Great hotel. Spacious room with everything you need. Beds were comfortable. There is a microwave and a fridge. Clean hotel and staff were nice too. Beautiful view from the rooms. We will definitely be back if we need to come back to Boston. No room service if you need you will have to ask for it.

The only reason why I can't give this Garden Inn 5 stars is due to the breakfast service at their restaurant. I have travelled extensively throughout the Hilton chain for over 20 years and I've never been told before I sit down for my self serve continental breakfast that gratuity isn't included by the head server. This guy needs to have a better attitude about his job. Secondly, the Hilton Hampton Inn has many more choices in their continental breakfast for customers. I had to ask the head server for a bagel since they didn't restock from the previous 2 days I stayed there. He was obviously put out having to do something for me as a Gold/Diamond loyal customer.

Our room was very nice and the amenities were first class. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars was the noisy heater. It warmed the room but you had to turn it off so you could sleep. The hotel staff was wonderful. They provide a shuttle service to the local hospitals so you can leave your car with their valet service. Getting around Boston and parking can be problematic.

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Restaurant great for dinner, breakfast disappointing (bagel was burned and cold - the best combination). Biggest complaint: the energy saving auto-off timer on the bathroom lights is idiotically dangerous. Every day the lights would turn off in the middle of my shower. The staff said they are aware of the issue, but didn't provide a fix. I showered with the bathroom door open throughout my stay so I could still see when the lights turned off.

Beautiful Hotel with a great view in a safe neighbourhood. Really enjoyed the hotels restaurant “Punch Bowl” with lovely service. Personal highlight were the front desk ladies. Never had such a warm welcome, nice chats and great support. Just awesome :) Looking forward to come back ☀️

The best part about dinner was the popovers. Everything else was less than even adequate. As shown in the pictures be prepared to wake up to a bed full of molds. And that's sleeping on top of the sheets! Breakfast is definitely not worth getting, the buffet is not maintained and you'll find it dirty coffee was bland. When you have a complaint everybody suddenly doesn't understand English. The pool area is not maintained well and with the rest of what was going on at this gross hotel I wouldn't use it. Nicest feature was the deck/ outdoor patio. Convenient location for a couple of hospitals - that you might be in need of them more when you leave. Management did follow up by phone but the credit wasn't what was relayed.

The place itself was nice and clean. The staff was nice. I ended up not using one of the rooms I booked, and one of the manager’s went above and beyond helped give me a small balance back. I thanked him, and he said he was just doing his job! But, he did a fantastic job. The room was great. They were very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was that was there was no actual parking lot, and you have to have some valet your car. Otherwise, I would have rated it a 5.

They have a rate for people who are staying due to medical reasons. That was very useful to us because we stayed a couple times when I had appointments at a hospital. They also have a shuttle to the hospital if you need a ride there. The rooms are nice with lots of space and a kitchen that allows for an extended stay if you need it. The only complaint I have is that no one told us about the fee for the parking garage before we checked out and had 40 bucks a night in extra charges. I'm not saying we wouldn't have parked there anyway. I just think someone should tell you before you do just in case you don't actually have the money. The staff was king and helpful with any requests we had. Breakfast could use a little more time cooking but it wasn't to bad. Having to stay an extra night at the last minute might cause a problem at some places but these guys just went right along and fixed.

Love this hotel! It’s actually as nice as it looks in the photos! Great location, valet, staff is always friendly, rooms smell clean and fresh (not like so many that smell like gross air freshener covering up), beds are comfy, nice sheets and towels. The restaurant (Punch Bowl) was also great - delicious food and friendly staff.

The room was very clean and spacious. Easy to organize your stuff for a longer stay. Excellent location across from the new Boston Children's Hospital outpatient offices and a 15 minute walk to the main hospital. Very handicap accessible. No room service or room cleaning (probably due to covid?). Ask the front desk for extra toilet paper because if you call from the room it's not coming up. They were pretty busy. Hotel restaurant was more fancy so expensive not really kid friendly food. The bonus was it is open until midnight if you are desperate for real food. The subway is also across the street so very easy to use to explore Boston instead of driving in that maze. The snack shop and laundry facilities were convenient. The terrace on the 3rd floor is cute and peaceful. The pool is 4 ft deep everywhere and on the smaller side so not little kid friendly. Overall it was a nice hotel and I would stay here again.

They took excellent care of my mom when she stayed over night for an appointment at Dana Farber. She forgot her purse on the shuttle and quickly got in contact with us and had her belongs shipped to us next day. Very impressed with the staff and services they provide. Thank you again.

The hotel is very clean and new. Beautiful views from the rooms. Conveniently located; restaurants, parks, and transit within walking distance. The staff were overall lovely; especially Nelda at the front desk. Thank you for everything, Nelda! The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I called ahead to explain that I would be arriving early in the morning on day 2 of my booking instead of day 1. I was assured that this was fine and they would note it on my reservation. When I arrived, in the morning on day 2, I had been marked as a "no show" and my reservation was cancelled. Nelda fixed everything. She found my reservation (and the note) and quickly rebooked me. I was only delayed about 5 minutes, but the next time I stay there I will call more than once and will specifically ask to speak to Nelda.

