Employees set temperature in Lobby to about 59 or 60. Just say the lobby was missing snow thats how cold it was. We let the Employee that was taking our order know that we wanted to dine in but his dining room was freezing he said yup ok to go?? and all our food was baged up. We ordered a grilled cheese burrito box and got half the items without a box. We were missing 3 items. They weren't rushing or anything it took awhile to get our food so I don't know why we were missing items plus had cracked tacos and had half the ingredients in there. The last thing id like to mention is the Quesadilla that clearly stated Extra extra grilled was not even grilled for its proper time the first time. Didn't even steam the cheese. Again they didn't even rush to get us our food, so why were we missing items and also not to mention the low quality food they were serving. I was eating an ungrilled un melted quesadilla. I have pictures of it too. In the pictures you can see we had to eat in the car like taco bell didn't have a lobby. There were other customers who came in said wholly its really cold and left. I don't blame them.

If I could give negative stars I would. If I couldn't attach photos you wouldn't believe how sad this order is. That was supposed to be a beefy 5 layer, a crunch wrap supreme l, and a taco SUPREME. I mean.... It really doesn't get much worse than this.

Hard taco shell broken in half and the nachos had a table spoon of meat.🤦🏽‍♀️ y’all gotta stop being stingy with the meat Taco Bell. False advertising on tv.

It's taco bell so we don't expect amazing food or service, but we've had about a 12% success rate at getting the correct food recently from this location. If you're ordering veggie items, especially avoid this location. We've gotten several "veggie Fiesta burritos" that were filed with beef. Go a bit further to any other location and you'll be more likely to get the right stuff.

They never cook the chalupa shells to the proper doneness. They are almost completely uncooked most of the time. The only time there ever right is when there's a chalupa promotion that just started. They're supposed to have a bit of a crunch to them, but they're completely soft the majority of the time, I guess you could say they're consistent in that.

I ordered a BEEFY melt burrito. The forgot the beef. How incompetent does a person gotta be, even in a rush how do you not go hmmmm this doesn't look quite right. Was STUFFED full of rice tho. First time at taco bell in 5 years, I'll make sure it's my last

I was actually pretty impressed by this Taco Bell. They got my order right and they were QUICK!! I don't think I waited more than 5 min for my food. Definitely can't complain! Would come back for sure.

I always stop by here when I go to the Brooklyn Center Shopping Center. All sorts of different stores in one place and the Taco Bell is right there on my way home. The service is always prompt. I'm able to afford to stop by after doing my shopping for the week.

No sour cream or tomatoes didn’t even let me know before ordering supreme prices for basic tacos

By far, one of the best locations. Great team! Went in for a quick lunch. Two self-serve touch screens, a very clean dining room, well stocked and clean condiment area, and clean restrooms (you have to be buzzed in because it's not open to the public which I like). Ordered Chlaupa Combo. Upgraded the taco to the Locos taco shell. My! Whoever built my taco did a fabulous job. The taco was intact and the ingredients weren't just slapped on like other places. The beef was moist and fresh and the vegetables were fresh too. Tasted very delicious. Ate the Chicken Chalupa at home, 2 hours later. Heated the chalupa on pizza mode (hint: keeps the shell crisp) and the shell was crisp and the ingredients were fresh. Once again, it was built perfectly. The vegetables weren't slapped on! Everything stayed intact. Matter of fact, let's just say it ate well because nothing dropped on the wrapper. Their service was prompt and polite. Thank you for your service!

The food was old, soggy, falling apart and overall disgusting. This is usually our go to spot during the day! The food is USUALLY HOT AND FRESH! Tonight was a complete fail, and disaster. These were supposed to be dipping tacos. One taco had no cheese on the outside. Both were so soggy that when I picked them up the bottom just fell and the whole taco crumbled... They're usually hot,fresh,crunchy,cheesy,gooey. Everything about this order was bad!!!

No complaints so far! I did stop and use the bathroom right before closing, and somebody blew up the toilet. it was filled with a ton of toilet paper and what looks like probably what they ate. And just left it like that didn’t tell nobody so other than that this is a clean restaurant and friendly staff.

