👍👍 What a wonderful time with the family! Everyone is so incredibly nice and fantastic with kids of all ages. A coat check in was a nice surprise glad we didn't have to lug around big winter jackets. Such a wonderful way to start off the holiday season with a night full of new memories. People often mention experience, time, Santa, kids, great, year, family, recommend, Kringle, staff,

Definitely a good experience. I can say the only thing that bothered me as a first timer is there was a family who goes every year so I felt like they knew what to do and say etc that took away from the experience of my and another family who had never been. It's more expensive but if you are going for the first time and don't want your and your child's experience "tainted" by a seasoned veteran family do the solo tour so the experience can be pure and unadulterated. Had I known this I would have paid the extra. Other than that it was really cute! And I ABSOLUTELY loved this santa. My son has only experienced 5 Santa's as he is 5, but this by far was THE best santa experience by far. If anything that would be why I would go again is to see him.

We had a wonderful time! It truly was magical and our our 3-year-old granddaughter was entranced the entire time. I would highly recommend it for kids of all ages. I was also there in a wheelchair. It was very easy for me to navigate through the experience.

We did the VIP experience, our group was three 5 year olds. Four parents and two grandmas. The children all said a 10 out of 10. The stem activities were great. Finding a hidden word in each room was fun they read the sight words and spelled out the other words. The staff was excellent. I would definitely recommend this was a great fun day. I wished there was one in Columbus.

Address for self parking lot is 801 Canal Street. Follow the signs for the shops and take the elevator up to concourse 1. From there walk past the escalators to the back of the mall and you will find it. Great experience for young ones. It takes about an hour to get through and I would definitely recommend the deluxe package. The personalized santa visit was great!

What a fun time! Characters who get in depth with the kids the whole time and make it a delight. The Kringle visit at the end is super awesome too. The kids were overjoyed that he KNEW their names. Whole experience lasts about an hour. Totally worth it!

Amazing experience! Great cast, all around, but special points to Kris. I know there are lots of malls who have "Santa's Helpers" to pose for pic with the kids, but -- I'm telling you -- this guy is the REAL DEAL. Kris Kringle: I'm on to you!!! I know you're the real Santa Claus!!! #Believer

We went a few years ago and it was amazing. Everyone was so fun and interactive. This year it was incredibly rushed. And there were so many people waiting to see Santa in one room you could hardly move. Not safe at all if something were to happen. It was very lack luster compared to what it was, especially for the price. This will probably be our last year. Santa, however, was spectacular and I’m glad the kids got to experience that!

Our daughter is 11 and also autistic. She absolutely loved it. She loved being able to make her own toy to help Kringle. Everyone was very accommodating. Staff was AMAZING. As an adult you feel like you are truly transported to a magical world . Our daughter kept telling us this was the BEST day EVER. Being able to take home the toy that she created was a bonus. If you are looking for a hands on interactive experience for your kids or grandkids during the holidays , THIS is it!

After going for years including the terrible experience during the closure of tower city/pandemic our family gave then another shot this year. First time we ALWAYS schedule early to avoid difficulty with work schedules and the chaos of downtown. We traveled all the way down just to be told about the email we never received and to reschedule. Paid for parking and had to scramble to figure out how in the world we would make this work for the kids. Not to mention I have a child with a disability who can't always handle the loudness of tower city or understand why Santa doesn't want to see him. So second time we try it's so crowded and overwhelming for even me as an adult that we are refunded because they are packed and take up. Were we late? Sure we were because of a game and than they had the audacity to be rude and say "well we tell you to be an hour early." We did leave early which is lucky with my child actually on his good days. We were told maybe Tuesday we could reschedule which at this point why would I? Who knows if that will be a magical no email and were closed day like it was at the beginning when they first opened or crazy driving. Every year we have always had such a great time and understanding staff. Now I have kids who are not getting to see Santa this year the oldest asking to never return because she is tired of us wasting her time and hurting her baby brothers feelings. Thanks for ruining Christmas we will never return to this waste of space at the mall. Find any of the events with Santa around town especially because they are cheaper.

This place is so neat. It's like Willy Wonka meets Christmas! We chose the ticket to do the tour, make a toy, meet Santa and get a gift, pick a candy cane after the tour and ride the train!

We had the best time today. My grandson was very excited to make the toy and to see Santa. He felt this was the "real Santa". I can only say that I wish the time at each station was longer. I realize that they need to get as many people moving through as possible but 6 minutes is a bit short. 10 minutes would actually be better. Sill short but not quite as rushed. We only had 12 in our group. could have added a family of 3 and would have still been fine. That being said we still a wonderful experience and worth the price. Thank you Santa and elves of the North!