The hotel is nice and our room was comfortable and clean. The staff has all been friendly and helpful. James the bartender at the hotel restaurant (The Punch Bowl) provided excellent service throughout our stay. He was professional, attentive, and personable. The food and drinks were very good. We were in town for Dead and Company, and it was a great choice to stay at.

The hotel is in a great location for access to the local medical facilities, and it had the right high end features I was seeking for my stay. The staff were professional and attentive across the board. The rooms - I had a king bed suite - that sported floor to ceiling windows, and nice desk to do my remote work, and a very clean environment. My room had an air purifier, which I felt was a nice touch. All of the appliances and furnishings, and features were all new and what I tried worked well. In the lobby is a fresh single cup coffee machine that made a fine drip coffee. There are snacks available, even some decadent ice cream. When I visit Boston again, I will be booking my stay at the Garden Inn at Brookline.

This hotel is at a great location, 5-7 minutes walk to green line D or E. The room is well maintained and clean. It offers a great view if you are luck. Staff are generally friendly but not all of them. We were told there wasn’t any free street parking which isn’t true. Few block into Mission Hill, you should be able to find free parking. We were also charged with valet parking services that we did not use. So if you don’t have a car this might be a great spot for your stay. Tons of good restaurant, coffee shops nearby. Lastly watch out for your bills!

Checked in later than I was expected so the room I chose was not available. Darn delays! So you can imagine how I exhausted I was after 5 hours of delays but I got to my room, 306. The problem I had with this room was the view was garbage and the most important problem was that the deadbolt didn't lock for me. It didn't even turn all the way - only halfway. I was concerned for my safety being a solo traveler. Before checking the door though, I did check the room and it was super clean. I immediately went to the front desk and told them if I could get another room. She gave me a confused look but switched the room to 526. Checked the deadbolt and this time it turned all the way. So I felt safer about that and I did my room sweep (checking for bugs/cameras) and it passed my test. The beds were spotless. I really commend them for this because I'm very super afraid of bringing anything home. There's a laundry room, gym, pool and a hotel restaurant. I didn't get to use these but maybe in the future if I come back. The hotel is walking distance to local hospitals and public transport. I was appreciative of that as I got my steps in. Hotel staff were super friendly and attentive. One remembered me and another handed me with my toilet paper with a smile. Overall, I had a great stay here and would recommend it to anyone who visits Boston.

Rooms were awesome. Building clean. Did not know only option for parking was Valet at $45 per day. (Found a parking garage close by for $25 a day. But that was on my last night.) When checking in was given key cards. Was not given instructions that the elevator in order to go up from lobby you had to scan card. Then when asked at the desk what i needed to do, i was made to feel like i should know how to use it. Was not given any instructions about key card usage. Key Card and Valet choice of parking is my 2 knocks on hotel. Room and view was awesome.

I have nothing but good things to say about this location. My room was available a few hours before check-in. It was a lovely room with a lot of space. Check-in and Check-out were extremely easy. They have a nice restaurant in the hotel, though I cannot speak on the food. The only issue is that it is on the outskirts of Boston so getting to and from the city can prove challenging. It was only a couple blocks from the T station though.

I stayed at the Garden Inn for 2 nights during inclement weather to be close to the Dana-Farber. It was truly a respite! From Rick who booked my room, to Yonel who checked me in. The valet service was timely and excellent. I had a delicious veggie omelet both mornings during my stay. Service was perfect. The waitress was a lovely young woman who was efficient and very hardworking. Every single person I dealt with was polite, professional and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. I felt safe traveling alone. I can't say enough. I am very grateful.

Location was very close to Baptist Hospital where my spouse was having surgery and they offer a discounted price if your stay is hospital related. Staff was pleasant and helpful, room was very clean and the restaurant food was good. I had to extend my stay at the last minute, as the surgery discharge was postponed, and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend.

We were very pleasantly accommodated. Location, service, valet, restaurant, rooms and most importantly, the staff, were all 5 star. Will definitely come back - or go to any other Hilton Garden Inn

My sister and I only stayed one night as we were in Boston for a medical appointment but wish we could have stayed longer! Our room was quiet and well appointed with comfy beds. Very clean! We had dinner at the restaurant in the lobby and the service and food was wonderful. Everything in this hotel is light and bright. Even the valet attendant was cheerful at 7:30 AM in the rain :) Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family

We needed to stay while the house got remodeled. The rooms were clean, and they would give us towels and empty trash when needed. The only thing is all their TVs are broken and I know this because, during our extended stay, they moved us once; which I understand because the holidays were coming up and everything is booked; both TVs would turn on but then they would all get black stripes and the audio would become choppy. They also need to clean the laundry machines: there is a bunch of gunk from the detergent they sell in the dish, and there is a lot of lint in the dryers.

The location is great. Everyone from the parking attendees and the front desk are always helpful and cheerful. The rooms are super clean, the gym is well taken care of and also clean. Awesome Hotel.