I ordered thur the Mobile app, got a free Rewards 5 layer burrito for doing so, My experience with the drive thur lady was ok, she seemed to be overwhelmed, I went inside, it took a extra 5 minutes for my free Reward. The workers looked like they didn't want to be there. Got my order, it was hardly any meat, barely any refried beans, a speck of onions, mostly dough and cheese sauce, I'm very disappointed in what they give there Rewards members. And I feel sick. Definitely a hit or miss, the women seem to make better food when they are in good moods, I say that because when I was Leaving one of the food workers female, on the line gave me a nasty look. AND YES MY BIRTH NAME IS SENORITA! WORST BURRITO EVER! 3.8 ?? More LIKE 1.8 NEVER EATING AT THIS LOCATION I LIKE ZANTIGOS IN FRIDLEY MUCH BETTER.

Today I went in for breakfast, at 930 am . They had said they ran out of eggs. I said I can wait while you make fresh ones. They exclaimed it takes to long. To make eggs? You guys have over a hour and a half left of breakfast so loose money because your lazy staff doesn't want to make eggs... worst taco bell ever. Always mess up my order

Didn't go inside, as we were only picking up a mobile order at just before 2am because we hadn't eaten much that day due to helping my best friend clean their house. Our server was quite friendly, despite the late hour. Food was what you would expect from a TB; nothing extravagant, but not bad. The only thing that sucked was their location makes it so my GPS was sending us in circles for quite a while. It's in a pocket between several roads and other buildings, so you have to keep your eyes peeled.

This location is top-notched. Food quality was perfect and the store was clean. People like to joke about Taco Bell, and that's a lot of fun, but this is a quick and affordable option for a delicious meal.

Whether dining in or taking out I pretty much always if not always get exactly what I ordered and within 10 to 20 minutes of placing my order.It is a great white Mexican restaurant to eat at and I would certainly recommend it

I mean, it's a taco bell, set expectations accordingly. However I must say the morning crew at this store are fantastic. Taco bell's breakfast food, especially for the money, makes the drive thru line across the street at mcd's confusing to me, but the breakfast staff here are always as happy as can be expected and service is prompt. Never had an errant order, either.

Friendly faces and a clean facility make this Taco Bell a lovely choice when you realize you must make a run for the border. My mobile order was ready at the promised time, made as specified. I would give them zero stars. Order on Uber eats had all my sauce added to my order but didn’t get any of my sauce and missing my bowl.

I ordered 4 things which they made me wait 10 minutes in the parking lot for, and when I got it half of my order was missing. I had no time to get back in line to receive my missing items because the wait already made me late for work.

Tables were dirty and garbage cans were overflowing and there was enough staff to keep up with the dinning area clean. Next time will be the last if dinning area isn't clean.

Went in with some friends to get food for everyone we got the 2 group packs, one came with 6 soft and 6 hardshell, one came with 4 hardshell and 4 4-layer burritos. And i got 2 chile cheese burritos, james ate a bunch jamie got some and looked happy nick me and aaron got a few things too. It was all gone when jon got there. But it was good! Good service. He made us feel understood.

I ordered a Mexican pizza and there was a balled up piece of plastic wrap it in. When I unrolled it, it was about the size of my palm. I normally have had a good experience here but my 3 year old niece could have been the one to eat it. Please check your food carefully.

Food wasn't bad, main issue is that we put in a larger order and forgot to give me my quasadilla meal. We got no receipt so I had no proof of purchase. No quasadilla and taco for me.

If I could do zero stars I would…extremely disappointed. I mean it is Taco Bell but this seemed like I joke. I go through the drive through and ordered 2 quesadillas, chips and cheese. We Pull to the window to pay the lady was rude and looked very irritated, we asked for extra hot sauce she literally slammed the window returned to the window with hot sauce and slammed the window again. We get home I open my quesadilla and it looked as if it had been eaten 1/3 of the quesadilla was there and the rest…idk, I compared it to my boyfriends and there was an obviously a difference. We go back to get a new one and they were very rude about it claimed we ate it. Eventually they ended up making us a new one. Extremely difficult and frustrating lmao I never write reviews but I think no one should go here.

They messed up my order and the cashier wasn't very knowledgeable and messed up taking the order as well. Food was mediocre. Pricey. Selection keeps getting worse. They take away what people actually like or run out of the good items, like at this visit they were out of Mexican Pizzas.

Open till 4am select nights is nice. Police officer in drive thru nice touch. (Cops gotta eat too) Giving 5 stars cuz they were fast, I rec what I ordered & food was good.
