First they forgot my items from my order and I had to go back to receive them. I come home to open my grill cheese and it looked like this. I’m really disappointed in how difficult this order had to be and how poorly it was made. It’s not like this is a low pay restaurant. Cost a good penny to eat here and I expect it to be better quality than this.

Contacted the store due to my order wasn’t correct and I spoke to the general manager and I explained to her that my food wasn’t correct on there was no spread or the bagel wasn’t toasted . She explained to me that they did everything and I told her I could send a picture of my food because I am at work she repeatedly tried to argue with me as I told her this isn’t my order and only was like I will refund you for the spread . Doesn’t look like a toasted bagel with cream cheese at all .

Just don't go on a Saturday morning. Always understaffed and unorganized. Manager running around yelling for help from employees. I hold a class once a month that I order a tote of coffee for in the app 30 min before arriving. Never once have they had it ready, I am usually waiting 20-30 min after the committed delivery time, for a single tote of coffee!

Ive heard they have great food here, I will say it is definitely edible! The prices though might make you think twice though... The real problem I had is that I ordered curbside and expected to eat later... Fortunately I looked inside the bag before they closed... I ordered two bread bowls and had received only one! I hurried back and was told they were sold out... The staff seemed like this is normal... I'm not bothered by them being out, I'm bothered that whomever bagged my order missed the mistake... This should not be normal. Good food, poor price, worse service...

Don't bother going to this Panera, the staff don't want to be there let alone make your order. I got a turkey avocado BLT. They left off the bacon. Just like they've forgotten something on nearly every meal I've purchased here. I'm done. I can understand an honest mistake but this is a pattern. If I'm paying $14+ for a sandwich there's no excuse not to get it right 98% of the time. Oh and the place didn't even look open (all the exterior lights were off) but I checked the website and they still had an hour left.

I ordered a chicken chipotle sandwich extra chipotle sauce with non of the red peppers. The sandwich literally looks like someone THREW UP ON IT!! THE BREAD WAS SLIMEY, WET AND SOGGY!! THE CHEESE WAS HARD AND THE BREAD IS A BIG HUNK! HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE! I PAID ALMOST $20 FOR MY ENTIRE ORDER!

2 chicken fontaga that I ordered took 45 min almost an hr waiting on the lady who is an assistant manager who didn’t even know the register. The girl dropped one of the sandwiches in the oven .Had to remake it from our knowledge, used the meat from the other sandwich and added it to the other. When I got home the onions from one sandwich was outside the sandwich and there was like 3 pieces of sheared meat. Second sandwich had a piece of onion no cheese a few pieces of chicken and my tomatoes were gross. The services was horrible and to pay 27.01 I will never go back. Very disappointed.

Just the nasty food that looks deceiving! Let me tell you don’t waste your money here! The sandwich was not what they show talk about skimpy! The parfait yogurt tastes like it was left out for hours before they even keeping it cool. The bread was old as can be! The one girl was dropping food on the floor a pick it up like nothing happened…! For the first time to ever eat here and be disappointed I couldn’t believe what I was tasting and received for spending 46 bucks! If I were to be asked by a friend what’s good there I would say absolutely nothing cause that’s what I got a horrible experience for 46 buck!!!

Service slow and indifferent. Omelette stone cold. Oops, it was sitting in the case how long with the warmer turned off? And after exchanging my cold one for a warm one, the staff turned the warmer and kept the ones that had been sitting there how long? So..the omlettes came from the oven warm, sat and got cold, stone cold, then sat on the warmer until being served. Ick. What would be the health department opinion on this?

This location sucks. I ordered a curbside and it was 11 items for a family of 5 and they cancelled the order and sent a refund didn’t even call to let us know. It was sent in an email.. while I was already down the street from the store to pick it up.. I called to confirm why I got the email, and they lied and said Doordash cancelled it. I said it wasn’t through Doordash it was through curbside.. and she said “we’re short staffed it was refunded” but why didn’t you call to inform us first? I get being short staffed.. but being uniformed was worse. Took my business to another location !!

This was my first time at Panera Bread. I ordered online & had no idea what to do once I went in to pick up my order, the people were so nice & helpful. The food was amazing. Even the other customers were extremely friendly. I highly recommend this location

Barely any vegetarian options. They wouldn’t even let me get an egg sandwich to accommodate my dietary restrictions bc it was past the allotted hours for eggs to be cooked. They were upset that I was upset. I just won’t come here again. Haven’t been here in years not sure why I popped in today anyway when I can get an egg sammy from sheets across the street any time of day without attitude.

