    App said my Coffee was ready, but it wasn't. Made my own. A subscription will do this. ☹️ 8-1-2022 ☕☕ 10-6-2022 ❤️ my ☕ subscription! 12-29-2022 Still 💗 my ☕ subscription ‼️ 3-1-2023 Still ❤️ my ☕ coffee subscription!! 11-1-2023 $1 Bagel promo! 3x's....please toast it. 3x's to eat here. Couldn't find the gift card on file... Store needs a good cleaning under the coffee. 😕

    I am a food critic. Today we went to Panera in Brooklyn park. I ordered an Asiago bagel sausage and scrambled egg. What I received was a bagel with spinach, egg, avocado, and tomato’s. I also ordered a peach blueberry smoothy. The smoothy definitely was not what I expected it didn’t taste great but it was ok. My friend ordered a cinnamon bagel with cream cheese and a mix berry parfait and also a peach blueberry smoothy. Her parfait was amazingly watery, and then she added the nuts. She didn’t really like it. Now when I went to open my sandwich I realized it was weird. I was not given the right sandwich. Pictured is that sandwich. The lady at the window was not paying attention to us and I asked her 3 times if she needed my number. She ignored us, she wouldn’t respond. Nothing.all the food we bought totaled $30.38

    I ordered a chicken caprese sandwich and it was missing the chicken?! Like how do you forget the chicken?! It’s literally the main selling point! I work in food as well and even when I’m not in the best mood for work I at least make it right. Also I got a side of bread and they literally just threw it in the bag, it wasn’t even wrapped or anything, is this normal? It was just tossed in without a care. I don’t get Panera bread often because of the price but decided to give it another chance after a previous bad experience and it seems like a recurring theme. You could tell the workers really did just not care. Honestly overpriced place for such poor quality… is it that hard to add chicken… or are you just that inattentive?

    I love the food Panera sells, reading all these reviews makes me appreciate the workers that helped me out & made my food accurately much more. I visited the new location and it was very clean, I was pretty much in and out fairly quickly.

    Not too impressed with this Paneras. They do not have the full complement of bagels to chose from. Disappointing. When I asked for a large to go glass for my beverage, the man said they were out on the counter. I said no the large ones are gone. No he said, I put them out there. I invited him to come look and could tell he was irritated. Sure enough, there were no large to go cups. Customer service is lacking. This location is closer to my home but from now on I will drive to Maple Grove.

    Got home 3 miles away and my salad only had half of the ingredients on it. Had to go to my own kitchen to add to it. Called and was promised a voucher would be mailed out that same night. Don't believe it was ever sent as I never received it. Will not be returning there as they did not make food the way it should have been And never made it right as promised. Lost my business!!!!!

    Ordered 2 sandwiches, soup a bagels, in person. Order was correct, order filler did it wrong. No bagels caused a return for missing part of the order. Starting eating and found a wrong sandwich. Bag said order was checked. How did the get so much wrong?

    Our worst experience ever at Panera bread. We wanted the standard You Pick Two but that has changed and now you have to order Duet. Even as we questioned the high cost of what we wanted, we were not told about this change. Lunch for two was $28 and no beverage was ordered. Not recommending a thing, the tuna salad was very heavy with raw onion. Very disappointing

    Drove up on a Saturday morning for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 1 iced latte. 30 mins past and I was still waiting for my order. The iced latte had no "ice". I was ready to cancel the order. I will never go back here.

    Disappointed in sandwich big time. Had pepperoni, chicken, mozzarella. Not sure what to say it was not enjoyable sure looked good on pic in reataurant though. Cost of this was ridiculous.

    You need to hire a competent manager that can handle putting an accurate item count in your inventory. Believe it or not, It’s not that hard to mark how many of each items you guys baked for the day and the system will actually do the work and mark it out of stock for you! That way your customers can’t order items and pay for them and make the drive to pick them up when they are not available. It’s not that hard. I understand mistakes happen, but when this has happened on the last 4 orders I have placed and gone to pick. It’s not a one time mistake it’s an every time issue.

    They were out of romaine lettuce and side chips. The sandwich I ordered looked gross, but tasted good. I was very disappointed that they were out of lettuce, as the whole reason I went to Panera was for a salad

    Very frustrated. I go through drive through pay top dollar for sandwiches and don’t even get the right ones. Then I call three times and the night manager who’s always there trying to control everything and everyone can’t even have good customer service and handle situations. She pretends she can’t even hear me…says hello hello hello then hangs up. This is why I stopped going to this location. Horrible sevicr.

