Walked in for a quick bracelet resizing, received scratches on the bracelet. Is it really that difficult to pad tools and to use a microfibre cloth? Service quality left much to be desired, as my watch was casually tossed in my direction upon completion of the resizing. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this store to those who would like their jewelry to be handled carefully. Village Watch Centre is just a few steps away, and offers much more professional, legitimate service.

Amazing service and great prices! I went to get new batteries and bands resized on four watches and they went above and beyond with a particularly tricky resizing job on one of the watches. Will be back soon!

A piece of turquoise fell out of a belt buckle from New Mexico. Some other jewelry repairers that I inquired with wouldn't touch it. I walked into this small shop, Igor took one look and said he could have it back to me in a week or two. An hour later they called to say it was done. The color matching and the setting are both virtually perfect. I think it's the piece that's nearly round in the second row from the top. Can you tell?

Igor was so kind and accommodating when I reached out to design a ring. I brought in several pieces from my grandmother and we designed a piece that would fit my lifestyle perfectly. Turnaround was quick and the process was seamless. Certainly recommend and will be coming here for future custom pieces :)

I had a tennis bracelet set in silver that a lot of jewelers wouldn’t resize! They were kind and efficient (20 minutes)

Igor resized a watchband that several other jewelers said could not be resized. It was beautifully and quickly done at a reasonable price. Very satisfied and will be bring him more items I need help with.

I had a great experience at Jewelry Express! I brought in a few watches for replacement batteries, as well as a few small pieces of jewelry for repair. I also had a solo earring made into a necklace. The service was beyond friendly— each person I encountered seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was happy with everything. None of this work brought in a big profit for Igor and his colleagues, but you wouldn’t know that from the experience. I felt like the most important customer in the place. It was an efficient and very pleasant experience all around!

Definitely five star excellent service! I brought in two old watches that needed new batteries and bands. I was so pleased the proprietor had the bands on hand, and was able to repair the watches on the spot. Thumbs up for personal service. They have lovely jewelry as well which you can browse while you wait.

They did an amazing job fixing a variety of jewelry and even cleaned a ring for me. They had the pieces ready for me by the end of the day, living up to their express name.
