I meant to leave this review a while back, but never got around to it. I had my engagement ring custom made at Kosmima. Pano had the perfect stone for me (a gorgeous Ceylon sapphire) and designed a beautiful Art Deco style ring. He totally exceeded my expectations, and I love my ring. My ring is unique and I am frequently complimented on it. I would recommend Kosmima without reservation and will be going back .

Pano did such a lovely job on our wedding bands. They are exactly what we wanted and we plan to go back to him for other pieces in the future. Pano and Cathy are simply lovely people who are a pleasure to do business with.

Cathi and Pano are absolute gems (pun intended). I came into Kosmima with a family ring that was given to me wondering whether i should re set it or start fresh. Pano gave me an honest assessment of the diamond and a comparison to the specs that I was interested in if I went with new. He walked me through every step of the process and helped me decide on an amazing ring that blew my partner away. Flash forward a year and a half and many covid strains and unfortunately the engagement ended (it's all good, we are both happier this way and remained friends!). While this is already a stressful enough situation as is, I had no idea how to properly re sell a diamond without getting taken for a ride. I did a ton of research and brough the ring to a few places as well as looked online. Pano and Cathi worked with me in such akindly manner and were able to give me the most fair price I had been offered on a buy back. Pano beautifully restored a ring passed down to me that has a lot of sentimental value. It may not be worth much money but it's worth a lot to me, and he did an amazing job restoring the prongs that had worn away. Kathy helped me to find a cross for an upcoming baptism, one that would suit a Greek Orthodox ceremony. Working with them was such a pleasure and I will be back whenever I need anything fine jewelry related!

I can’t express how amazing Pano and Cathi were with helping me find an engagement ring. They walked me through the entire process with care and patience. I ended up learning a lot, actually! I first went to Kosmima because I had commented to two strangers how much I liked their rings and both told me they had them made at Kosmima. Since then I have worked with the owners, Cathy and Panos on a couple of project. They helped me turn my grandmother's diamond ring into a modern piece that I could wear every day. I'm a designer by training and they worked with me patiently through the whole process, from my initial sketch through selecting the right colored diamond side stones, the right color for the gold, and the right finish for the whole piece. They are just a pleasure to work with and fair around pricing.

Highly recommend for jewelry design and repairs! Pano reset my engagement ring a few years ago, and he and Cathi were a dream to work with. I’ve gone in for various questions and repairs since and always experienced reasonable prices and fabulous customer service!

Took in a watch I got online today to get some links taken off, Pano and Cathi are really nice folks who were happy to help on the spot. Despite some pre-existing issues with the screws on the watch, Pano immediately found a workaround and had the watch sized perfectly for me in a few minutes. Will certainly be recommending and going back in the future!

My fiancé and I had the most enjoyable experience picking out our wedding bands at Kosmima Fine Jewelry. We were worried that the process would be stressful as I have a non traditional engagement ring but were instantly put at ease once we started talking with Cathi. We were lucky enough to work with both Cathi and Pano—both super kind and helpful and both full of invaluable expertise! We were shown many beautiful options that aligned with our individual aesthetics. We are both super thrilled with our bands and have gotten many compliments on how the bands complement my engagement ring and our personalities. Pano and Cathi are incredible. The workmanship was spectacular on my resized bracelet and the customer service is impeccable. I can’t wait to go back and purchase some of their beautiful pieces and planning to rework an heirloom as well! Highly recommend!

After Kosmima repaired my delicate antique rings with care and craftsmanship, Cathi helped my fiancé and I find the perfect wedding bands and day-of earrings! Awesome customer service and impressive attention to detail. Definitely our new go-to jeweler. :)

The jeweler was very rude. Me and my fiancé went there to get our engagement ring resized, and they had told me they would do it in about a week. But it took them almost two weeks. They also mentioned that we needed to add stabilizers to the ring so that it fits better and they won't be really visible. But they are clearly visible. When we went to pick up the resized ring, we asked about the extra 18k gold that was removed to reduce the size and whether we can have that back. The jeweler became really rude announced how he reduced the total resizing fee by $30 to keep the small piece that was removed. Even hurriedly brought out the piece and announced how when he kept it on the scale it was so small that the scale wouldn't even register it. The whole situation was unpleasant and very rude. I would not recommend the place to any of my friends.
