Store layout is bad, when you eventually find what you’re looking for, some of the Items on shelves are missing pricing. Security will also search you like a thief. I had to open my jacket after buying products on the upside staff is friendly and helpful.

Went to the store on Tuesday (1 March) looking for work suite. I found them but had to wait for like 30 minutes to get the price and only to find that the price is R490. That was a complete waist of my time for something that cost R150 from other shops.

Not a fan of Mica, but was only hardware in town. Service was amazing and friendly. Pretoria and Jhb stires need to come and learn from them about service. Still expensive!!!

Stuff and lovely and friendly. Thou had to wait for them at the paint side, if you see a customer waiting you have to go ask if they OK not just pass them.
