We went to the walk up window for a large and small coffee (choice of oat and whole milk, among another option). Coffee rich and strong, bold flavor, hot. Also got a good looking croissant. We spied some very tasty treats - homemade muffins, scones, quiches, and baked goodies - for which we’ll have to return. Looks like there’s pleasant indoor seating. Leafy, natural atmosphere and forthright, professional service.

The chefs here know what they're doing. The food is incredibly fresh and, for the most part, healthful (or at least not processed), and locally sourced when possible. Plus they have a grocery program for fresh produce and high-quality local goods, which is nice in an area that is a little bit of a food desert. There are several benches, seats, and shelves to sit and eat your breakfast or lunch. And it is very dog friendly with lots of places to tie fido up plus an outdoor window for ordering in addition to an indoor counter. Top notch.

Window service only, with outdoor benches. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff! Fresh avocado toast and really good seasonal flatbread. You get a huge slice of flatbread for $6. The pork frittata wasn’t that special. Pork sausage and egg, with a little kick. They made a good recommendation for the orange zest & fennel olive oil cake. $21 for 4 items. Would definitely come back again.

I really want to love this place. Their coffee is typically excellent, definitely best in the neighborhood on a good day, but about a third of the time I come here it’s weak or tastes like it’s been sitting around for hours. For the high price point, that’s not acceptable to me. Their hours are a little inconvenient and the sandwiches aren’t that great, especially for $8-10. I also take issue with the fact that this place serves actual meals and yet has no bathroom for customer use. Their pastries are OUTSTANDING however and much more affordable than sandwiches relative to other pastry/sandwich joints nearby.

Truly the best cafe in Crown Heights: amazing drip coffee, delicious baked goods (shout-out to the flourless chocolate cake and scones in particular), and tasty sandwiches/salads at an affordable price. It’s women-owned and this boss lady crafts a unique menu sourced with fresh produce of the season. This spot has me coming back for more and more!

I've been getting food from the window here regularly since it opened a few years ago. Excellent food from fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. On top of that, they consistently strive to improve on their recipes. They have a good regular lunch menu and a variety of new specials each week. Good people working here.

Favorite coffee shop in the neighborhood! Super yummy scones, flatbreads, and other goodies. Kombucha on tap! Chill vibes and friendly staff. Love the outdoor service window, which allows me to bring my pup and order outside. Highly recommend!
