I don't care if you have to sell a Kidney to get there or take a plane train or horse, even steal a car if you must.... but this place is a must when visiting Broken Hill Where do I begin start..... ITS LICENSED!!!! a cheeky Bevy to wash the red dust down and also The Coffee is spot on a great roast with a full body flavour perfect pick me up....( Coffee snobs its not Melbourne but dam close) The home made Pies are offffffff the hook just the thing for the 2hr flight home I had the chicken while my partner in crime had the beef which although very delish could had been a little more saucy .....we spoilt ourselves and bought some of the cakes for our trip home the flight attendant on our flight home very envious of our sumptuous fare 28eighty is packed with locals who come for breakfast lunch and ladies having afternoon tea & has served a long list of A list celebs ..to Thor? to mention them all.....but the photos are proof So wether your going or coming this is the place for a great feed and perfect country hospitality

If you're getting a flight out of or into Broken Hill then don't eat till you get to the airport. The food is amazing and you have to try the burger.

My lunch today was Turkish bread with chicken snitzle plus bacon, advoca etc...it was great..and a skinny cap too.

Cafe located inside of Broken Hill Airport. It’s the only place to get food and drinks apart from the vending machines. Lots of options from banana bread to egg and bacon burgers. Good prices compared to major city airports.

One of the nicest coffees i have had in ages, and really delicious pie. Very relaxing place to visit
