First off I want to say the breakfast crew are amazing at this location. I come in at 5am and the people working are amazing. That said the lunch crew are horrible. I received a nugget container filled with big Mac sauce instead of my son's 4 piece nugget which was disgusting and dangerous as he has allergies to ingredients in the sauce. They wouldn't even give me a refund for the happy meal. I am also repeatedly missing items in my orders whenever I go. I will be back for breakfast here but will never come back for lunch or dinner.

We just moved here and have tried going here twice. First time the chicken nuggets were the most burnt I have ever seen in my life. This time they didn’t give us half of our food and refuse to answer the phone. They even said when handing us our food “you got the hot cakes right?” But didn’t actually give us the hot cakes. And gave us super burnt sausage This place needs to close down.

This was by far the best fries we've had from any Mcdonald's. The line moved quick, the employees were pleasant, and food was correct and hot. Can't ask for more than that, right?

Place was dirty and disgusting. I ordered a 2b I am not sure what I got but there was no bacon on it. I had to wait about 20 minutes before some came to get my order. As dirty as this place is I really did not want to eat my order there. The floors were very slippery like grease on them. The heath dept should be called to shut this place down. I can imagine what the cooking area looks like they now have it closed off so we can not see it now. My recommendation is to stay away from the Mcdonalds because who ever the manager is and the owner is they do not care.

worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Did not have receipt tape for a receipt. Did not have the bun for the chicken sandwich order. But the biggest problem was the customer service. I asked for four additional sauces for my nuggets. The manager was so rude about it. said those are not free. I told the manager I understood that, gave her four dollars because she said they were $.50 apiece. Outrageous by the way. But I will not return to this McDonald’s. My kids love McDonald’s, but I will drive farther to the one in Jackson, where we are treated kindly.

Literally ordered 4 meals. Was told I ordered a water but never recieved it and got the cops called because they can't do a simple job. As a former fast food employee nothing gets taken out of your check for believing the customer and having decent customer service. My childrens order were so wrong when they were even ordered special. Worst mcdonalds to go to ever and the workers are literally trash! Morning crew is alright but anything after 1030 is garbage. Health department is already called as well since they spit in our food in front of our faces.

I've been to this location a couple of times. It's more of a hit or miss. When they are busy, it seems service is on the downside. After the rush, the food quality seems much better. Today, I got there after the morning rush. I ordered the Big Breakfast. Everything was steaming hot & fresh. Great quality. I enjoy coming here & will return. However, I recommend coming when they are not busy.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Staff is either incompetent or incapable. They will get your order completely wrong and then act like it’s YOUR fault they served you a nugget box full of warm tartar sauce. Would give 0 stars if possible.

This is the worst Mac D's in all the surrounding cities. 9 out of 10 times that I've went their fries have been room temperature, nuggets were the same way, my Mac chicken sandwich was supposed to be plain and it was but it looked like they took an already made sandwich and wiped off the mayo but put it on a new bun, they NEVER have sweet T anymore, no Hi C orange, no shakes, and they didn't have ice a few times! Wow really...just do us a favor and close already. Thank goodness Taco Bell is now open. Buyers beware.

I went to the drive thru at 730 to be told they weren't taking any orders because it was hot outside. There were people inside ordering so I went in and they poor kid at the register didn't know what was going on. There were 5 employees sitting at a table eating ice cream, some even had their shoes off. I got my food and the fries and nuggets were cold and soggy. I mean seriously, who owns this place? It's so dirty! We don't eat out much so I haven't been there in forever and I definitely will no return.
