Hands down BEST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT! Don’t usually write reviews. But Everything was so fresh and delicious. Hope it stays like that. Also the folks were so sweet, kind & very patience. Keep doing what y’all do best😊✨ Thank everyone involved so much❤️

This is a very nice Chick-fil-A. Came in at 7am, and I wanted lunch. No problem, they made me my spicy chicken sandwich and fries. I just had to wait a few minutes, but they cooked up what o wanted to order. Definitely will be back to this location.

This place leaves the other fast food chains in the dust. It almost isn't fair. McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King and Popeyes will never catch up with their weak customer service. The professionalism at Chick-fil-A is A-1.

From the moment you enter they greet you, they make you feel very good. The manager is a very tall black man who makes his team the most excellent, that leader or manager makes all the difference in that place, he looks like the father of all those boys and remains attentive to every detail. Definitely a great place to sit down to eat and not to mention the great cleaning and sanitizing of the place. Tremendous and I would always return with my family!💖

Thought I would treat my employees to lunch on a Saturday, so placed my order for $94.04 on a Friday afternoon. I got an e-mail from Grubhub Saturday morning at 11:18 saying your order is being prepared, your food should arrive between 11:32am and 11:42 am. The next message I got was at 12:07 saying that the restaurant canceled this order because they're out of a menu item. How about a phone call to see if whatever you were out of either chicken or waffle fries on a Saturday before the lunch hour could have been substituted rather than just canceling an order that was past it's delivery time already. I will never order for the office from you again. Very disappointed.

I’m sad because this place just got named one of the best restaurants, and I’m trying to figure out how?Food was dry and the sprite tasted like seltzer. When I called I just wanted them to know but they were pushing me off as I wanted something free. Nice girl, but no. If I can say one thing it’s eat at home!

Always love their food and their customer service is impeccable. Awesome personalities, fresh food, and hardly ever waiting more than 6 minutes in the drive thru or the inside after you order. The best hands down

Noticed a menu favorite of mine wasn’t on the app, went into the store and they said they didn’t have it but they assisted me in making sure my stay wasn’t short served. I was given an item that lives up to my menu favorite and for that I am truly grateful for the staff that work at this fine establishment. Shoutout to the two managers and red shirt who made sure I got what I came in for and loved!

As a corporation they get 1 star for the things they've put money behind, but as a restaurant... Compared to literally every other fast food place they have the greatest number of healthy choices (and they taste good), they have the highest order accuracy, the fastest service, the freshest food, always seem to be properly staffed, and their young adult employees rarely seem like they would rather die than serve you. If only more places could hit even half of those marks...

This location was exceptional. When ordering the cashier made sure everything was correct and the food arrived as advertised. It was ready so quick I actually didn't have time to sit down, he beat me to the table. While eating their customer service team came around offering refills and if anyone needed anything. Definitely giving them an A+ and would certainly recommend the location if you need a quick, but comfortable lunch.

The sandwich was hot and fresh along with the hashbrowns. Tasty. Crispy. I enjoyed my breakfast. Not a fan of the dark, dried blood portions of the meat.

This location is Always busy but the line moves pretty fast. The spicy chicken deluxe is the best. The fries are okay, still prefer M’d. The workers are friendly.

Love the Food, Love the service! We ordered 4 sandwiches, an got about 12 sauces. These will all go to the trash!🤦🏾‍♀️ Also, Y’all tried the soup!!! Both kinds always are delicious!

What a pleasant experience! The guy that waited on us (at 9:15 a.m.) was friendly and cheerful, well dressed, and welcoming. The food was hot and delicious. Highly recommend stopping here for food .

My first time I ate at the Chick fil a was the one out in Brookfield. It was crowded but the line moved right along. I thought the food was okay. I didn't know what the hype was all about. The second time again average. I have not been going to fast food restaurants for a while.

I arrived recently at almost exactly 10:30am, hoping to get breakfast. A staff member saw me at the counter and asked if I wanted breakfast, and got my items started right away even though he was also doing something else at the same time. When he rang me up it was definitely a few minutes after "official" breakfast hours, but it was no problem. There's no way that would have happened at any of the other fast food places that have breakfast hours! (The Mac place had the right idea some years ago when they had some breakfast items available all day, but that ended with the pandemic.) Anyway, it was a great start to my day and an example of how fantastic customer service is here. And the food is great too ... if you haven't tried their breakfast, you should!

Love the food 😋! The cashier was nice. atmosphere was ok . Had Playland but was gross because kids with snotty noses and coughs. Im a transplant patient, so my niece and even my daughter couldn't go to watch here, and they were sad. Maybe just a sign asking if children have cold and flu symptoms shouldn't visit that day. Parents honor, of course. My family is unable to do Christmas activities or afford gifts because of me fighting breast cancer and just having a double transplant . So little things like you Playland are important to family's like us

They have really went down from customer service to food quality. Their tone and attitude is nonchalant. When you ordering food it’s like you’re being rushed “is that all?” After every item you order. Then I order the plan biscuit, it’s like they smashed it or took it off of a sandwich that was already made. They are not buttered anymore. Just dry. This is not a quality location no more.

