A fabulous bar in a lovely part of Brooklyn. Very fun and friendly vibe, excellent bar staff, fine selection of drinks, reasonable prices. Clean, safe, lots of table seating (but no table service fyi). A winner for sure.

Above average beer selection and a full bar. 12 oz. beers will run you $8-10 dollars. Elevated bar food menu. We ordered their wings which were nothing special.

Thieves work here. Last one to leave and forgot my bag. Called in the morning and went to pick it up.. value items were missing! Tried talking to a manager. The girl I spoke with said "nobody here stole it". How do you know? She didn't follow up or ask any questions! Dishonest business loses business. Will never recommend this place because of this terrible experience!

I thought it was good overall. Very popular place with the locals, good beer selection and food choices. Feels like you have to know your way around - order food from the window in the back and bring a number to your chosen table, perhaps sharing with others. The bar itself can get crowded and trying to nudge into a space to order a drink while getting the bartender's attention took a bit of time. Fries were as good as old Johnny Mack's fries!

One of the beautiful and cozies spots in Prospect Park. Huge selection of delicious beers and a corner window looking across the park. Cooking staff and bartenders are friendly professionals that give great recommendations. Would definitely bring people here next time

Always crowded and for good reason! A great selection of draft beers and awesome comfort food ordered at the counter! A great and dependable spot for the neighborhood.

This place was a cozy bar with a great atmosphere. Most of the service was self service when ordering your drinks and when getting water. Drinks were unique and good too. Menu had a good selection and was good too. I would recommend this place after coming from the Nighthawk theatre, which is walking distance. This place is a great find because it has a good balance with a diverse crowd in the area.

Classic dive bar. Food is a window you place an order at. Always great service.

The food here is great, although it usually takes quite a bit to come out. The catfish sandwich is my favorite. I also love the beer selection. Staff is always very nice.

Such a great place for people to grab delicious food and great drinks. Sometimes it's too full to find a seat. It is set up as community seating. There is also outdoor seating.

Stopped by on the Thanksgiving night! One of the best late night bars we’ve been to in park slope! Ask for a Hot Toddy (seasonal special), most bars don’t have it - so enjoy while you can! Great drinks, very comfy and cozy vibe. Make sure you stop by!

Good atmosphere. Decent selection of beers on draft and in bottle. Probably one of the worst burgers w/fries i've had in a while though. Also over priced at a hefty $22 with cheese and bacon. Other than the food, it's a nice bar.

Good rotating beer selection. Well prepared hearty food. Caring service. Tables indoor and outdoor. Separate outdoor take out window.

We were greeted warmly and vax checked before entering which i loved. A warm atmosphere and comfortable seating made me like this bar - and then, the food ended up being amazing! The variety of drinks and the friendliness of the staff quickly made for an amazing night out! I highly recommend you check this place out! I'll be back!

the best burger i’ve found in brooklyn and an impressive craft beer selection. serving staff was helpful and eager to take care of customers. excited to return!

I’ve been here several times. Every time, it has taken at least ten minutes to get the bartender’s attention (even during non busy hours!). It seems if you sit on the opposite side of the bar, you are invisible to him.

One of my favorite stops when I’m in the Windsor Terrace area—the tap list is always on point, and their pub food is also great. The wings and burgers are favorites

Some of the kindest staff around. I moved to a flat a couple house down from the double Windsor a couple months back. About three times a week I pop down, order a beer through the window and then drink it on my stoop. They have a constant rotating selection of draft beers and the staff always make me feel welcome. Due to the pandemic this has become the highlight of my days. Thank you for keeping me sane.

The Double Windsor is my favorite Windsor Terrace haunt. The food is always incredible, the beer list rotates and the staff is amazing. I'm so glad they're back open for in person dining with proof of vaccination.

Fantastic local tavern with a great rotating tap list, knowledgeable and kind bartenders, and a satisfying kitchen. Great for lunch, dinner, or a late night hang. Perfect bar 10/10

As always... Great beer, great food, great service.....but today was special! The best grilled cheese I've ever had.! A gem concocked by chef Anthony Leslie. Smoked Gouda & Aged Cheddar with apricot mustard on sourdough, grilled to perfection. Accompanied by the best fries in town and a tasty brew! Thanks DW!

Fun bustling bar with thirst quenching drafts and the best food lineup. Wings and burger? Yes. Duck fried rice?? Absolutely. Loved that we were able to keep supporting Double Windsor even throughout the pandemic. It has prime location at the corner of the Park.

Friendly spot, really nice outdoor area to sit. Been a good date spot for me and my wife lately. Burger + fries are terrific

Lacklustre Loud AF (some good music, but some not so much). Portions of food just ok, which made it feel a bit overpriced, especially since food wasn’t great. I had the veggie stew, and it was kind of like the kitchen staff legit forgot to add seasoning. Beer was pretty good, not great. I had the Maine lunch IPA. Weird house rules - go up and order your food from one window to kitchen and drinks from bar (so you pay separately ?) and the service was slow so my stew wasn’t hot. 15 % tip even seemed generous. FWIW, I’m not really one to post critical reviews, but in a city with so many awesome eating and drinking spots, I’d give this a miss.

Great draft beer. REALLY good bar food. Like I almost feel guilty calling it bar food because they do really special dishes mixed in with your bar favs like wings. Staff was awesome. Had a really nice time here.

The Double Windsor had a pretty good selection of canned and draft beers (I didn't get to try their draft beers, as there was some kind of problem they apologized profusely for). With the date I was on, we shared a burger, and got a number of drinks. The service was quick and good, the food tasty, and they had a pretty eclectic if small menu that felt diverse for a small bar. I enjoyed the atmosphere and decorations that had a comfortable and friendly vibe. I'd definitely go again.

It's tough to decide what beer to get since they have an amazing selection that is constantly changing. They have the cleanest taps around. The food is top notch. I found their wings better that Pok-Pok and the Catfish (had it as a sandwich) is amazing. Great place to drink and eat as a group. Alway get the cheese curds... Always.

Great food and beer. Be prepared to sit next to other humans *gasp* Chat with strangers - you'll love it! (it's what humans were built for ;)

Incredibly kind and accommodating staff, great food that was clearly cooked to-order, and reasonable prices! If you're nearby, it's a worthy lunch spot.

The food is delicious! We had to order for the second time, because we just cpuldn't get enough of it. Also I was really happy with the dirty Martini as well, because it was made just right. Will definitely go back there again.

Solid neighborhood watering hole with excellent elevated bar food menu. The menu has the standards - burgers, chicken sandwiches and fries as well as seasonal salads, soups. They also have specials that rotate through out the year. Did I mention the wings!??

Amazing food, everyone in our party of nine LOVED their meals (salads, burgers, mussels) and the drinks were great! All for a really great price! We were so happy with our decision to wait for a table!
