Located in South Brookhaven this shopping center is anchored by a Publix, Marshalls. CineBistro theater, LA Fitness, and a Costco. Sprinkled about are many unique clothing boutiques, restaurants & bars, hair and nail salons, a cell phone repair shop (U break I fix) Keller Williams Realty Brookhaven, and upscale apartment complexes. It is right on Peachtree Rd down the street from Oglethorpe University.

Great place to walk, shop, & eat. It felt very safe and secure. The local police officers were present and friendly.

Went there for Cinebistro but it was a nice development. I loved the Cinebistro experience.

This center embodies the American dream... You come here in your lifted pickup truck and start at Costco by buying 4 cases of 40 count bottled waters. Next you hit LA Fitness and crush an upper body workout to an RPE of 9 or higher. You'll have time for leg day next time. Now grab your gear and head over to the local pub for fried chicken tenders and craft beer that is so bitter and unpalatable that after several weeks of consumption it has suppressed your gag reflex into near non-existence. When I die I want to be cremated and have my ashes spread here.

I would have given it 5 stars but being from L.A. I must say, its a great gym, but it doesn't live up to the L.A. Fitnesses on the west coast. They need heavy bags!!

Nice area with a variety of shops. There's a large parking lot in front of the Costco, single angled parking spots in front of the shops, and a parking garage. It's also a very busy area and pedestrian-friendly.

Nice shopping center in town. Had a bit of everything. Parking can be a nightmare at times so be warned. Also, take note that some spots are 30 minutes and some are 2 hours.

While not a new concept, this mixed-use community has lots to offer. A great diversity of establishments and people make it a fun place to visit.

Town Brookhaven has changed a lot since it opened. There's still an issue with entrance because there's a 4 way stop sign but the people coming from direction of Publix never notice their stop sign because of where it's located at the intersection. We also dealt with people speeding through the back half of the property even though there are speed bumps. People driving up the one way, and some wafts of weed coming from the balconies. In all, not really getting the family friendly vibe from a work-play-live that used to try and be more upscale.

Great little shopping center with local business. Come to dine, shop, work out, see dentist or chiropractor, or check out a movie. Lots to do and see. Costco is the best!

Spent several days, hosted by family in Brookhaven. We loved it! Easy to get around and some great restaurants! Our favorite was The Flying Biscuit with good vegan options as well as non-vegan like creamy grits. We'll be back.

Whoever the cop was that was patrolling the area on 9/22/23 around 10pm was extremely rude. He acted as if i was driving with my head lights off for 5 minutes around the parking lot when i was just coming out of the parking deck from the movies. They’re supposed to serve and protect , not be rude to lawful citizens who made and honest mistake , total jerk.

Poorly maintained. Weeds develop flowers from plant debris remaining on concrete. Pressure washing done by novice laborers. Heavy bleach poisoning and lazy execution without rinse = streaks and deep mold was not removed.