Place was a good stop to hang out with my godson. He got to play while waiting for our food. The staff were pleasant. They have pick up and go options too from the app.

We had been advised by our granddaughter to go here for the fried chicken sandwich. We did and easily could give it a 10 on a 10 scale.

Walked in a little after lunch time but but was still expecting to have to wait a long time due to a full parking lot. However, I ordered and within 30 seconds my order was ready! My first time having chick fil a was not impressed. I had the chicken nuggets. They were very salty. The customer service was very nice. Oh I had a milk shake it was good

Very impressed with this particular location. What stood out to me the most though was that the restaurant was spotless and that it was very accommodating for families with young children. I brought my two daughters in and the high chairs all had sanitizing wipes and disposable table toppers that made it really convenient for my girls to eat off of. I think this is the best restaurant experience I've ever had with my children.

This place always has fast ordering and pickup, very friendly workers, and great food! The only problem was that even though my receipt had the right item on it (spicy chicken sandwich), I was given nuggets instead. But I was already home, so what can u do? And their Mac and cheese is awesome!

God has blessed us with a wholesome fast food buisiness, upholding positive values and love for fellow humans. You can love people whose lifestyle you don't agree with, anyway customer service is always wonderful, everyone else everywhere is is miserable and doesn't care. They just work for a check with minimal effort. Chik fil a through actions and correct orders shows me they care, they lock it in with smiles all around

This Chick-fil-A location has wonderful customer service. The people working are always so respectful and friendly! I've had a string of instances where my orders were incorrect though... It's never something unfixable but still slightly annoying. Overall a great location and convenient for a meal before/after a Home Depot or target run! 😆

I had a bad experience this evening with my favorite fast food restaurant. My family was forgotten about twice in one visit and our food came out cold. 5 stars because this is my 1st review of this otherwise awesome establishment. I believe you deserve 5 stars for being great during my past visits. But this evening, smh…

This location is always busy. Though, they have curbside pickup down! I would recommend only doing curbside to save you a hassle and the wait... If you don't, you will be stuck there for at least 30mins waiting in line to order and another 10-15 for your food... The chicken is delightful!

The food was hot and fresh, and the wait time wasn't that long even though it was busy. If I had to say one not so good thing, it's that the gentleman that took our order was not very friendly. Gems: Short wait time during busy times and hot/fresh food [still] before closing.

I always go to Chick-fil-A one of my favorite places it's always fresh, fast and good. One of my favorite fast food chains. Plus I just love chicken in their macaroni is so good.

This place has gone downhill. Their food isn’t fresh, they forget food and they will give you 1 sauce for a $60 order and give an attitude when you ask for more. The Pewaukee location is a lot more friendlier and the food is always hot and fresh. I will no longer go to this location.

I went to Chick-fill-A on Saturday afternoon. Chick-fill-A is a wonderful restaurant. Especially the spicy chicken sandwich was tasty and the price good. They are consistently respectful their customers and always make everyone feel welcomed. It was a nice, clean place to eat.

I loved the chick-fil-a chicken nuggets. Got a 12 piece box and they were super delicious as well as the waffle fries. I would definitely order more items from this facility. Keep up the great job!!!

Chick-fil-a has a pretty consistent brand no matter what city you're in. I must say, the staff at this particular store are a cut above. They operate as if they really want to be there and as if they are collectively motivated by a bigger goal.

Great Chick-fil-A food as you would expect. The staff is friendly and is always sure to greet you when entering the building. The only downside is the parking situation. It's always a zoo and if you park in the parking lot adjacent, watch out for cars that don't stop for pedestrian crossing.

Great food and service. The multiple times I've gone there's never been an issue and food is out quick despite the constant rush. Shout-out to one of the workers Luke for a great experience and hard work.

This is the best Chick-Fil-A. I’ve been to nearly all the locations within a 50 mile radius and the rest can’t compare. I recently moved down south and the Chick-fil-A’s are not messing with Capitol. They have the best service and quality!! The chicken tastes so good at this location and I can’t understand why. I highly recommend this location and this location only! #TeamCap!!!!

First time eating at Chick-fil-A must say it was the most efficient and pleasant staff I ever encountered in a fast food restaurant. Had a chicken sandwich wich was delicious and extremely moist. There sauce tasted good but the ingredients were extremely unhealthy. Will look for other options or eat it without sauce. Sorry but there is just to reason to be adding corn syrup to sauce. Thanks for the pleasant experience and I will be back.

Good place clean with guys asking if you need refill your cup but so many Uber eats or door dash drivers come to pick up I get my card on my way

Of course it was a very quick drive-thru considering that they had four people outside taking orders and about 15 workers on the inside preparing the food begging the food and handing the food down. Always have a great experience here.

Best chicken sandwiches in town! Make sure you try their lemonade! Fresh squeezed is it the only way lemonade should be made!
