimi shes absolutely amazing and she's hilarious! Friendly environment and nice and clean!

I love going here. Tao and Tracy are phenomenal. I have ingrown toes and dead skin often; Tao gets it done and makes sure my feet feel new. Tracy does my wife's nails.

Got pedicure and nails filled .they did it at the same time,which was nice not sure names of the women but it was close to closing And they didn't rush or b sloppy they did great and I love my nails
