I have gotten my nails done here twice now with Abby and I absolutely love both sets I have gotten. She is great at what she does takes her time and has the best customer service!!! Definitely recommend! (Pics from my most recent set)

I’m in love with my nails! My friend from school told me about getting my nails done here.. While Abby did my nails we talked about me wanting to go to nail school after high school. She helped me learn some new techniques on how to do freehand nail art, she also helped me learn about good nail products and nail bits that help perfect acrylic nails. I really enjoyed my time here it felt very welcoming! Overall it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be telling my other friends at school.

My husband and I have been coming to Elizabeth’s Image for 10 years. We love it here! Elizabeth’s hair station is right next to the door so she greats us as soon as we walk in the door. She treats everyone like family, she’s a genuine person. My husband refuses to get his hair cut by anyone else because she’s the best! I have had my nails done with Abby twice. My first set was beautiful, I was pretty amazed about how good she hand paints all the designs. My first set lasted 3 weeks no lifts, or broken nails and my Halloween designs still looked perfect. My second set was today and I was in love! I’m currently working on learning how to do nails and Abby has been such a huge help. What I love most is that I can bring my kids and everyone treats them so well. I recommend anyone that wants good quality service to come here.

Everytime I come here I feel like I'm family! Everyone is so welcoming and warm towards me. The service is excellent, the woman here go above and beyond and their talents are exceptional. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Cleveland to do my hair, nails, or brows. Abby is quite literally my therapist - I love her to pieces and her expertise when it comes to being a manicurist have exceeded my expectations time and again.

Elizabeth hires only the best whether it is hair stylist, nail techs, you name it! Abbie is awesome and does a great job with nails. I love my mani’s and pedi’s! She takes pride in her work, super creative and talented! These two dolled me up and got me ready for an eventful weekend! I got so many compliments on my hair and nails!!