    Waited almost 30 minutes in the drive through. Ordered like 3 things and the total came up to $60. Very overpriced, and this location was very slow and lacked good customer service.

    Not the greatest service, could barely hear the lady taking our order through the drive through. She was very rude and short with us. Didn’t even say a work to us when we got to the window, just said how much it was. Was out of food that we wanted, and literally took forever as everyone was just standing around in the back. There are plenty of paneras around do your self a favor and go to a different one.

    I ordered through the Panera app on my phone at 5:30pm, it’s now 7pm and I have no update on my meal. I called the store and they gave me the number for DoorDash since they don’t hire their own drivers. DoorDash put me on hold for 10 minutes and told me they can’t help me. I want my money back. Update: time is now 7:51, I had to pick up my meal on my own. Double checked the order in my app, I ordered for delivery. Driver never came to the store to pick up my order

    I’ve had a good experience here. People are always nice here and never rude. The food is good and usually always fresh. There have been times where they get my order wrong but we all make mistakes and always willing to fix it.

    Ordered dinner took 30 minutes to get our food only to find out they were out of tomato soup. Didn’t inform us u til they were handing us the 2nd meal of our 2 part order. The person at the counter who helped us smiled about it and never once apologized. The panini and wild rice soup I did get was literally cold in the middle. They were out of baguettes. Alll around horrible experience.

    The food always comes well prepared and delicious. BUT you will wait 45 mins to an hour to get it, they actually forgot my order on TWO separate occasions. They are understaffed and overworked. Everyone always gets their order before I do and they were behind me in line. Management/ownership needs to do something about this desperately. EDIT: I DIDNT EVEN GET THE RIGHT F@&!%$*# SANDWICH!!!!

    Great customer service. Very polite and helpful. Sandwiches and flat bread pizza are delicious. Our kids love the frozen strawberry lemonade drink. Everything was delicious.

    Sixty three dollars for three sandwiches and soup. Get home to realize they missed part of my order only after I asked the snotty girl at the window if it was all in the bag. She gave me that normal Gen Z response "yeah yeah". No it wasn't. Had to run back and waste ten dollars of gas to get the rest of my order. Didn't offer anything for the inconvenience either. What a waste of time and money! Take your business elsewhere!

    Wow. Stopped by for a sandwich and they were out of lettuce and tomatoes. That can't happen for a place that's business is in good part selling sandwiches. Had to have a bagel instead. Was not looking for breakfast. Don't know if I'll be back.

    This place used to be so good but the last three times we’ve done orders, the order is wrong AND delayed from 10-30 minutes. Todays order, my wife got the Avocado Egg White and Spinach bagel sandwich, they actually forgot the spinach. It’s in the name, not a modification! The team working back there didn’t look busy, but they were t exactly working fast either. They seemed so lackluster and didn’t care. Only reason I keep going is because there aren’t many locations close by.

    I met up with my girlfriend here for some coffee time and to have sharing time about God and family... I decided to dress up in my Halloween costume with pumpkin spice latte on the front of this pullover outfit... It was fun to surprise my friend and then when I went up to get my coffee and my cooked egg the staff were having a meeting and the one manager thought I looked so cute in my outfit and she said to me afterwards that they just wanted to inspire their own employees also and by me coming in dressed up they got a good laugh out of that so that was pretty cool... I had seen Ben Leber, a Vikings football player now retired and he had worn the pumpkin spice outfit on Twin Cities Live last week and I got such a hoot out of it that I decided to go and buy a couple for myself and bring one down to my daughter's house and my husband and I dressed up in them also, but I think it also encouraged the employees at Panera Bread which was so cute... It took a little bit longer for me to get my cooked egg but then when I got it, it was really tasty and I never knew that I could just order a scrambled egg there so that is cool... I love the new Panera that has just opened up out here on Highway 610 and Zane Avenue, it is really a cute restaurant and the people seem pretty upbeat... God bless you all as you serve your customers, I know I always enjoy Panera quite a lot and actually worked at a Panera store in Orlando and Tampa Bay some years back...
