Still drive-thru only , but... Best Fast Food Sandwich... Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich  features slow-smoked beef brisket, smoked Gouda cheese, crispy onions, barbecue sauce, and mayo on a toasted, bakery-style bun.

Arby's is so underrated but also a little pricier than others. Having said that, everything they make is awesome! I think I've tried everything on their menu at least once... and have not been disappointed once. They have one of, if not the best, fish sandwich out there. Their special spicy menu items are always spot on impressive! Their only downfall, is their restaurants seem very dated and some items barely work, e.g. their sauce dispensers, soda machines, etc. Most days, their servers are spot on, but others, they seem like they're dreading their day.

Not the freshest buns. Update: Quick response from company the very next day. Shows they are vested in making their company run well!

Had a horrid first experience at arby’s with some friends a while back. Service was slow and rude despite us being the only car in the drive thru. The person who gave us our food didn’t even bother to look at us while handing the bag. But all of that could’ve been overlooked if the food was good. To no one’s surprise, it was horrible. One of our curly fries had hair attached to it? Absolutely unforgivable, will never visit again.

I have probably gone to this location probably 6 times in the last 6 months. Always lunch. The staff here appear overwhelmed even when I am the Only Customer in the building. Now admittedly I went inside because there were cars in the drive up. Maybe 5 minutes but on a half hour lunch break? Not realistic. The crew seem nice but they sort of act like they have never worked fast food. Admittedly not a hard job but like any job you have to sort of get into it. This applies to everyone I have ever seen working there. I have only seen one person more than once. Sad.

Your ribeye steak I absolutely the worst sandwich I ever had. It was tough and dry I wil never eat there again

Been here several times, usually just for the curly fries or the mozzarella sticks. Both are really good. I have an Arby's closer to home that I usually go to but this one fits the bill when I am in the area.

The food be bussin when I don’t got someone in my ear tellin me that it’s nasty. Curly fries never disappoint and I always go for the roast beef 🤤

This was the worst experience in my whole life. I would like to report this to corporate. I ordered a Ruben LG fries and Mac n cheese bites. I wanted the 5 for 5 roast beef but the young unexperienced clerk said I needed the coupon. When I paid for the food, she told me to pull my vehicle around the corner. There was NO business until they walked my bag out 15 minutes later with NO fries in it. The old male doubted that i paid for them. And 5 minutes later i got SMALL pieces of curly fries they were cold hard like they were the pieces left in the area they fill the fries. The total bill was $15 The Mac n cheese was dark that tasted burnt no fries and no roast beef sandwiches. I told him that I will be reporting this terrible service and that the young girl @ the window needed more training or should not be working there??? I HAVE NEVER... IN MY LIFE.... BEEN TREATED SO BADLY, NEVER!

Went through the drive thru ordered two meals and an 8 piece jalapeño poppers. Was met by rude service and was told to wait for my entire order until the jalapeño poppers were done… I was directed to pull forward to the doorway, after waiting in excess of 10 minutes for the order, I had to go in to pick up my order!!! And btw, not a single pack of horsey nor Arby’s sauce were in the bag…. Very pathetic at this location. All the other food was cold except the jalapeño poppers which held up the rest of our meals. No brains at this location.

I come to this specific location at least three times a week. I like the service I get. ALL of the employees are very hard working and friendly and I love their strawberry lemonade. I tried the new steak burger and it was better than I thought it would be. Overall I just come for lemonade and good customer service.
