Hey ALL! Sara is hands down the coolest manager around!! She takes care of her employees and DEFINITELY HER GUESTS! What a great experience with Miss Sara, and definitely recommend going to see her !!

Came here to do an exchange. I knew I was past the 30-day return but wanted to check just in case. The pants I wanted to exchange were never worn and still had the tags. The manager made me feel like I was trying to scam them or doing something wrong. I would’ve been fine if they weren’t able to, and I was very apologetic. The sales associate was nice, but the management here is just rude.

We shopped here this afternoon. My wife grabbed pants from a sale rack. When we were checking out, she mentioned this to the associate. The manager went to check and came back and threw the pants down on the counter and said the signage was correct and we wouldn’t get the discount. I understand the time is stressful but there is no reason to treat customers or your associate. Really disappointed in the service we received.

***This review is for the end of shift manager on duty*** First impressions make lasting impressions, this was my first time visiting the Old Navy at this location, I was merely in the store to purchase a scarf and glove set, which was marked on clearance, my total came to like $5 which was great! But my change was like .65 which the attendant proceeded to give me in all dimes and nickels. When asked to have the manager replenish the change, they replied, "I am not about to give the cashier a roll of quarters when we're getting ready to close in two hours." How's that for customer service? Like, how hard is it to count quarters? I would have submitted their name, but fortunate enough they refused to have their name tag on that day, coincidence? I think not.

This store is awful. A complete disaster in every way. looks like a tornado just came through, smells awful, terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Good for inexpensive back to school clothing for kids, especially boys. Less choices for girls at the Brookfield store.

Refreshingly well kept, well run store. I have seen numerous situations that affirm good management. I have been to other Old Navy that make you feel like you are digging through piles of junk. Not here. Well done.
