If you are anything above a size L, do not bother going in to sell your clothes. I went in to resell some of my fall coats and handbags. First, I had to wait for 30 minutes easily and second they went through all my items and did not take anything because they weren't trendy enough nor the size they want "more of". So, absolutely no inclusivity when it comes to catering for larger sizes. my bags were in great condition (MK, Guess) but they did not want that either since it wasn't cool enough/have a character enough. The person who helped me behaved as though she was the Diva of Fashion who sets the rules of fashion for every season. Out of curiosity I took a walk around to see what they have and most of items are old and faded, nothing that catches your eye, Its definitely not vintage! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They literally had a basmati rice bag on the shelf, LOL. Completely agree with the reviews that say if you are looking for garbage go here.

Unfortunately, my experience at this thrift store was marred by a deeply unsettling encounter with racist employees, leaving me utterly disappointed and disturbed. Upon entering the store, I immediately noticed the lack of diversity among the staff, but I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, as I began browsing through the racks, one of the employees approached me with an air of hostility and disdain that I could not comprehend. They made offensive remarks about my ethnicity, making it abundantly clear that they held prejudiced views. I was shocked and appalled by their blatant racism. In addition to the racist comments, I observed other customers of diverse backgrounds receiving similar treatment. It became painfully evident that this was not an isolated incident but rather a systemic problem within the store's culture. The toxic atmosphere created by the employees made it impossible for me to feel comfortable or welcome as a customer. A place of business should be inclusive and respectful, providing a safe environment for all individuals, regardless of their race, ethnicity, or background. Sadly, this thrift store failed to meet even the most basic standards of decency. Racist behavior is completely unacceptable, and it is disheartening to witness such prejudice in any establishment. I strongly urge the management of this thrift store to address this issue immediately and take the necessary steps to ensure that their employees undergo diversity and inclusion training. It is essential for them to recognize the gravity of the situation and actively work towards creating a genuinely inclusive and welcoming space for all customers. As a consumer, I refuse to support any business that promotes or tolerates racism. I will not be returning to this thrift store, and I encourage others to consider whether they want to associate themselves with an establishment that allows such behavior to persist.

The discretion of managers to decide what brands to accept based on their political/social views is crazy, only to flip the stuff they DO take at 25%+ over the selling price. Teddy Fresh is the brand and it’s judgmental to basically tell a customer their morals are wrong and not worthy.

This place has to be the WORST place to sell clothes. First of all, don’t spend your time bringing a whole bunch of clothes that you want to donate. They will evaluate what you have and only pick what they “think” is in style or good/quality brand clothes they will turn down. And then on top of that, they are so damn cheap with their money of how much they want to offer. They would rather give more out in store credit rather than the damn cash. Please, do NOT waste your time coming here.

I have found a lot of good pieces here. You do have to dig around a little bit, but since it’s a curated collection, it’s not too bad. However, the prices are a tossup. I see clothing from fast fashion brands sold for only a slight discount from the original price, but at the same time, the dress below was $16. Also, the staff is made up of mostly college (and possibly high school?) students, so they are not the most professional or helpful.

Busy crowded store. There were people everywhere and it was hard to figure out which line was which. People come in with bags large bags of clothing to sell and they hardly take anything maybe three items out of a bag of clothes. So you end up taking mostly all your clothes back home with you. And people bring very nice folded newer clothes and they still don’t accept them. There is a large line to wait in for selling your clothes. The prices for items that are in the store that they are selling are kinda high, a one pair of sunglasses were 10$. Not worth the headache to sell clothes or shop here.

Great selection of trendy and fairly priced clothes. I appreciated that when they bought clothes from me they explained what their store is looking for and why certain items were bought or why they passed. Definitely worth checking out, here’s some cute clothes I saw.

They will appear curious but are very dismissive. If you are looking to sell even if it is good quality it has to be what they like. Just beware they are not serving a broad clientele.
