Terrible customer service for such a beautiful community! Natasha was not willing to help. On the day of my appointment, I had to insist that she help me look at the floor plans after she said to me. “You can go look at it on your own from your phone then when you are ready you can come back”. The reason why I have an appointment is because I need assistance to review floor plans. It’s part of her job to assist clients with such things. On the website, I chose the option to do a self guided tour but on arrival she refused to grant me that and insisted that she went with me to see the apartment. Am Kenyan, am aware I have an accent, she disrespectfully made fun of my accent, repeatedly laughing about a word I pronounced differently from her. I did not feel welcome here and that’s why am renting at another beautiful community where I felt welcomed with great customer service.

Natasha provides wonderful tour. Detailed and brief explanation, quotation around expected range, everything was wonderful. Highly recommended place to visit.

Came and did a tour with Latrice, and by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had looking for a new apartment. He genuine hospitality made me feel welcomed.
