I paid $75 for laser removal of fibromas around my nose. It's been a month now, and those bumps are still present, but now more red and inflamed (I made sure to follow their instructions and wear sunscreen, avoided UV exposure during the recovery period). I messaged the clinic for some form of compensation; Dr. Doktor responded to these concerns by vaguely saying that she'll look at them at my next appointment, with no guarantee that she wouldn't charge me again. I also told her that doxycycline upsets my stomach a lot (even with food), she still pushed me to take it. I've had horrible stomach problems since starting, like I've anticipated, and my acne has not improved. I am giving 1 star at least because the lady at the front desk was unbelievably nice and wonderful at her job.

The doctor has been great! With a quick and thorough consultaion. Looking forward to see how well the prescriptions work for me. Edit- got my acne cleared and had my skin care routine set. Doctor was super nice and patient with all my queries. Amazing experience

One of the most professional and organized doctor's offices I've ever been to. I was able to make an appointment for the next day after I contacted them and all of the staff have been very helpful every time I've been in for an appointment.

I was able to schedule a minor procedure within a week (other practices were booked months ahead). Everyone, from the receptionist to Dr. Doktor was courteous, friendly, helpful. The procedure was quick, efficient, and painless. Fine work all around.

Personally, for my specific diagnosis I didn't quite feel the entire experience being discussed in the comments below. I patiently waited for 3 weeks for the test results, and at some point, I had the impression they were guessing and going around details. It wasn't exactly a bad experience, just not entirely convincing.

Came in for a routine, yearly dermatology checkup. Easy to schedule, and Dr Doktor was quick, professional, and thorough. Also she didn't rush any questions I had and didn't try to sell me on anything. Highly recommend and already have my apt for next year.

Dr. Vlada is very thoughtful and professional in her practice. She has taken time to explain me all the basics regarding skin care and provided treatment plan I am very satisfied with. Front desk stuff was friendly and welcoming and the reception is state of the art beautiful! Highly recommend.

This place uses deceptive business practices to discourage comparison shopping. I called to inquire about BOTOX pricing, and they refused to discuss it whatsoever unless I booked a $150 consultation. That money can be applied towards treatment options, but is effectively thrown away if you decide to seek services elsewhere. I’ll be bringing my business to a competitor who is transparent about their pricing.

If you have concerns regarding your skin, this is the place to go. Doctor Doktor and her staff are outstanding. The office is easy to find, is quite modern and has a welcoming feel to it. She is extremely knowledgeable, listens and understands your concerns.

This is a relatively new practice in a nice space in Brookline Village. They have an airy space, tastefully decorated, a welcoming staff able and willing to help with all matters of insurance, and a patient and informative Doktor that listens to you and explains what you need to know. If you send them a message, they reply within a few hours. I am very, very happy that I found them!

Easy to get an appointment and Doctor Doktor is very nice. My issue is that I was prescribed Skyrizi and every time it came up for a refill, I couldn’t fill it on time because Skin Center wouldn’t send over the prior authorization until I had played a game of phone tag with them. I also asked them to stop sending my prescriptions to V-Care because it messed with my insurance but they would use V-Care regardless.
