This is a KFC and Taco Bell restaurant. They have gotten much better with faster service both inside and at the drive thru over the past year. Always have a great soda selection which you can't get from other fast fast places. Clean bathrooms.

Food is not as good as most Taco Bells, with burritos being considirably smaller. Only go in the day, went at night around 11pm and my order was messed up multiple times and even after the second time the cashier (black haired bearded twenty something slurring his words) who after taking the defective ones stated it was done the way I ordered after the first time, which it wasnt. When I came back again after the second defetive burritos, he just refused to make another one even after taking them. Would give zero stars

gentlemen working the window during the nighttime is always super pleasant and has a great attitude!! service is consistently great, and food is distributed quickly and efficiently.

My thing lately has been KFC chicken pot pies. The crust is the best and is made with breast meat. The employees are so polite and for young people that's a big plus. I highly recommend this place and I used the drive up which was very fast to get through.

Inside dining room clean and new looking decor. Food was hot and served promptly. Employees were clean, happy and friendly. Drive thru is usually packed so we find it easier to walk in and eat. Went for KFC food.

It was KFC at the same location. I was waited on to order. The young lady was very nice polite explaining things and prices with me . I don't eat there all the time so the menu changes. Food was hot fresh not sitting around.

Order 5 chalupas Overcooked them. And got order messed up idk if it’s efficient to run a KFC and Taco Bell together

Had a very good visit. The manager was engaging with the coworkers in a very positive way. I saw something that could be addressed in the dining area. And mentioned it to them. They thanked me. And addressed it happily. So if you go out and see something that could use attention. Don't be rude about it. Just nicely point it out to someone. Just think if that person you pointed out to where. Was yourself, how would you like to to talked to.

Ordered bean burritos. And they were the driest and blandest burritos I've ever had. I ordered 6... and threw away all but one. Biscuit was also a dried out hockey puck. Tossed it. Saving grace was the mac n' cheese. But that's KFC.

Ive been going to brooklyn kfc tacobell for almost a decade now and normally not one to complain about service or food but after my experience today im definitely not going back i was there on 9-6-23 at 8:30pm in the drive thru and i ordered the deluxe craving box as i get home to eat it with in 3 minutes i open it up my nachos are over cooked and taste like just burnt oil, the chalupa is an absolute mess, the taco and grilled cheese burrito are the only two edible things.

I’ve been going to this location forever. It’s never been 5 star, but it was always decent. My order has always been correct and service is typically not so bad. It’s been slow a time or two, but nothing terrible. We went about a month ago and the service was VERY slow. It was busy that day, so didn’t think it warranted a review. However. We went in yesterday and drive thru was pretty busy, but we were the only ones in the lobby at the time. We put in our order. They didn’t provide us with drink cups to start. That wouldn’t have been such a big deal if we didn’t wait THIRTY minutes for our order. Other people came in and actually ordered the same thing as us and got their orders first. It wasn’t until this happened twice (the second with our two meal items AND additional items) that a manager told us it was because my husband ordered extra crispy. By that time the lobby was full of waiting customers, and they were calling out orders that didn’t even belong to anyone. It seemed like they were mostly just fulfilling drive thru. I’ve worked in fast food, so I get it. But 30 minutes is quite excessive. I blame management, for sure. They should be making sure that both orders from drivers thru and lobby are being made. In addition, they had some sort of circus Halloween music playing on a loop, very loudly. I was already annoyed so that didn’t help. Once we got our food, everything was fine. But after having two pretty negative experiences we won’t be back.

I'd give it a zero score but that wasn't an option...I love taco bell...but this one franchise is soooooo Cheap with their fillings it's just ridiculous.
