The newness of this building is starting to rub off but the family atmosphere is starting to show. This location is still new and worth every penny. They have plenty of machines and everything is clean. This venue pretty open at all times. I haven't had an issue grabbing the machine I want. The massage chairs are nice and I like all the TVs that allow me to stay entertained.

I've had memberships to many gyms over the years - LA, Lifetime, YMCA, Anytime Fitness, etc. All gyms have their pros and cons, but let me tell you why this Planet Fitness is my favorite of all. First and foremost, the price is very low, which takes away the guilt of having a gym membership and not using it sometimes. When the weather is nice, I prefer to exercise outdoors, so during certain months, I barely use the gym, but it's not a source of conflict in my mind because I'm barely spending anything on the membership. Second, the whole atmosphere at PF is the right place for me. Spacious, new, clean, friendly, and not full of gym-bros - those are the things most important to me in a gym. Lastly, the reason why I like this particular Planet Fitness is because the ceiling fans are incredible! The air circulation in this building is like no gym I've ever been in. A cool breeze on your face while working out is the best!

Great prices. Clean! Warm and friendly staff. Plenty of equipment to go around. But I very much dislike the restroom/shower/lockerroom area which is way too small. There are changing stalls next to bathroom stalls and people sit around in all of them just looking at their phones.

It's a beautiful gym. Lots of space, tons of machines. MY only negative is that I wish the front desk was more attentive. They're often on their phones and seldom greet people when they come in. Customer service definitely needs improvement.

The equipment in this location has been upgraded, and this newly opened location could be said to be the cutest and most luxurious one! Love it! Store manager Tim has been patience helped and the front desk D's professional and friendly service,let me like planet fitness again ! We hope that the corporate owner will strictly oversee the management team and service quality of other locations and prevent employees from abusing the power granted to them by the company to bully members or even racial discrimination against members casually .

come here as a guest sometimes with my friend and it is always clean and very spacious. Everyone who works there on the night shifts (we tend to go Friday evenings) are always so friendly. Really impressed with this gym 🫶🏽 update: I decided to purchase a membership so I can come here more often. My initial review is consistent with the way I still feel about this gym. Clean, spacious, friendly staff, and most importantly inclusive. I love planet fitness and their goal to make everyone feel comfortable in the gym setting. It is diverse and welcoming and I see people of all backgrounds and ages here. I love this gym!

It is really spacious with more than enough equipment and like all planet fitness that I have been it smells clean and there is no sweaty smell.

I really love the new facility in Brookhaven. It's one of their largest gyms, it's always clean, the staff is helpful and friendly & the tanning beds are all new and work great. They also have a red light bed which I have not seen at any of their other locations. Not to mention you can't beat the cost. Hands down, I highly recommend Planet Fitness, especially this location over other neighboring gyms.

As someone who works out here regularly, I recently noticed a male employee flirting with a woman who was trying to workout. It’s a shame women can’t work out in peace without being harassed. Other than that, I am well pleased with everything else.

Massive Waste of time going here. Made me wait for 20 minutes to get a tour that I didn’t need as it’s the most basic gym ever. Then they wouldn’t let me pay with a credit card and required my bank account and routing numbers.. first impression was so awful that I decided to pass on signing up here even though it would be the most convenient option for me. I guess this is what a $10/mo gym delivers - I’d much rather pay more for a gym that makes sense. The two employees tried to be nice, but they were also clueless about what was going on. They also don’t have a trainer, so no fitness classes are offered.

