Zero
Stars.
What
a
terrible
experience.
Went
to
the
ER
on
Sunday,
3
hour
wait,
a
nurse
missed
my
vein
and
hit
a
nerve
when
taking
blood...
"oops
my
bad,
do
you
want
someone
else
to
do
this?"
Ummm
WHAT?
I
was
ultimately
given
Benadryl
and
sent
home,
when
I
came
in
complaining
of
many
symptoms
related
to
an
adverse
reaction
to
an
antibiotic.
Fast
forward
to
Tuesday,
I
am
back
at
the
ER
at
11am
with
the
same
symptoms,
but
worse
and
intensifying.
This
time
it
was
a
6
hour
wait
to
be
let
into
the
ER,
plus
another
hour
before
a
(rude)
nurse
took
my
vitals.
Ultimately,
I
was
admitted
to
the
hospital
on
Tuesday
EVENING
at
9pm!!!
I
spent
the
entire
day
and
night
on
Tuesday
in
the
ER,
and
spent
Wednesday
in
the
ER
also,
until
7pm,
because
they
didn't
have
any
open
beds
upstairs
(sure.)
It's
now
Thursday
morning,
its
5am
and
i
just
returned
from
the
MRI
tube.
I
asked
the
nurse
for
a
muscle
relaxant
that
was
given
to
me
at
7pm
the
night
prior
-
the
nurse
doesn't
have
a
record
of
that
in
my
chart...
OK,
but,
really
now,
you're
the
nurse
that
gave
it
to
me!
I
could
go
into
much
greater
detail
of
how
terrible
this
hospital
and
its
staff
are,
but
I
will
save
the
full
blown
tear
down
for
another
day,
simply
because
the
neurologist
here
is
great
and
that's
what
I'm
here
for
really.
But...
Eff
this
Effing
hospital
and
literally
everyone
thay
works
here.
What
rude,
inefficient,
inattentive,
inappropriate
staff
they
employ
here.
The
effing
ER
Charge
Nurse,
named
Siobhan,
spent
the
entire
time
that
i
was
there,
smacking
her
chewing
gum,
shopping
on
the
internet,
and
loudly
proclaiming
thay
she
was
ready
to
go
on
break
but
was
waiting
on
another
nurse
to
finish
paperwork.
Unreal.
This
hospital
is
trash.
NYP
took
over
and
it
became
corporate
medicine
101.
Don't
come
here
if
you
have
an
option
or
choice.
Go
to
White
Plains
or
even
New
Rochelle.
Seriously.
