    Don’t fall for the “nice amenities” - read the reviews & reconsider choosing here!! 1- the underground tunnels are useless. I’ve been “on a waiting list” for months to get a parking spot so need to park in the lot furthest from my building. The office won’t let my key have access to building 1 so I can’t use the tunnel to walk thru to my building 4, so need to walk all the way around every building to get to mine. This also means, I can’t enter the garage near the parking lot to be able to use a cart, so had to buy my own. Think about how this process will be when it’s -30 outside. 2- most of the “amenities” have been closed since move in. The indoor pool, sauna, & hot tub have been closed for months with no notice & no ETA of being reopened. This was the main reason we picked this apartment. Fire pit has also been broken for months. 3- another dog in the building *off its leash* attacked my dog & the office didn’t care to do a thing about it. Don’t worry - I’ll keep y’all posted when it bites a kid next. 4- your packages WILL NEVER ARRIVE!! They get dumped off anywhere & everywhere. Most recently one of mine got delivered into the locker system & is giving an error. I’ve been waiting nearly a week for the office to “go get it” for me. 5- as everyone else stated, the office staff are extremely rude. Had questions regarding the payment & Allie was extremely rude cutting me off the entire conversation. They were rude when I asked about the key/parking situation. These are simple questions and them doing a small amount of work (providing access to the hall) would make things a lot easier & a happier place to live. But good luck with that.

    Overall, the apartment has wonderful amenities and maintenance, BUT the leasing staff are NOT accommodating and are often unresponsive. We bought a house and needed to terminate our lease early. We asked the Leasing Team if we could pay a fee for early lease termination, but they said our only option was a Lease Turnover, where we had to advertise and find people to fill our apartment. Two people were interested in taking over our lease after we gave them a tour. I reached out multiple times to the leasing team, by both phone and email, to send applications. They finally responded a WEEK later. By that time, the people lost interest in the apartment. I talked to the Leasing Team about our situation and their excuse was that they were “BUSY”. They stated that it is our responsibility to turnover the lease. We did our part and the Leasing Team was STILL unresponsive. When there was someone in the office, they either said that they couldn’t help or directed us to someone else in management. I know there is no incentive to advertise the apartment because they are already making money off of us. While I understand that fast response is difficult during busy moving season, the Leasing Team is well aware of our situation and could have AT LEAST mentioned to potential tenants after their delayed response, causing us to lose out on interested candidates. We did our part of advertising the apartment, finding two individuals who expressed interest, and the Leasing Team would NOT accommodate. From the reviews we have been seeing, our situation is not unique and others have been experiencing the same level of difficulty with the Leasing Team. Take your money elsewhere to save yourself from the frustration.

    I picked 610 due to its close proximity to where I work and also the many great amenities. Loved my apartment for the first year but management has changed and not for the better. Within the last year or two many of the amenities have either been broken or “renovated” but have no timeframe as to when they will be available again. When I first moved in they had a more attentive staff and also a better security service monitoring the property. This is my main complaint, because within the span of 5 months I have had my bicycle stolen and my car broken into. Both pieces of property are inside an underground parking garage that I pay extra fees to keep my property in. I would have been more understanding about the situation but when asked about what was being done management said they have done all they can and were “sorry”. Sorry doesn’t stop the crime or pay for the cost of damages to my personal property that I store inside your garage. Get better security and take some responsibility for what you claim is a safe place to live.

    610 West is a Great Place! The front office is always kind and courteous. The maintenance Team is very knowledgeable and thorough. The entire staff, I found, is very professional. I haven't been here long but so far... very nice!

    610 is a great place to live! The maintenance staff is hands down one of the best I have ever dealt with! They take a lot of pride in doing what’s right and best for the residents and always have a good and friendly attitude!!

    This place has got to be one of the best maintained apartments you can get in the area! Bob and his Maintenance Team never miss a beat when something breaks or needs a little fixing. He and his Team have you back up and running in minimal time!

    The maintenance team and office staff are extremely helpful and kind! Work orders are completed in a timely manner and the communication from management is very thorough! Thank you Ali, Stephanie, Jasalyn, Dani, concierge, and maintenance for making 610 West a great place to live!

    Nice place, but other residents can make it less so. Great staff who stays on top of things and is very responsive. Overall a good experience living there.
