Got the egg, feta, zaatar, olive oil breakfast sandwich as recommended by the manager. Everything DOES take a long time because there's only one person who makes it. So be mindful of your time and don't come here if you are in a rush haha. The sandwich was actually really good, I mean you can go wrong with the ingredients. They put a lot on there and definitely kept me full for the whole day, even though it was a $6.5 bagel sandwich. I also chose to have it on an everything bagel and made sure it was toasted. My goodness, I'm thinking about it and drooling right now! @midwestmunching for more on Instagram

This place is a hidden little gem! The coffee is good, and the bagels are SO GOOD. They are great by themselves, but if you do the number 3: egg, feta, olive oil and Zatar seasoning, you'll be glad you did. Fast, friendly service.

Heartbroken over the news it’s permanently closing. This is my favorite coffee shop in the entire city, serving the most delicious coffee (using real ingredients not fake syrups) with the most kind hearted staff. We will miss you Koala Cafe! 💔💔💔

Fresh bagels delivered from Olde Brooklyn Bagel shop, hot and cold coffee drinks and friendly service. They also recently added seating inside!

Not a lot of room to sit, but good options for drinks and pastries!

Stopped by to get some gingerbread men cookie, good thing I only got 4 because they were horrible. The chocolate was very stale and with an off putting after taste. Also you could tell the cookie were old very crumbly and brittle. I don’t think these are made fresh as there in a fridge. By the time I made it home it was all ginger bread body parts. All and all will never be coming back… honestly when something so simple tastes so bad it’s not worth coming back!

I have bought Bagels at this Cafe for over 2 years now. Their Bagels are good quality, but I unfortunately never seem to be able to get the exact quantity of the types I like (sesame bagels one day, honey oat the other). One thing that I suggest if you like cake is to try their slices of cake. I haven't tried them myself as I am vegan, but my wife has tried them, and they are much better than store bought.

I loved this place it was very convenient for me. The customer service was always good and I was treated with respect and kindness. The food is pretty good and they actually make matcha ice latte pretty well (which a lot of places don't do). Good price for decent food. I also loved the spinach croissants. I'm going to miss this cafe. Why did it have to be this one 😭🧡.

I love love this place! The baristas are the sweetest, prices reasonable, all food and green shake tried were tasty... it made me feel at home in the neighborhood during my week in Brooklyn.

Great little coffee shop. Excellent quality coffee. Good selection of baked goods. One small laptop friendly bar and one small table. I come here regularly.

Visited over the weekend for the first time and had a great experience! The woman working was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and whipped me up a BANGIN bagel. Have already recommended this place to friends and will be back myself. Oh, and good prices too!
