Okay this is the best place ever!! Who knew getting your teeth straight could be so much fun??!!! The staff here is incredible - Karlee was so so helpful and I can’t wait to see the results soon!! The coffee shop inside is completely amazing too - staffed by those with special needs. I highly recommend this office!!! I’ve had braces twice over my many years and this office has surpassed alllll my experiences and expectations!!

From start to finish, the experience here is excellent!! Friendly receptionists and amazing staff, I couldn't ask for more. And they are SO great with children! Dr. Emerson is thorough and will answer any questions you have in easy-to-understand terms but with great detail, which I truly appreciate. I would highly recommend Emerson Orthodontics to anyone needing braces or dental work!

We visited Emerson Orthodontics for a consultation for my 9 year old today. The office was beautiful and fun with a carnival theme, and every person we met was so kind and welcoming. It was clear that Dr. Emerson was experienced and conservative with prescribing treatment. I also appreciated that he spoke directly with my daughter to engage her for the majority of the appointment. She is already looking forward to her follow up visit.

My 9 yo granddaughter loves coming to Dr Emerson’s! And so do I! We are always greeted warmly. All staff is so outgoing and friendly! The young lady prepping her to see Dr E today put her at ease quickly by asking fun, very age appropriate questions. Dr E explains every little thing. As he executes the procedure he continually tells my granddaughter how great everything looks, he explains everything im he is doing and what she may feel. Without wanting to sound too cheesy…. “ I just love Emerson Orthodontics”!

Wow! I can not believe it. They’re like the staff at Disney World. So caring and going above and beyond for my son. Although we only had our consultation, it meant the world to me as a mom to know my son was in good hands. ❤️

They are always very nice and welcoming. I love how they want me to have a beautiful smile just as much as I do. They get you in and out quickly so that’s always a plus in my book. I always leave with a smile on my face and that smile just keeps getting better and better

I wanted to do my review after my braces were off. I found Dr. Emerson through Google Reviews. My initial consultation was in October of 2020. I was nervous in entertaining the idea of braces again because of the cost, however, this office works with you. There is an initial deposit but there were monthly payments after through my insurance. I received my braces in February 2021. This office is family friendly - adults and/or children can get treated there. Upon entering, there is a café shop to the left and to the right is the entrance to the office where Karen and Lisa will greet you with a smile each time. The office is always clean and ALL of my appointments (even during inclement weather) were on time. The office is very engaging and they provide different ways for the patients to earn prizes. The staff who work with Dr. Emerson is extremely friendly. My favorite is Michelle (if you can, request her), she is personable, friendly, funny, and sweet. Dr. Emerson does amazing work and he always talked me through each of the steps. He is very thorough!! Today, my braces were removed and I am so, so, SO happy with the results. Now for the cons..................there are none, just book with Emerson Orthodontics, you will not regret it. =)

Absolute incompetence from the staff. The orthodontist seemed to know what he was doing. The billing team did not. We paid our portion in full before anything was done. About 3/4ths of the way through we were told we needed to pay more, but they would see if insurance would cover it. They also would not let my daughter come back in until it was resolved with the insurance. I spoke with them about every two weeks and they kept telling me they would reach out to the insurance, but never did. Three months goes by and we never received one call, email, or letter. Finally I called back and was told that because it had been so long since her last visit, we would need to restart the entire process as if she had never been started. It has been about five months now since her last adjustment. There were no apologies from the staff, and at one point a member of the billing team mocked us about the situation. She was extremely unprofessional and had no intention of helping us resolve the issue. This felt like nothing more than a bait and switch to get us to pay more. I even called our insurance and they confirmed that they never spoke with Emerson regarding this issue. I would never recommend anyone go to Emerson Orthodontics.
