I’ve been dealing with severe depression and suicidal thoughts for years that comes and goes. I finally have been reaching a breaking point where I really feel I really need help. I’m trying to seek out a correct diagnosis because the antidepressants I take don’t feel like they help. I am finally setting an appointment up and the person scheduling did not make me feel welcome at all. As a potential patient being told if you want to know how much it cost you need to call your insurance. That along with the tone she had which seemed like all she wanted to do was get the phone call over with. Now I’m stressing whether I should find a different place or not. Right now I’m leaning towards canceling.

My husband had one appointment before experiencing cardiac arrest while working out. Thanks to a defibrillator, he was revived, but ended up having open heart surgery. Little did I know that he had 2 scheduled appointments with Strength of Mind and we were charged for missed appointments while he was in the hospital. I asked about a refund, and they said no. So, just be aware, if you die, you will get charged a missed appointment fee.

Rude staff. The actual therapist was wonderful but the receptionist was hateful. I had been directly exposed to COVID and had to cancel at the last minute. She was abrasive and informed me I WOULD be charged for the entire session. Each time I had an appointment I dreaded dealing with her. Stopped going entirely due to hateful staff.

I had an appointment scheduled in December and their office called me to reschedule, ok no big deal. The appointment I had to rescheduled I ended up having to reschedule due to being sick. I got rescheduled for 2/7 I arrived at 9:50 and was told my appointment was t 9:45.. fair, I had a typo on my calendar and on my end had it scheduled for 9:50. I waited 6 minutes in line to be checked in so that put me at 9:56. By this time after I was checked in and sat down it was now 9:59. Once I sat down I was told they could not see me. I drove 28 minutes to my appointment to be told I could not be seen. My appointments take less time than it takes for me to be checked in there. I won’t be back!

Called to schedule an appointment as my pcp has been dealing with my med management for the last year or so bur recently thought I could benefit from seeing someone again. Fist thing the rude receptionist tells me is we don't prescribe pain pills of benzos. First of all I didn't ask for pain pills secondly if you claim you are so conservative that you don't use common medications made for panic disorder and sudden onset symptoms then your not really a medical provider are you? With that being said this place is put of them mental health issue in this country. No one helps and treats you like a drug seeking theif. Faq this place.

They have a really hard time returning calls. They tell you to let them know if you need medication changes or if you have side-effect issues and I have contacted them on both in repeatedly they don't contact me back. I'm done. If I'm going to be dealing with medication changes I need people that care enough to pick up a phone. Dr. Arquisola patient. I'm not sure who the problem is at this point. Going to a different doctor.

I was going here just about a year when i was finally at my wits end with the services i was receiving. I had a wonderful therapist, but it was kinda like i was paying to have a friend. she was a great person, but in no way did it feel like “therapy.” i had a psychiatrist who never really took my needs into consideration. i was misdiagnosed by her. every appointment i had with her she was so quick to get me out of there. every single time. i was paying almost $200 for less than 10 minutes of this lady’s time.
