Such a shame this place , paying for a twister wrap and look how is looking .. is not first time when orders are mixed or missing the food , that's such an bad experience when we are there, I've promised so manny times that il stop eating from the bromborough KFC but this time was definitely the last time as stuff attitude is not very nice and if they can't provide u a full wrap with salad etc. Then take it out from the menu but don't serve us whatever u wish not what we have ordered saying that this is all you have ! As next time I pay half and come with same excuse that this is all the money I have !

The food is always banging and service always swift and welcoming when we're here! One thing to note though is upon arrival, there was an older man on shift here and was doing nothing but sitting in the dining area twidling his thumbs, I don't know which gave him the job, but he sure as he'll doesn't take his role seriously! Otherwise a great experience!

The restaurant was not busy when we visited. The staff were young and more interested in fist-pumping each other as they worked than serve the customers. The drive-thru was steady and priority in preparing orders is clearly given to it, as meals readied for restaurant customers were redirected to them. The tables were filthy, bins overflowing and lack of condiments and napkins (we asked and told 'we don't have any bro' make this a KFC to swerve.

We went through the drive thru a few minutes ago and we waited in the car for 10 minutes sitting by the speaker waiting for someone to take our order. That isn’t my issue my issue is that when we ordered we bought a boneless banquet and (and other things) we asked for gravy with that. Also we asked for 2 large gravys we got home and took the food out to realize no gravy whatsoever was in there. And yes we paid for the 2 large gravy’s.

I visited the restaurant Sunday evening about 5pm. Once I'd ordered food and went to find a table i realised that restaurant was filthy . The floor and 90% of the tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the day before. Fair enough to the young girl behind the counter who cleaned a table off for us when I asked. The food was fine but there's no chance I'd eat here again due to the lack of cleanliness.

Food packed in bag with one food box upside down, everything fell out while removing from the bag, this was replaced with a new food box. Chips were cold. I'm not sure how you can unwrap the corn without something to cut the wrapping with. I never received the BBQ dip we ordered. The chicken was far too salty to eat, It was a very disappointing experience.

Food was generally average for a typical KFC, the overall cleanliness of the main restaurant I would say was acceptable but could do with somebody out there cleaning more often. The male toilets were well below standard, even with the signs saying they are regularly cleaned, the smell (similar to a busy nightclub) and look of the place would indicate they clearly haven't been done for at least 48 hours. The urinals are actually stained with general dirt and could do with a bit of cleaner and a brush.

Paul who was working front of house was great. Didn't stop cleaning, taking orders out to customers in the car park, making sure each customer was attended to in a timely manner. And always being friendly and polite. Only didn't give 4 stars because the order was wrong, but swiftly corrected.

Had to wait 12 mins to be served (Yes I timed it), there was one person in frfont of me, and the fries were cold. I did not return them as I didn't want another wait. I saw 4 members of staff, 2 were chatting, 2 came to the desk, looked, then went away...bizarre! felt like offering my services to help the seemingly helpless.

I worked at this kfc not long ago as a team member. We had alot of underage staff (16,17 year old girls mainly probably not a coincidence) but I quit due to the managers being inappropriate towards younger female staff and female staff in general bare in mind most of the managers and team leaders are well over 25. The work schedule they have you on is atrocious don’t believe it if you have a day off on your rota bc they’ll make sure to ring u every half an hour on the day to ask you to come work a shift, even having staff working over 60+ hours a week but only being clocked in to 11pm even though the closing of the store would have us leaving at times as late as 3am due to the long list of tasks the manager will give you but not help in the slightest with. Awful place overall but the vibes while working there are elite when the right people are in.

I popped in yesterday for lunch. The food was the same as most kfc's, thrown together without a care in the world. But, it was piping hot, the order was correct, and to my surprise it was produced quickly.