This was a great way to spend an afternoon celebrating the Christmas season. The effort to detail and the entire experience is extraordinary. There is nothing that comes close to matching this family experience. My children still talk about how great of a time they had and already want to go again next year. The professionalism of the staff and organization were excellent. I booked everything online and when I showed up all I had to do was give them my time and last name and everything was handled. The one on one experience and interaction with Santa Clause was by far the best, it beats waiting in line at the mall to be rushed for a quick picture and a 30 seconds discussion with Santa. This is also a great way to support local business as the creators of this are Clevelanders!!

I recommend the VIP experience where Mr. Kringle gets the children's information. It was so precious... my granddaughter looked at him & asked, how do you know all that stuff! Any other Santa will seem fake to her now!?

This was such a great adventure. We love this. The characters are fantastic and inventing the toys are great for the kids. The best way to get into spirit, is to meet with Mr. Kringle. The only negative was I felt it was a little rushed. We had one in our group that was a bit overwhelmed with picking out only 12 pieces to use for her invention, but really enjoyed her creation. This is our 3rd time and we will definitely be back.

What an amazing holiday experience for the whole family! It is so whimsical and all of the characters are really into it. Our faces hurt from laughing and smiling so much! The Santa at the end knows the children’s names and is so authentic and genuine. We had an awesome time and I wish I had known about this sooner. It will definitely be an annual tradition.

Amazing experience for all ages! Interactive throughout, kids will love the characters they meet and the projects they complete along the way. Mr. Trail Mix (the director) and his staff could not be more welcoming and warm hearted. They all had incredible stories to tell and big personalities that shine. We showed up after our scheduled time and they were so accommodating to ensure we got the full experience. They let us into the VIP area at no charge, where Mrs. Kringle (in her impeccable outfit) read books to our son, while mom and dad peacefully enjoyed coffee and treats. Hope they all had a wonderful holiday, as they helped make ours feel so special this year.

A really neat experience! I wouldn't recommend for kids over 10. The activities were perfect for my younger boys, ages 7 and 5. It felt rushed. I wish there was more time at each station. Great communication in the weeks/days leading up to our reservation.

I have to say Jimmy in customer service is absolutely WONDEFUL! The man deserves a raise for going ABOVE and BEYOND to make a the magic of Santa real for my son. We look forward to our personalized virtual visit with Santa!

The staff working were great and while the idea itself is neat, it’s not worth the amount of money it costs. It’s $34-39/person and you’re rushed through every room under 5 minutes. And then at the end, you’re made to wait for quite some time for your private Kris Kringle photo. The toy invention part could not be more disappointing. You just pick random parts with no real instructions and then by the time you pick it all, you have a couple of minutes to “invent.” Not to mention You pay the same amount for adults as you do the kid and only the child gets the parts for a toy. They should allow any paid ticket to receive the parts so at least if a child’s parent paid for a ticket, then that child gets double the stuff. Then at the end when you get to take photos, the photographer takes a bunch (you can use your phone too) but fails to mention that only 2 are free and you pay for any additional you want. Overall, low rating for the cost for a 1 hour max program.

My grandkids had a blast at the Inventionasium! They enjoyed an authentic Santa and the cast of characters were amazing. The colors and decorations are fantastic and great photo opportunities. They loved making snow and building toys. What an awesome concept and this is definitely going to be a family Christmas tradition! Well done!

What an amazing adventure! I took my 4yr old granddaughter there today, all the way from Michigan, and it was so worth it. The “elves” were so enthusiastic, entertaining and engaging. The absolute best part was Santa himself. When you purchase tickets you complete a short bio for the children with likes, names and events. He greeted my granddaughter by name, talked about her baby brothers and made her feel like he knew her personally. Her smile made tears come to my eyes. I highly recommend this experience to everyone.

My kids are 5.5 and 2.5. Both kids really enjoyed it. We got the VIp experience and had plenty of time with Santa solo. We also rode the train 3x so we I recommend the unlimited. Definitely a great experience!

We had the best time. Each room was very well thought out. It kept the kids engaged the whole time with all the activists. I highly recommend taking your family. Santa was so real looking and it was a great touch. With him knowing their names and their elf’s name.

I absolutely love this place! I brought my son and we had such a great time. Unfortunately I brought my tickets on Groupon. That was a mistake, as a charged me an additional $10. I would highly recommend booking directly through the website itself. The staff is amazing and do a great job at what they do! I drove an hour away, and Groupon failed to tell me that I had to book a timeslot once I booked my ticket. The staff did an amazing job of getting me and my son started with the experience so quick instead of having to wait for hours! Special thank you to Mandi for all of her great help as well as the ladies who work the concierge .

Took a large group of my friends and family here on a whim. Meeting a Santa that spoke both Spanish and American Sign Language was an incredible experience for our group of mixed needs! Every detail was spot on, from his beard to his mannerisms! Mr. Kringle knew each of our names and gave each of his guests such incredible attention. Our time with him was truly magical and we made some wonderful memories here! We’ll definitely be coming back to see this santa next year if he’s available!
