Great bar and cool ambience. Lovely outdoor space and very friendly staff.. definitely a hidden gem. Oh, and the food is awesome! Only problem I have is I haven’t tried nearly enough of the menu! Love the cauliflower bites and the clams.

great food, nice vibes, stellar service. came on a thursday night - definitely make a reservation, as they get pretty busy. ordered the sour and the peaty in pink to start, as well as the crispy cauliflower. also ordered the mushroom pizza, which came whole with scissors. they were super on top of filling water, and when my bf dropped a fork on the ground, they immediately replaced it. i highly recommend!

There are better options for the price in the area. The crispy cauliflower was the best dish, absolutely delicious. Wouldn’t recommend the tuna dish or the milanesa, was dripping in oil. Risotto was good. Very nice ambiance, service was great! Probably wouldn’t return though, better options elsewhere

Amazing Bolognese! It was so tasty. The sauce and meat were really good and the pasta was cooked perfectly, a great chewy consistency. You get bread at the table and olive oil to dip in. We also got cauliflower as an appetizer and that was very flavorful! The cauliflower was a bit crispy on the outside. Our server was also a nice person and the food came out pretty fast.

Overall great food for the price. We ordered the cauliflower appetizer, the prosciutto fig bruschetta, the margarita pizza, and the prosciutto fig pizza (and the tagatelle mushroom pasta, not pictured.) The cauliflower and the prosciutto pizza were our favorites. Loved the ambience and the manager personally wished my friend a happy birthday.

Delicious food! Ambiance is great! Good wine selection. It is a little pricey but excellent location for gathering with friends or a date night!

Randomly dropped by one Saturday for brunch, the restaurant’s not busy comparing to other popular brunch spots around the city, but the food was amazing! So was the service! Think quickly they’ll pick up more brunch crowd. All 4 of us each ordered a plate and were very happy with the food we got, they were nicely portioned, wonderfully cooked. Our waiter’s very attentive with a nice sense of humor which always brightens a snowy day.

The food was good, I wouldn’t come back because I was served mash potatoes from a box. I don’t think based on the quality and prices this restaurant should have boxed mash potatoes.

The quality of ingredients was NOT worth the price. $22 for this bolognese cooked with what tasted like Kraft parmesan from the plastic container, and this $20 pizza that had also similar bad cheese, but additionally no sauce. Very overpriced food for low quality, taste was ok. Cocktails were tasty and worth it.

Great place with very cozy atmosphere. Food is great too. We had grilled pizza. It was very good and we had fun experience to cut it!

Great Italian restaurant! Not far from Fenway and Brookline, very accessible via the green line. Food was tasty and reasonably priced.

The hostess was very pleasant, but it went downhill from there. Mediocre food. The baked clams appetizer and fusilli entree did not have much flavor. The server was only moderately pleasant and never asked how the food was. The best part was sitting outside on a nice night.

It's Ok. Not bad. I came there only for Appetizers. While the ambience is nice, the food (only apps) were ok, rather expensive for the portion size. Big turn off, the bread & olive oil that you get at Italian restaurants. The bread was more like bite size croutons that too served on brown baking paper and a bit cold. The olive oil was excellent. A small basket for the bread would have been nicer for the prices at this place The crispy cauliflowers were bit overdone, you could taste the fried batter but no cauliflower (may be a kid might appreciate it). Also they should reduce the amount of the cutlery clanking at their service station which in the middle of the back wall. It's a bit annoying, probably their dishwasher is right there & they unload it. But Overall not bad. Do I recommend, yes, but reserve table in advance and ask for the window or in the front or outside. Will I visit again - may be, unless I find a better place.

We had a private room for about 15-20 people. I was most impressed by the extremely attentive servers. Give these people a raise!!! Their service made the food taste even better. Seriously. Atmosphere gets high marks because of the fun, intimate space. Really recommend this to families or business parties (we were the latter). Thank you, Bar 'Cino!!

Delicious food, friendly staff, and some pretty good drinks (including non-alcoholic!) Definitely would recommend it if you're looking for an affordable and tasty meal.

Great food and nice selection of wines! It’s just very unfortunate in my opinion that the AC makes it so uncomfortable when you sit down for a full meal indoors in summer - my party would have loved to stay longer for some drinks, but everyone was getting cold wearing their winter sweater in July :) The room temp ruins the warm and cozy atmosphere of the interior. Hope we can sit on the patio next time

Great friendly staff and nice atmosphere. We went for restaurant week and everything we ordered (5 people) off the menu was delicious. Everyone liked all 3 courses they picked.

Great Italian food, amazing decor and nice little touches (especially the bottles of Sicilian olive oil on the tables!). All plates we had were super tasty and the wine list was great, would definitely recommend if you are in the Brookline area!

Had a great experience at the bar here with my daughter a year ago. Today...not so much. Service lackluster, recommendation for food not great. I asked about two salads, and the bartender recommended the kale salad. I guess if you were either not hungry or planning on having a big meal later it might have been marginal. But honestly it was giant leaves of kale in a kind of tasteless dressing with not enough pine nuts. Not great. My daughter and I had the pizza and appetizers and had a blast at the bar. Moral of my story, don't get the kale salad. And go with your gut instead of asking for recommendations!

Excellent food in a great venue. Service is also good. However, the portion sizes have really shrunken and I’m not all so sure if you get what you’re paying for. Nonetheless, still a nice place to dine in. Good pizza, pasta, and wine selection.

Beautiful atmosphere and amazing small plates. Extremely flavorful. We loved the cauliflower and broccolini. The sauce the clams were in was dipping worthy and the draft beer ice cold. Can't wait to come back to try other things.
