Stopped at the North Druid Hills McDonald's for a chocolate milkshake....the line was 10 to 15 cars deep but we got out of there in about 5 or 10 minutes the chocolate shake was delicious.... the cost of a milkshake in town is about 40 cents more then in the suburbs....

Only thing I go to McDs for is the hotcakes. They’re ALWAYS bad here. And ik it’s McDs what can you really expect. But they’re hot cardboard here - always And since hotcakes are $5 now instead of $2-3… then yea.

Waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes with one car in front of us to find out they were closed at 10:54. Only wanting a medium fry so the assistant said he would ask the manager who then got on to say they already cleaned the fry area. Very rude. Will be complaining to corporate about this location.

The lady taking orders in drive thru the day I went was very friendly and nice. It was nice for a change as the ppl taking orders are usually rushing you and dismissive.

The manager was very nice and helpful as I see they have a plethora of iced coffee items in my opinion their coffee is bar none.

Good fast and fresh. I'm only giving 4 stars because they forgot my daughters salsa for her breakfast burrito. So we had to turn back, and I went inside to get it. No biggie, but it does waste time when things are forgotten. However, I know mistakes happen. I would go back, but I suggest checking your bags before leaving this drive thur.

I did an online order. When I arrived no one was in the building so I thought. I had to looping around the parking lot 3 times then I finally saw workers almost hiding from the public eye. If they were not ready to work thats fine but you could atleast say it on the microphone instead of having people wait and they use the app and spent their money.. it was inconvenient, and waste of time. It took me 35 mons to get 1 meal.

I love this place but today was interesting. The wait was so long the worker who was cleaning/sweeping the parking lot came in to help give the drive thru orders out. Thank God for her!

Very fast, they keep it moving! Made well. Good locations are made with good employees! They got the best!

Never visit this location late night. The young people working there will serve you burgers that are ice cold. To their credit the fries were piping-hot. I ordered a Big Mac took it back to the drive-thru window because the meat was cold and dry and appeared to having been cooked and stored way past it's discard time. A cordial young lad brought me a replacement that was a far cry from what I ordered. Big Macs aren't served on quarter- pound buns with an I un-melted slice of cheese. I once managed a McDonald's so this I am certain of. Visit this location during morning and lunchtime hours. The manager during those hours is wonderful and the food is always up to par.

The workers here seem really unhappy and rude. Not a 1 time experience either, it's over and over. Wjen they do talk to you, they talk like they hate life and usually hand you your food without saying a single word. Expect a typical city fast food experience.

Ordered a soda and fries... so I thought it would get some fresh fries and a delicious soda. I got a wet no carbonation soda and not cooked all the way fries. I then had to tell the front desk clerk and he informed me of the self serve sodmachine. So I guess that Was my reward... I ate my cold fries and served my self 2 full sodas and my refill to go. We will be back and the inside is very clean. Just thank you for what you do.... #mmm

Juiciest chicken I've ever had from a McDonald's on my McCrispy. Was actually shocked when I bit into it and juice ran out.

It's McDonald's! Not the best one I've been too, but not the worst either. I ordered a quarter pounder with no pickles, so I guess that messed them up, so when I opened my burger...my patty was hardly the right one...it was thin, but it was hot. They didn't even give me two thin patties, so essentially I paid durn near $10 for a cheeseburger meal! Unfortunately, I was on the highway when I realized it was wrong! Guess you live and you learn. I'll be sure to check next time cause I expect that you might give me a burger with pickles cause you forgot or are being lazy, but the wrong meat is no bueno.cause they know better! Fries were hot though and that's always a plus!

This is absolutely the nicest and cleanest McDonald’s I have ever eaten at. The decor is updated and attractive and it was virtually spotless.

I normally don't eat McDonald's because I normally have either poor service or disgusting food. So after a Micky D's hiatus I decided to try this location out of rush and a need to eat. 😂... They didn't disappoint! The McMuffin was soft and buttery and hot. Coffee was nice. We had to come back for lunch on the same day to a really long appointment at CHOA next door. My son had some nuggets which were surprisingly fresh and SOFT. Normally McDonald's nuggets are hard and cold but we were pleasantly surprised. The other items in or order was fresh too. Sad I don't live close to this one because my normal McDonald's experience is trash but this location on this day was great. Staff was friendly and the food was fresh.

I give this place a 5 star rating not because it's McDonalds, it's garbage but it's cheap and fast that's why we eat it. It's the employees here that get the 5 star rating. I went in at lunch time on a Tuesday so of course dine in and drive thru were packed but I didn't have to wait long for my food because the employees were hustling. They even had an employee making constant rounds of the lobby to sweep and clean. This is definitely one of the cleanest, most well run Micky Ds I've ever been too. Good job folks

Quick service even with heavy traffic and customers. Would give a 5 if the bathrooms was a better. I’m sure the construction crew next door didn’t help.

I asked for a water and he gave me a orange hi C for free instead... They had good attitude and manners great team

They lost a star for speed and cleanliness. For this visit it was a filet of fish meal and a cheeseburger. Both were cooked well and tasty. As expected the fries were hot and delicious.

I ordered a quarter pound meal. The burger was ok, but the fries could have been much better. For the price of a single meal at McDonald's these days, I would hope that one could look forward to a good meal.

Remember to downlaod and order the food on the McDonald's app because there are always deals and you can also earn points for every meal. I have ordered many times in this store and my favorite burger is Filet O Fish burger.
