I took my man here for his birthday and it was a great choice ! I love the fact that salads come with your meal & if you don’t want a salad you can order soup instead. We didn’t get any soup only because we don’t eat pork but we heard that it’s really good . For our appetizer we ordered the friend calamari. Delicious! I love the breading they have on it and the sauce topped it off ! I would definitely recommend . I ordered the shrimp and scallop vodka pasta ( I forgot the exact name )🤦🏾‍♀️ but it was good. This was out of my ordinary because I never order red sauce pasta. But it was actually pretty tasty. My dude ordered the entree with steak , chicken & lobster stuffed ravioli. He said it was pretty good as well. I was able to taste the steak and chicken & it was very tasty. I liked it !

This is a very spacious and large Italian Restaurant in Brooklyn Ohio, located conveniently close to the highway. We had a party of 10 for lunch and the service was great. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the service was friendly and gracious! The restaurant is sparkling clean and the decor is pleasant and bright.

Enjoyed a delicious dinner at 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐛𝐚'𝐬 on a Monday evening. I ordered the shrimp scampi appetizer, for dinner lobster 🦞 ravioli and fettuccine weesie with 🥗 side salads. Everything was truly great!

First of all I forgot my waitress names but they were bomb. They made room for my family of 10 I thought but it was 16. The food was amazing. The one in Brooklyn is everything. Thank alllll soooooo much. I will definitely come back. Aaannddd they were nice and patient with my funky bunch. Oh annnndd the sung happy birthday to me 🥰🥰🥰🥰

The food was delicious. My husband and I both got the Johnny Trio. The food was cooked to perfection. He also got some kind of chicken soup and that was good as well. We didn't have to wait long for seating or for our food. Our waitress was nice and friendly. My husband had a double of Hennessey and he said that he could have just went to the liquor store and bought a pint because the cost of the double would be about the same.

It started out real rough here. We walked in and there was no body to seat us but staff was everywhere. A waitress told us someone would be right with us. For 20 mins waiters and waitresses and even a manager walked right past us. Finally we were seated. Our waitress was very patient and pleasant. We had the stuffed mushrooms to start which were fabulous by the way. I ordered the chicken parmigiana with a side salad and some mashed potatoes. The salad was horrible. It was frozen. Like the refrigerator was to high. Other then the salad and the wait the food was great. We even got a free piece of dessert because we are newlyweds.

Got carryout and was very disappointed. We both ordered chicken picata. The chicken portions were really small. We each received 2 pieces that were very thin and each about the size of a chicken tender. Small portions are fine, but the price needs to be commensurate with the size of the entree (each entree was 20 dollars). I don't mind spending money on quality, so I might have been able to give this a pass if the food was good, but regrettably it was not. The chicken was SO salty and it wasn't because of the capers. It was barely palatable. The chicken soup that came with the meal was also very salty. I've eaten here before and don't remember the food being this way. On a positive note, the food temp was good & the pasta side was tasty. As I said, we got our meals to go and planned on going to the park to enjoy them, so I asked for utensils. We didn't receive any. Lastly, the bread was delicious, but we received about 1 tablespoon of olive oil for dipping. It was not enough for 2 people to enjoy. Overall it was an unpleasant and disappointing experience.

Crystal was our waitress, she was Amazing, couldn't have asked for anything more. She made a special effort to make a special day even better.. have had better food in other locations, but never better served.

Awesome place!! We had a minor issue with our salad and the kitchen manager addressed the issue right away. Her professionalism made us realize that they are passionate about quality. Our meal was delicious and the service was fantastic.

Our family ate here after 40day memory ceremony and the food was so very delicious the waitress was absolutely amazing serving a family over 20. Everyone was absolutely amazed at the price we all were HONESTLY expecting it to be WAY more than it was. Thank you for a delicious meal were a absolutely beautiful memory was made 💗

Our server, Crystal was friendly and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. She told us the specials and gave us plenty of time to decide. Everything was delicious! We will be back!!

