this starbucks has gone downhill tremendously. there’s always a problem every time i go there. it seems like they can’t follow a simple order, half of the staff is extremely rude and act like they hate their job, and everytime i order on the mobile app they “claim” they don’t have my order. i haven’t had a good experience at this starbucks in MONTHS and after i’ve had a problem for the past 3 days in a ROW at this starbucks this will be my last time coming there as a regular.

If I’m paying nearly $7 for a drink, the cup should at least be full when I pick my drink up. This is not the first time this has happened and there is never any sort of consistency at this location.

In the last 6 months this store has gone to you know where. Slow, cups not full, sloppy work, orders not read or done correctly, and customer service is lacking. Left my cup sitting on the counter for my mobile order made a ton of orders after and waited for me to inquire after me standing there for 15 minutes after my quoted time. This place used to be so great.

this used to be my favorite starbucks. i come every single day. and i get a brown sugar shaken espresso add cold foam. half the time my drink is half full or made incorrectly as it was today. considering i pay almost $10 for one coffee i shouldn’t have this issue. i told the barista she said okay and proceeded to make three drinks before fixing mine. then put the wrong cold foam on it. some of the staff is absolutely amazing. but the other half could use a refresh training on customer service or find a new job.

Standard Starbucks. Medium sized facility in a strip plaza just of the highway. Employees were friendly the restaurant wasn't extremely busy at the time I visited. Indoor only seating and plenty of points to plug in at. Clean interior not too loud inside.

I thought I posted this review back in October when this incident happened But I guess I didn't. I want To take time to say thank you to the Starbucks employees who was working one of the Thursday nights I was there. I guess I made a bad habit of working late at the Starbucks on school work too many nights in a row and I had been followed to my car. I noticed somebody following me and I ran back into the Starbucks. When i told the worked what happened they Said they would have somebody walked me out to my car. The first guy they asked to walked to to my car actually said no ... but the next barrista said yes! At that time the man who followed me our to my car came back in and he and the entire group left. Since there were no cars in the parking lot the barrista and i waited 10 mins to gove the group time to walk away. I think the scariest part was when we went out to the lot the men had parked a mini van next to my car and one man was in the drivers seat while four, ill repeat four of them were inbetween my car and the mini van. The mini van doors were open and i could have easily been grabbed and put in the van. I did file a police report in which i was enlightened to the very high rate of human trafficking in the area. Trust your gut and tip your barrista! I really hope these guys are still working there. Miss you guys.

This is a new location from the old one...updated, customer friendly service, and new. Everything was spot on. The old location was around the corner. Plus this one has a drove thru.

My caramel frappé was mid but the dude that took my order was cool & talked Star Wars with me. Didn’t catch his name but he had a man bun & a knew his Star Wars

Very nice place but the drinks suck!. 5 bucks for a cup filled with ice and an ounce of refresher which is extremely sad and literally a RIP OFF!. I took two sips and the cup was EMPTY.

Baristas are very nice and remember their customers. I did have an incident where a man had ordered his drink somewhere behind me, pulled his car to the side to go into use the bathroom and then was allowed to cut other cars by walking up to the drive-through window to pay for his order.

The literal worst place to buy a coffee you can possibly think of :) god forbid your order is right after paying over 10 dollars & waiting 25 minutes!

Unjustifiably slow, takes 15-20 minutes to get through a 4-5 car line. Cups are routinely not filled to capacity and service is often spotty :/

I really didn't even wanna give it the 1 star. First the line was about a mile long and the actual inside wasn’t even open the doors were locked. So now I’m forced to wait in line at 5:00pm on a Sunday. Second my drink cost 8.90. It was probably the worst coffee I’ve ever had. I get the same drink nearly all the time and this 1 literally just tasted like watered coffee. When they handed it to me out the widow it was spilling from the sides, top, everywhere. So she hands it to me before even wiping it off then goes “I’m sorry would you like some napkins?” She had already seen that it was spilling, so yes ma’am, I would. It got everywhere my hair, my pants, my shirt, my car, my steering wheel everywhere!!! I am paying almost $10 for a treat and I would A like it to be the treat that I ordered and B not to be pouring all over me and my car. I actually didn’t even mine the wait it was everything else that made it suck. I was just super disappointed since I only get Starbucks here and there but when I do it’s not like this. So thanks for ruining my whole day:(

SLOW. Shouldn't take 10 minutes to get a single black coffee when there is one car in line. This place moves too slow to be trusted on your way to work.

Went through drive thru so atmosphere was nothing to me. Service was friendly but I asked for sugar and cream, got a black coffee. Even when I went back in, I saw her put the sugar in and it still tasted light. Not good when you're spending 5 dollars on a coffee.

This place never has fresh brewed coffee. I come in 2 hours plus before closing and the coffee is luke warm. Ridiculous! Isn't there a policy to always have fresh available???

Very unfriendly team they said out of stock I saw dolce spicy they said nooooo I said yes dolce spicy topping on iced chai tea. Weird team staff Not worth

So yesterday me and my son went there after shopping and the people in front of us paid for our order so nice the cashier said they are regular there and do that often 😊

our drinks tasted like water plus they took forever. it’s christmas day so i get theyre busy and all but the drinks were just so bad

This was supposed to be a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold brew with extra Vanilla AND extra Sweet cream, and there is definitely something missing...its a shame that we were on the move and couldn't go back in when we realized it was off as we were leaving. Upon further review, you can tell how dark it is in the picture...it tasted weird and very strong.....almost like it wasn't even cold brew.....this is not the first time something was off for us at this location on Ridge rd.... it shouldn't be a difficult drink to mess up...Sweet cream, it should be sweet. This was very very bitter.

The associates are pleasant at this location however, they are always out of something... Today they were out of four things I asked for including the cozy for my hot coffee, so I had to carry a hot cup across the parking lot and into work. 😞
