So
to
explain
the
rating
is
for
the
room
we
stayed
in
I
have
no
idea
what
the
other
rooms
are
like.
The
house
is
beautiful
Victorian
home
that
has
been
segmented
into
guest
rooms.
The
whole
place
smells
like
old
stale
linen.
The
room
we
were
in
#39
was
on
the
top
floor
and
was
pretty
small
and
smelled
musty.
The
AC
/Heating
unit
droned
on
and
was
unresponsive
to
the
control
unit
on
the
wall
and
served
more
as
a
white
noise
generator
than
an
actial
HVAC
unit
(I
eventually
unpluged
it)
The
room
had
a
spacious
bathroom
and
was
clean.
But
otherwise
it
was
pretty
terrible.
The
bed
was
so
worn
down
it
gave
me
a
back
ache.
The
bed
is
so
close
to
the
dresser
that
you
couldn't
open
the
drawrs
all
the
way
and
on
that
same
side
of
the
bed
is
right
next
to
the
doorway
and
so
close
that
it
almost
hit
the
bed
when
you
open
the
door.
The
little
seating
area
was
just
as
bad
with
shoddy
chairs
and
a
woobly
table.
The
TV,
was
in
fact
working.
We
did
a
late
night
check
in
7pm
and
a
Sunday
check
out
and
didn't
see
our
hosts
the
entire
weekend
we
were
there.
The
website
has
the
rooms
starting
at
$130
per
night
but
charges
$205
per
night
(without
tax)
and
the
invocing
was
confusing.
I
do
not
recommend
this
place
at
all.
Go
find
a
regular
hotel
room
for
better
service
and
accomidations
at
a
more
reasonable
price.