Went to have a nice meal by myself after work. I walked in, there wasn't a host but I went to the bar. Bartender was clearly crabby and very unfriendly. I was pulling out the chair and she doesn't even smile or greet me. I had to greet her! Another woman came in for a pick up order and the bartender was rude to her too. It was like everyone was a complete inconvenience for her (the bartender) I ordered my drink and an appetizer. She heard me then started complaining to another employee. She forgot what my drink was and asked again she went and got it. I ordered my food and never got the appetizer because she never put it in. I spoke with a manager and she was very nice and helpful. All the food was perfect and tasted great. I just feel bad for whoever walks in there and the first impression comes from that miserable bartender. Any other staff that I interacted with were nice and pleasant.

This by far, was one of the worst experiences dining out for us. I’ve spent 20 years in the restaurant business. In and out of different levels of food establishments. And the reason why we don’t visit corporate food chains like this anymore. A mistake we can forgive. But poor service is inexcusable. Each of our guest required something they never got the chance to ask for. We had smaller children at the table. Who never got menus. We asked, but when ignored I walked up to the host stand to retrieve. We had to suggest to the server that we needed our order to be taken, which he would be annoyed by. Bread service, while we watched the tables around us enjoy, took well past our drink service. Came out with our appetizers, which we also had to remind the server we’d like because we were never given the opportunity.The appetizers would be the only thing we’d enjoy. At this point we’d ask for things we would like to accompany our meal we’d never see. Another server ran our food and was rude. And at which point we’ll be asked if everything was ok. One minute after being served. And beyond that we weren’t happy with our meals or would’ve liked the opportunities to ask for refills on our drinks and accompaniments for our meals. When given the check, it was thrown at me which I would get a reply of “ oh sorry”. We’d listen to an open kitchen bicker with wait staff. And the tables around us receive better service. Just all around very poor experience. And for the price we paid, a cost I’m not willing to take in the future.

We've been coming here for years and Ted is the best! No matter the day or how busy he always takes enough time to get everything perfect the first time and every time we add anything. We came for Valentines day and got in with a 6 minute wait and we were excited to see he would be our server again. Great night!

Taye the chef is absolutely amazing! Her food is always delicious! Crystal makes the best drinks. We're in here atleast once a month! Literally our favorite spot!

Anyone in the mood for Italian should not pass Carrabbas up! Great portions, great deals, wonderful happy hour specials also. I had the linguine Positano with chicken, and it was phenomenal.

We came here for my 34th birthday with my family and it was my first time. Our server was friendly and the place was great. Food was pretty good and I'd definitely like to come back and try more of the selection.

We were big fan of this place … but the last two visits were well below average. Can we get a Hello ? The hostess never even greeted us . Nor did they even think to say “thanked us for dining with us “ as we walked out. Both (hostesses )young ladies were pretty dis- shuffled in their appearance. No grooming or communication needed here …I guess. The chicken was too salty. The salads were sad & worn out . Our server tried to make nice as we told him of our disappointment with our meal. Try us again “ my friend “ he said . Probably NOT. It was a long drive from Medina. We won’t be back … my friend.

This location has really stepped up. I've been in a couple times before and I've never been as impressed as I was this evening. Our food was absolutely perfect and everything came to the table right on time. Our server Destiny was just as perfect. She made sure everything was as it was supposed to be and went out of her way to include both of my children in conversation about school and their interests and helping them order their own food. She was the best. We will definitely be back again. Great job everyone!

Especially want to commend two wait staff. Ted is always the most conscientious of servers. The most pleasant and the most professional. We’ve had many visits and he has waited on us many times and is always consistently fantastic. This evening especially want to commend Destiny. A very charming and professional waitperson. Went the extra mile. Impeccable service … I felt like a queen.