This hotel went above and beyond for my family and we are extremely grateful for their team! I reached out to Andrea, one of their amazing team members, and explained to her why we were coming to Boston and staying at the hotel. My 9 year old daughter is an oncology patient at Boston Children's Hospital and we traveled there for her scans and appointments. I told Andrea we were celebrating my daughter being in remission for 2 years now. Andrea and her team decorated our room with balloons and a card, gifts and even cheesecake in the fridge to surprise my daughter! We were so moved by their generosity and compassion for our circumstances. They made our experience very special and we will never forget it. In terms of cleanliness and quality the hotel is immaculate. I felt comfortable in the room and we had everything we needed there. I would highly recommend this hotel and we plan on staying there every time we travel to Boston in the future!

I almost don't want to tell you how good this hotel is because they will start charging more. Very modern, clean and comfortable and conveniently located next to the T. I booked one of the premium rooms with a great view of Brookline. I enjoyed the warm pool. The only draw back was breakfast wasn't very good.

Great hotel. Really good food in the area for delivery. Food inside was expensive.

They have a shuttle to area hospitals. The pictures were taken from my room, beautiful views. They have a pool. The area is safe and walking distance to most hospitals in the area. On site restaurant, the Punch Bowl was very good. The front desk Nalda was extremely helpful as I had to extend my stay. I would definitely stay here in the future.

We stayed last night for the first time. The room was very clean and orderly. Shower worked great and plenty of towels. plenty of pillows etc.. Beds comfortable. Hotel staff couldn't have been friendlier. Elevators work fantastic, super fast. Valet was great. The restaurant was great for dinner. Great service, nice staff and steak was cooked perfect and tasted great. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 8 nights while our son was in the care of Boston Children's Hospital. (Hospitality Homes partners with this hotel so if you are staying here to visit the hospital, contact them and get their BCH room rate!) Wonderful customer service, extremely clean and very close to the Children's Hospital. Only downside is Valet parking is crazy expensive. But overall just a really great hotel. BTW the downstairs coffee is not free! Nor do they offer complimentary breakfast. Not necessarily a bad thing, we just weren't prepared for that!

Beautiful Hotel it definitely gives a modern look to the area. Near hospitals and you could walk to Fenway Park, if there is a game traffic is horrible so walking might be a good option. Near by is Blossom Bar that has the best cocktails in town and the food is fantastic. Bike path are awesome in this area as well as a good park to go for a walk/run.

This was the first time my husband and son traveled without me. The hotel employees were amazing! I always plan all of our trip, I get us there and organize it. The hotel staff went above and beyond my family. My husband couldn't find the parking/hotel entrance - Chris the front desk employee waited outside to direct them!!! Tejas was also so helpful. Good customer service is hard to find especially in busy city's they knocked it out of the park. The hotel room was amazing! I splurged for the King suite with a view! Well worth it. We 100% will stay every time we visit Boston.

We traveled to visit our daughter and was looking for a place to stay that did not cost too much. This place is great. Rooms are modern and well equipped. It is comfortable if you need to do some work with a nice workspace in the room. Within walking distance to some great food and the T to travel to downtown. Great place for the price.

Great location (we were visiting a relative at the hospital), clean rooms with a modern feel and everything we needed. A young lady at the check in desk gave us a great restaurant recommendation (as we did NOT want to go to the restaurant in the hotel) and everyone was friendly. Thr only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the restaurant in the hotel. The staff was rude and the food wasn't good.

Wonderful stay, very clean, staff was super friendly and helpful, slept like a baby! The pool was a great temp, and the have the rain shower on deck. Weight room was perfectly equipped. Definitely will be back!

Had a wonderful stay. Room was clean, spacious, modern and meticulously cleaned. Location is convenient near the T and staff was fantastic. Great experience at this property. If you’re shopping around, look no further!

Fantastic hotel! Easy access from major roads. Short walk to Fenway. Minutes from the T. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Food at the restaurant was excellent. Priced very reasonably! We will definitely be going back!

Nice new and modern hotel in a great area with good restaurants, bars, and shops just a short walk down the road. The lobby has a lot of space to sit down and relax or meet with people. There's also a nice sunny terrace on the third floor which was a great little bonus. Would definitely stay here again. Note that there is no self parking, valet only.

We stayed for three nights in April over our kids' Spring Break. We got adjoining rooms (no way we're going to cram our two teens into one room with us!). The rooms were normally-sized for a normal hotel. Overall clean and the room amenities were average. The A/C was loud, as others have mentioned. I am getting tired of figuring out how to work the thermostat in hotel rooms; it should work *exactly* like the thermostats in my home: set a temp and let it go. Not so much here, nor in most other hotels. Parking was a slight pain as there is none; it's all valet parking. While they were fantastic, there were several times we had to wait 10-15 minutes for our car, even after calling down ahead of time per their instructions. The location is nice. Only a ~10 minute drive to downtown and the historic areas, as well as Fenway Park. Overall not perfect, but very good.