Need more staff. Bathrooms dirty no tissue on ladies room. Told the tall lady at front desk that the bathroom need cleaning and she got a attitude with me. She was on her phone at the front desk and didn’t want to get off it. This is a new store and it should not be ran by kids in the Brookhaven area. I have been a member for 5 years and never seen it ran like this.I was excited at first about this new opening. Now I’m disappointed.

definitely love this gym everything is cool and the staff from morning time all the way till 11 pm are very welcoming and friendly only thing that i dislike is the person who works the night shift i came a little late to the gym today cause i had a long and busy day so i didn't have time to show up earlier and when i came in i was just enjoying my workout MINDING MY BUSINESS! when all of a sudden he came up to me and told me i could not be there around the time that i was cause it was too late and the thing that really upset me was that he was being VERY! rude about it and i was so confused on why he was cause they were open 24 hours this day so i hope they change who works the night shift but other then that everything else is perfect

This is one of the largest and cleanest PF locations I've been to. Staff is always helpful and positive. I want to give it four stars bc not 24/7, but I know that's not the staff's fault and they're the real stars 😀

I’ve been going here for a few months it’s a good gym! i just thought Sonjay needs some recognition for being so sweet and helpful. there were some problems with the tanning bed (not her fault of course) and she was so patient and kind. need more people like this!!💗

Great, clean, new facilities and location. Temperature was perfect when it first opened but now it is very warm—almost unbearable. Edit: here now (11/10 around 6pm) and the temperature is much better. Thank you for adjusting!

Nya at the front desk was so informative, welcoming, and just overall kind. I came In For a tour before signing up and instantly wanted to get a membership. She was amazing. The facility was clean and had everything that I was looking for in a gym.

I love this planet fitness. It's huge and clean as compared to other planet fitness locations. The staff is variable in terms of helpfulness, but no one has been rude. Johnny has particularly been very helpful and friendly. He is almost always cleaning something when I come in the early morning hours.

It's a nice gym. Luckily I haven't heard the lunk alarm in this one yet so it's pretty chill. People are nice and respectful. It's nice during the day as there is less crowd at night and it feels a bit overwhelming and tedious. All the equipment is well maintained but adding some more would be nicer since most of the gym is filled with cardio machines.

Dirtiest bathroom i've seen since highschool....Of all locations too. Great space but bathrooms need a closer look or a tighter cleaning rotation time.. Still got my pump guess that's all that matters..TopG

Really wish they'd hire people with better customer service. I don't need the sassy attitude when it's your job to assist me.

This is a fantastic facility. Best Planet Fitness I have been to. Extremely clean and well laid out. Staff is super nice and helpful…especially Jessica. And they don’t overcharge for a bottle of water like mane gyms. Just $1.

Same layout as other PF except this one is huge. They keep it very clean. Large enough that you are not tripping over each other. Great variety of equipment. Has a nice massage room away from the gym so that's nice. Tootsies rolls on deck also

I’ve visited quite a few Planet Fitness’s in ATL and this one is by far my favorite so far. Why? Because all of the equipment is in great condition, the staff is friendly and the gym very clean.

Do not go to this gym or any planet fitness, they will take your money and then when you go in there the next time tell you it's not in the system so we're not giving you your money back. You can threaten to sue them and everything and they'll just say go ahead, straight shady

Not bad, I really liked that I didn't have to wait to use equipment. Then again it's new lol either way pretty clean, no smell and woke up sore from my lower half 😆

It's nice, new, not crowded and they have more weight equipment and benches than most other PF locations. The biggest downside is that they went with the inferior double cables for the cable pull downs and cable rows rather than the superior single cable equipment.

The front desk was very helpful with my black card membership. Always not overly crowded. Brand new gym but somehow people manage to break locks in the changing areas. Not their fault though.

This gym was awesome! Super clean, friendly staff. I visited this morning on a last minute situation and will definitely be going back.

Where do I start? First of all, can I get my money back or my refund for my fees that I paid to join? And second of all, this is the WORST racist gym EVER! Blacks are NOT welcomed here. I have had the most horrific experiences here...I would not advise it if you are thinking of joining. The police in the area and the staff are racist, unprofessional, and a disgrace to humanity. Take your $10, which they will charge $20 and go to another place. I was overcharged, abused, and mistreated. And the showers are cold. And they are not clean. Lots of homeless people during the day and night.
