Severely
understaffed.
You
can
tell
it’s
placing
immense
stress
on
the
poor
employees
who
are
trying
their
best
to
keep
up
and
keep
customers
happy.
I
waited
20
minutes
tonight
for
a
pretty
simple
take
out
order
—
2
bowls
of
soup,
a
cookie,
and
drink.
Keeping
customers
happy
is
probably
impossible
anyway
because
food
quality
has
gone
down
incredibly
while
prices
continue
to
soar.
I
paid
$25
tonight
for
a
meal
that
was
worse
than
hospital
food.
I
am
convinced
they
are
watering
down
not
only
the
specialty
drinks
(my
favorite
used
to
be
the
passion
papaya
green
tea
but
the
last
three
times
it
seems
I’ve
paid
$4
for
water
with
green
food
coloring
in
it;
the
taste
I
loved
is
completely
gone)
—
they
are
also
watering
down
the
soup.
What
used
to
be
thick,
cheesy,
creamy,
filling
broccoli
cheddar
soup
has
now
turned
into
runny
vaguely
flavored
sadness.
I
have
been
prompted
by
the
bakery
employee
at
every
visit
to
order
using
the
kiosk
(register
is
almost
always
unstaffed)
—
but
I
am
still
prompted
at
checkout
(while
using
the
kiosk)
to
tip
the
staff????
Pay
your
employees
a
living
wage
and
we
won’t
have
to
tip
them.
Pay
your
employees
a
living
wage
and
you’ll
have
more
people
working
at
your
establishment.