Was in the area to do a little shopping and wanted something different so I stopped by to give it a try. The atmosphere wasn't bad, and the staff was really nice. My server was Destiny, easy on the eyes, quick on her feet, and just talkative enough to make you feel comfortable without being intrusive. Minor requests about my meal were noted and followed, refills were timely, and food was exactly what I was looking for. I love that she never forgot I didn't want ice, you would be surprised how often that gets pushed to the back of server's minds. Overall, the only thing that could have been better was atmosphere and maybe a bit more wow factor on on the menu, but hey, no place is perfect. Anyways, 9/10, would dine again.

In all honesty, most everyone can cook at home. So my big thing is the service. We have been going here for several years because of the awesome service. Our regular server is Adam T. He is on top of everything. Once he has our order. The drinks and meals just flow almost magically. Adam is so attentive that our drink refills are at our table before we realize they are low. Adam also knows what we usually order. So if I get to talking much with my spouse and forget to order something. It is Adam to the rescue and asks if you want that chicken for your cats, and of course I do. He is so wonderful. We appreciate him greatly. That being said about Adam. We have to say how awesome Ted is as well. Ted's service is equal to Adam's service without a doubt. If Adam is not available and Ted is he is the person to go to also. Ted always stops by to quickly say hi and asks about our well being and day. Which is I find wonderfully engaging. Both of these gentlemen are personable. We adore them both. I have been doing these reviews every time I come here. I just did them on the emails i receive from Carabas. I never thought to do these on Google. So here is my Google review for two of the best servers we have had at Carabas. Thank you, Adam and Ted, for always making us feel like a king and queen.

Absolutely never again. Spent $400 on a catering order over Thanksgiving. Food was given to us incredibly dry. Alfredo sauce was chunky, chicken parmesan was rubber like a boot. The salad was amazing and I ate a lot of it. The following day 7 of the 12 people that ate were ill. The location did refund my money but absolutely horrible experience. The only saving grace is the staff that helped me was incredibly kinnd. Unfortunately, I will never ever be back again.

For the second time, our family celebrated our Thanksgiving Italian dinner at Carrabba's Italian Grill with 20 family members. When I made the reservation I intended to invite 27 people. The Manager, Megan said it would be no problem with a 5:30 dinner time. Megan said they often accommodate large parties. Plus we were able to have separate checks and order from the menu. When we arrived, the table was ready for us and set perfectly. Marie was our Server and she was excellent. She took care of everyone and the food came out hot, delicious and on time. We all had a wonderful dinner and will go again next year. Thank you Carrabba’s Italian Grill. We all loved it.

Never have had too much of an issue with the food or service. Any concerns were addressed promptly by staff, steaks re-cooked, etc. But I have noticed over the last several times that quality is going down to cut costs. Look, I get it, everyone has to cut costs or raise prices to offer the same quality of service. What has happened with my recent order has evidenced that quality is being lowered, period. I ordered for carryout Carraba's Italian Classic Trio. Chicken parm, Lasagne, and Fettuccine Alfredo. What I received was some reheated or microwaved kid-sized lasagne, some frozen chicken patty with cheese melted on top, and some greasy noodles. Chicken parm is never perfectly round. Lasagne if it's made that day doesn't perfectly cut so neatly unless it's been in the fridge or freezer, cut, then heated. Fettuccine alfredo doesn't look or taste like barely greasy, buttered, noodles. This was a bad meal. Bad portions for the price, low-quality food, and didn't meet expectations. I didn't even start eating because I was irritated and used Carraba's website to send feedback, but couldn't send pictures. Finished the meal and was even more upset about the low-quality meal. If I want this quality, I'll go to the frozen food aisle at PetSmart. I've posted my meal picture and the meal's menu picture for comparison.

We were seated in the bar area, pretty much left on our own. The bar tender took our order, and then pretty much went back to the bar. We ordered one of the fall specials. Porch chop with bacon fig jam with caramelized onion. No Bacon, no fig jam and no caramelized onions...Just a ton of black pepper. Even the chicken soup that came with the meal was too spicy to eat! Worst meal I have ever had.

The food is amazing if you come early in the day. The chef is very on point. The waiters,again early before everything hits the fan are amazing. I had my soup, salad, and they came and grated fresh cheese. They were not annoying (big thing) while we were eating. Only negative is the elevator music. Great staff folks!

