Great bar! but wow is the food bad. I think it would be better if they just didn’t serve anything. Chicken tenders 100% had been cooked in dirty oil, they tasted rank - like someone had burned from-the-packet frozen chicken fingers. Really really gross, I wish I’d actually sent them back. Burger is a bit of toast with a frozen veggie burger patty on and some mayonnaise. Made us feel a bit sick. Genuinely worse than gas-station food. Think you would actually eat better if you searched through trash - really. kind of bizarre. Better just stick to the nice bar and drinks!

Cover up the facade with a flat surface and a simple cutout for an unmarked door and that's what I thought I walked into. It's an unassuming bar with Ryan, the bartender, making the cocktails. It's understated and done extremely well, very much like Ryan. It's not the most creative cocktails we've had, but the execution is spot on and that's more important when it's not a cutting edge bar like Mace or Angel's Share to name a few. They have a good selection of Whiskey, Mezcal, and Gins, in particular Barr Hill Gin, which I was surprised to see. This was definitely an unexpected pleasant surprise.

Low key fancy vibe, with a bar area that matches its name ... but out back there's plenty of room and they have a larger side room as well. Great staff but mediocre and pricey cocktail list. It's almost like they tried too hard. Still a fun spot and a good for a quieter weeknight date. The door is the one you think it is, but still aren't sure. Just push :)

The burger deal on Tuesdays is one of the best values around. $12 for a Burger (patty melt), Fries (salted AND peppered), and a can of Beer. Normally the burger and fries is $16. Burger can be replaced with Veggie burger, Fries can be replaced with Salad. Do note the fries are very good and the salad a bit mediocre. Veggie burger is pretty good tho. One thing to note is that the burger is a patty melt, I'm not sure why, but it doesn't make a big difference.

Back patio and heated patio is a bonus for both summer and winter… Oh did I mention the kitchen. Everything here slaps! Come through on a Tuesday. They have a burger, fries and Narraganset for ONLY $12 on Tuesdays. . Vibes are always right!

Cozy neighborhood cocktail bar with outdoor garden seating. Excellent cocktails, chill vibe, and a great amaro selection too. Affordable cocktail prices, but cash only. Not too loud or bright... great for a date. Small food menu.

Excellent choice when in Bushwick. Cash only like many places in the neighborhood. Inside was a great vibe and then we walked into the back garden! So nice to have some green space and string lights to set a cozy mood for cocktails and playing cards. We were pleasantly surprised at the delicious burger and will definitely visit again.

If you are lucky enough to become a regular at your local bar, you hope to be in a joint like The Narrows. A East Williamsburg neighborhood classic. I love the patio. I love the Art Deco. I love the staff. The burger melt as brought my friends back from the brink. The Que Bonita slushee in the summer on the back patio is one of my simple pleasures.

Quite possibly the worst cocktail I’ve ever had. Please keep in mind I’ve drank beer out of a used rugby boot before.

Visited after a long time and I have to say that this place seems abandoned from the owner/manager. The outdoor space had almost all bulbs off, the beer was not cold and the burger too oily. Without mentioning the rather unique (for 2022) cash only policy. Service was friendly but it's not enough unfortunately.

The waitress was horrible. She assumed that the entire group of people that was chilling and drinking in the patio had all the same check and she never asked. She clearly didn’t know who order what and who needed to pay which drinks. Two people apparently left without paying and she accused me and others of not paying. Even though I told her I needed to leave the bar because I’m with crutches and a boot and I can’t stand for a very long time she didn’t care.. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. She definitely doesn’t know how to manage clients.

Cash only warning! The two times I have been here have been pretty good. The cocktails are delicious and well priced so the cash only policy is affordable. The best part about it is the lighting, and secluded nature of the tables. It is a great date place. However the only reason this does not have five stars is the service. The last time I was there, they ignored me when I came in and there was no waitress. Only a bartender absorbed in his own conversation. Additionally, the waitress was somewhat rude to me when she came in. I am confident, though, that this was a one time incident so I will probably drink here again someday and it has not colored my perceptions too much.

Love the narrows! It’s an easily missed gem in the neighborhood, and I’m a hit hesitant to write this review because I’d selfishly like it to stay that way. The cocktails are well balanced, and there’s beer specials if you’re not feeling a cocktail.

Terrific, friendly cocktail bar with excellent drinks. Had a tequila based Manhattan that was devine. Bar is a bit sterile, but that's likely intentional. I could see it as a design aesthetic to focus on the drinks.

My new favorite local in Greenpoint. It's got your run of mill beer and liquor, some really creative cocktails, and the food is surprisingly good, much better than your typical dive. Staff is really cool, and they've also got some outdoor seating. Great little bar.

Great bar. They have an amazing outdoor space in the back. The place is cash only but they have an ATM inside. Great bartender and server.
