I want to start by saying the 3 stars have nothing to do with nails. The woman who serviced me was wonderful I love my nails. The problem came when it was time to pay, let me start by saying I’ve gotten my nails done for the past 30 years I know all about the service industry. I give the woman my card & she says “are you giving a TIP” very loudly, to start I tip EVERYBODY who does a GOOD job on my hair, nails, facials, lashes etc… so I was going to tip the nail technician I didn’t need this loud rude female to say anything to me, I didn’t like that at all. This female needs to work on customer service. But the woman who did my nails deserves 5 stars.

I went for only my 2nd pedicure here yesterday. So many problems this time. The place and music is lovely but it ended there yesterday. It is also SO close to my house. To explain - I only wanted a classic pedicure, and not even polish. (In the winter, I want to be able to put on my boots and go - plus never wear sandals or go into a pool.) I'm used to no one, in any shop, giving me a price break for not using polish, but I usually get good service, like a decent massage elsewhere and the first time I came here. Yesterday, my appointment was at 11:30 and I got right in, but was not attended to. I thought one of my techs would be one of the two doing manicures, so I asked if there'd be a long wait. "No wait", she said. But that first person, from the desk, that I thought might just be the receptionist, took the next customer. I'm assuming that SHE was requested or that would have been the first rude thing. That first person also didn't listen or understand that I didn't want polish and tried to give me the color palette while I was in the chair. I did say I needed water in the basin to soak, however, and was ignored. 15 minutes later my person, Sara, came and had me take my feet out and I again explained I hadn't soaked AT ALL. So, she ran the water and in less than a minute started on my left toes. Anyway, whole thing took 16 minutes! I was stunned that it was so quick and I told her last time I at least got a massage. (She had slapped oil on my legs and that was it.) She rudely said I got the least expensive package. ALL pedicures at 3 places around here have charged $35 (plus usually $5 tip) for about 45 minutes, which is plenty since I don't have polish 4 mos. out of the year and the other times, I bring my own. To top everything off, at the front desk she asked if I wanted to tip on the card or cash. I was so taken aback, I said card, but if I hadn't been asked I would not have tipped. I did only give $3 to make my 16 minutes pedicure $38. NOT going back!

My experience at Galaxy nails was above my expectations! The nail salon is clean and cozy. They have a large color selection of nail polishes . My nail tech was very sweet and professional. She made me feel welcomed. My nails and feet look amazing. For me it has been a challenge to find a good nail salon bu that has changed Galaxy nails will be a permanent go to for me. I truly recommend them.

This place will nickel and dime you to no end. I recently had an appointment to get a gel manicure and pedicure. I currently had dip powder on my nails but wanted gel instead. The nail tech told me it would be $10.00 extra. Then I told her to do just a basic pedicure, she said still $10.00 extra. I asked why and she said they charge $10.00 extra whenever they take off powder. I have never been charged ‘extra’ to remove powder. For my pedicure I was told if I wanted my calluses removed, again $10.00 extra. Again, never been charged extra for something that is already supposedly be included in the initial price. The shop is nice and new but I will never go back!!!

I wouldn’t bother coming here! There’s only two people working here sometimes one. I had gotten my nails done here .. and the gems fell off the next days! They definitely overprice for basic nails sets.

I’ve loved my experiences at galaxy nails. I started seeing Sara for hands and Samantha for toes about 9 months ago. Excellent skills, always willing get creative with an “inspo pic”, make sure the color is just right, and I love my nails! People think I wear acrylics but that’s just how good Sara is with dip 😊 On the rare occasion a nail has chipped or I broke it, they fix it no problem. They are busy here and sometimes it is only the two of them working (they work 7 days a week!). I recommend calling ahead to be sure they have time for the full services you’re looking for. Hands down the best Nail shop I’ve ever been at. The best customer service & you can tell they care about every customer that comes in there. Thanks to Samantha, makes me feel very welcomed and my pedicure lasted almost 4 weeks no chipping.

There was only a few staff there but they all were so kind and friendly. The nail tech that did my nails she did such an amazing job! She tested out to see if I liked the color first before completely the set. She was patient while I was looking for the perfect color. She was nice and understanding. That was my first time there. Shortly a week after I went back to get my pedicure done. All appointment base only but they were able to get us in quickly.

I’m glad this is close to my house. I loved it here. It’s not smelly and it wasn’t busy when we came for our couples pedi. Great service and they did a great job. Although the foot massage part could have been better but I’m sure she was just trying to not make my husband wait too long since I got gel and took longer than him. Otherwise I’ll be back and we loved the staff.

Absolutely the best! I’ve gone there many times but recently moved so I went went to another salon, and had an awful experience! My nails looked terrible. The ladies at Galaxy revived my full set, making them so beautiful even my husband noticed and said “I keep looking at how nice your nails look!” 10/10 recommend!

This was my first time going to the salon. My technician was Sara. I went in for a pedicure and she was very nice and welcoming from the beginning. I recommend that you guys go and see her. I love the staff and the place was also clean. I will be back to the salon and I recommend it as well!

They did a great job on my gel Mani and Pedi. I went with my mom as well and she loved her Mani/Pedi, especially the cuticle cleanup work. We will definitely be using Galaxy again.