Excellent experience. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. The waiter was attentive and knowledgeable. Our salad and dinner were absolutely delicious. Prices were great! A++++

This is my second time that I have left the restaurant dissatisfied. I wanted to try again to see if it was going to be better, but unfortunately, it was worse . I ordered a mahi, and it was awful . It had that strong fish taste and sour. Then I ordered dessert to see if it was any good , not really . It tasted like it was made with bad milk. I used to visit Carrabas a lot, but lately, the quality of the food has been deteriorating . Very disappointing 😞

Thia was my first time here. We had a party of 17 for a birthday. Lots of hiccups. The server was really trying his best but we should have had two servers to allow everything to go smoothly. That was not his fault. One moment worth mentioning... we placed drink orders. A member of our party next to me ordered a different drink than I. Both drinks came out looking the same with the same garnishments. We questioned them because they were supposed to be 2 different drinks. We were told they were what we ordered. We each ordered seconds. This time a totally different drink with no garnishments and salted rims came out with a small froth on top. Again, different from the first cocktails we ordered but the other member of our party again had an identical looking drink when though hers was supposed to be a purple passion drink and mine the Sangria Rita. The server went back to find out which was which from the bartender and he came back to declare which was mine and which was hers. We then asked again after tasting them because they did not look or taste like the first cocktails we had. Then it was admitted to us the bartender had messed up our order and made the same drinks. Another member of our party paid an upcharge for asparagus and got burnt asparagus. She asked for it be remade. It didn't come out. She asked again. And then asked for it to be removed after boxes were being brought out and our bills were being brought to the table and she still was waiting on her asparagus to go with the Steak. Oil was spilled on another member of our party's pants leg by the server (he was apologetic) as well as barbecue sauce on the same guy's jacket when the server accidently dropped it behind him. Did I mention the barbecue sauce was for a child's meal and the kitchen said they ran out and couldn't replace it? The initial cocktails ordered were being over filled by the bar so it spilled on us as they were being brought to the table. It was an interesting experience to say the least. The staff seemed friendly but not well versed in serving larger groups. I actually felt bad for our server so seemed to have to wait on another table as well. The Good - tasty calamari and cesar side salad.

Have not been since Pandemic due to many reasons. Went Saturday August 26. So sorry to have gone. Always had great food before but today was not as good as before. Ordered Chicken Bryan and Rosa Maria Chicken dinners... only good thing was the chicken in each dinner. We had the Sicilian Chicken Soup. Way too salty! Ordered Sonja De Chocolata...wow has it gone way downhill. It appears that they are using prepared cold brownies with a bit of weak chocolate mousse and a ton of airy whipped cream, such as no flavor all air. I could not get my fork through the brownie it was so dry and somewhat freezer burned. Going to have to cross them off of the fine dining list. So sorry to say. This was the Tiedeman Road location.

My family and myself went to celebrate Father's day. OMG the food was delicious. With my meal I chose the sausage lentil soup was out of this world. The chicken Bryan was delicious. My daughter had the salad with homemade dressing. She states it was good. We will go again.

Went here last night overall everything was okay but they seemed to be out of things. No angel hair pasta no southern comfort. My mother in law ordered the shrimp and crab florentine but there was no crab in it only shrimp?? Don't usually have these issues here

Been dining here over 20 years and Ted is the best server. So professional and nice. Great service. Restaurant is vey clean but I like the old decor better. New look is too plain/contemporary for an Italian restaurant IMO. Maybe ease up on the pepper in the bread oil and in the chicken noodle soup. Otherwise, everything was delicious as usual.

This has always been one of my favorite places to eat but my most recent trip was phenomenal. I felt like they were hitting on all cylinders. The service was top notch and the food was coming out promptly. You’ll enjoy yourself.

Although our 2 steaks were cooked a little more than the Medium requested, we were very please with our meals. The service was great and the restaurant was clean and pleasant. We got great portion sizes for the money. We will certainly be back again.
