I first contacted this guy at the beginning of November, asking him if he could remove some existing stones from a ring I ordered for my daughter’s 25th Birthday. He told me to call him once the ring arrived. I did. (November 22nd). Then he asked me to text him a photo of the ring. I did. And I told him I needed this done before her Birthday (November 29th). Then? I never heard back from him again. Very unprofessional. At that point, it was too late to find another jeweler..So I had to give my daughter her ring long after her actual Birthday. This was my one and only experience dealing with this guy. It will also be my last.

Smith jewelery repair is an amazing place to get work done. Very quickly twice now I have reached out and had my jewelry fixed very promptly. Really good work and very friendly.

My fiancé and I brought our wedding rings to Leland to have them sized and also have the band widened. Leland is a very kind and talented man. He listened to what we wanted and came up with ideas. Leland welcomed us in on a rainy Sunday afternoon with no appointment. We called him when we pulled up and he said “C’mon in!” He kindly fixed my vintage Italian bracelet for a very humble fee. And he did so while we waited, and with a kind smile. Great experience!

I reached out to Leland to repair my rings and he was absolutely perfect. They needed to be cut off. A diamond replaced and then resized and he added prongs to avoid future loose or lost diamonds. He did a beautiful job. He was so easy to work with. I couldn’t be happier!

I really appreciate this Gentleman. He was so nice and efficient. I’m really not big on going to someone home to receive service. But he made me feel very comfortable and his work is spectacular. I will recommend him to all my friends and family. If you need your jewelry fixed come to him. I dropped it off on the weekend and by Monday he told me it was ready. I highly recommend Mr. Smith for all jewelry repairs. Between my husband and I, we had 3 rings resized. I also had several repairs done on my diamond ring, including replacing the crown. The results were fantastic! He did all the repairs at a very reasonable price. Thanks!
