I would give 0 stars if I could. I have been going here for years.have not been have to go in about 12 months due to insurance issues. Once I did gain insurance I called to make an appointment. They informed me it would be a 6 month wait for a cleaning. cool no problem. Today was the day for my cleaning. I go in they take about 6 x rays tell me I have no cavities and they don't understand they cause of my pain here's a referral. They then made me sit in a room for about 30 minutes waiting for a consult for my hygienist. At this time I had been there for well over an hour my head hurts the music is pounding I am irritated. I just wanted my cleaning. Finally get seen for this consult and they wanted me to prepay for 2 cleanings that weren't even scheduled. I was so irritated. I had explained to the manager the amount she was asking me to pay was ridiculous for a cleaning. That's when she explained it was for 2. I asked if I was receiving this cleaning today like I had scheduled and she informed me today was a new patient visit!. I was floored. I will not be returning. I have given aspen thousands of dollars between me and my husband's dental care. Neither of us will be returning.

My experience at the Brookfield office have always been wonderful and professional. The receptionist is always in a good mood. Dr Bautista is amazing. I came for a filler for my front tooth and she did a great job. 👍🏿👍🏿⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would give the staff a 5 star rating. They are always pleasant. I just have a problem with my upper denture this is the third time the same tooth keeps falling out, I was eating popcorn and I swallowed the tooth. What can we do to keep the tooth from falling out. All in all it was a good visit. My tooth was ready at the time that was giving to me. Thank you

I had a great experience. The staff were so nice. The dentist was very friendly and she educated me on things I didn’t know. I would recommend my family and friends here. 😊

The medical professionals were very kind and helpful for mom. They were respectful and taught me that my mom muscles in her jaw ,face have been affected by her stroke. I never even thought of that .Learned something new Thank you Dr. And medical staff. 5 star plus!

The dentist and her staff were Phenomenal. The office manger is the reason why I decided to allow this location to partner with my dental care. I beyond pleased. Highly recommend this location

I got all my top teeth pulled and a temporary denture, which the first set I got wasn’t even finished but yet had me wear them until they made me another one.. those had some issues as well but them being temporaries I wasn’t too concerned and just put up with it fast forward getting my permanent!! They did the wax tryin to make my permanent and then they said I would come back to pick out my gum, colored, teeth color , the shape, etc. when it was time to go back, it was ready to pick out everything!!I so I go in they handed me my teeth and said these are your permanent ones and I said I thought I was going to pick out everything like the teeth shape , color ect.. she said oh we don’t do that anymore! They told me to give it time and if I didn’t like them come back! Now they say they will not help me it’s been too long!! I will be contacting corporate!!!!