I hadn't eaten here in a long time. Not a big frequenter of Panera. I got the half turkey sandwich with lettuce, onion, and that spicy mustard, and it was delicious! Very fresh and delicious! The bag of chips that came with it, though, good chips but not that many in the bag. Overall, I enjoyed my lunch thoroughly 😋

Severely understaffed. You can tell it’s placing immense stress on the poor employees who are trying their best to keep up and keep customers happy. I waited 20 minutes tonight for a pretty simple take out order — 2 bowls of soup, a cookie, and drink. Keeping customers happy is probably impossible anyway because food quality has gone down incredibly while prices continue to soar. I paid $25 tonight for a meal that was worse than hospital food. I am convinced they are watering down not only the specialty drinks (my favorite used to be the passion papaya green tea but the last three times it seems I’ve paid $4 for water with green food coloring in it; the taste I loved is completely gone) — they are also watering down the soup. What used to be thick, cheesy, creamy, filling broccoli cheddar soup has now turned into runny vaguely flavored sadness. I have been prompted by the bakery employee at every visit to order using the kiosk (register is almost always unstaffed) — but I am still prompted at checkout (while using the kiosk) to tip the staff???? Pay your employees a living wage and we won’t have to tip them. Pay your employees a living wage and you’ll have more people working at your establishment.

I remember few years ago the awesom deals, the app and how you would randomly get rewards. Really made me feel like panera is close to the heart as my go to. Now the more changes... I just stay away. I just log in to the app and then decide to go with chick fa la. Not sure who the decision makers are. I wish panera goes back to a fun place. Where it's not about business and food. Its about community and a little somthing for people and groups to look forward to come again too. Like this rewards system it changed so much. All those pastries and coffee going cold by the end of the day. Why not give more away to loyal customers. 😄 atleast the team serving at this location s awesome. Courteous and going the extra mile,

The food is great, the service is great. My only complaint is every time I sit down to eat, I have a hard time finding a clean table, and there’s plenty of staff there. I work in the restaurant industry and I know things can get REALLY hectic, but c’mon!

This is, undoubtedly the worst Panera I have ever visited. The staff, it is obvious, has no interest in the customers. My husband ordered a bagel, toasted twice, and it came out a burnt mess! I wouldn’t serve that to my dog. It is pretty obvious the staff doesn’t want to be here. All young people, and the manager is even worse. Save yourself a trip and go someplace else.

I visit this location monthly because an executive board I am on meets here for our monthly meeting in the reserved room space. In general since the pandemic the food quality has gone way down hill and yet prices went up. Every month without fail… When my food order is ready they never have the cup for my drink and I have to ask for it and then get told to go all the way down to the other end to ask for one. There is never any ice available in the fountain drink machine. And the reservable room is not all that desirable. It seems as though the floor, tables and tray stations are never cleaned the night before (we are always the first occupants of the day when we are there). There is only one outlet in the entire room and it is in the very back corner and also extremely loose. That is not exactly useful when you allow this space to be booked for meetings and now-a-days people have laptops with them and need to plug in often times. The bathrooms are never cleaned the night before and tend to have overflowing garbage cans often the bathroom’s smell is enough to almost make you sick in the short time you are in there.

It was my first experience at a Panera Bread today at 1:30, co-workers gave me a $25 gift card for moving, I brought a friend for her birthday. We got full sandwiches, but they were so small, and really had no flavor at all. I mean should have had a signature sauce with some zing, or at least ranch on it, not mayonnaise. I got the Almond Chicken Salad, which was so bland, not what I expected for chicken salad at all. My friend got the turkey bacon and first words out of her mouth were 'I will never come back here.' I would have to agree. (2) small sandwiches and 1/2 a baguette should not have used my entire gift card. And since it did, it should have been memorable and not disappointing. I ended up apologizing to her for having picked her up and taken her there today on her 81st birthday.

My boss ordered everyone food as a reward for our hard work (a bonus would have been cool but, food it is) I got a Baja Bowl with no feta, no Greek yogurt. My boss accidentally chose extra of them thangs. So I took it back up and the staff was so incredibly nice and kind about the whole thing. It was not their fault and yet they replaced it without hesitation. I heart them for life.

Went on a Sunday morning at a surprisingly slow time. It was very calm and everyone was nice. We ordered coffee, a latte, sausage sandwich, souffle and a tulip cookie.

Rapid order did not you through. Manager asked for my prefer, but did not start it. I called the a police officer even through they gave me a small drink for free. I waited and assumed they would complete the order and in would just pay v it never showed up in Google wallet or on the card attached. I was asked to leave and not find back into that location; however, I could other and send my brother in to pick it up. This is the second notice that has discriminated against me.

Haven’t been to this location in a very long time and today I remembered why. While I was waiting for an employee to notice me, the employee finally came up to the order counter and was doing other tasks, looked at me and kept doing her thing. Then another customer walked up and ordered something as I continued to stand there and wait to finally be able to order. Upon getting my order after a horrible start. The food was not good. I paid $17, the only thing that was decent was the green tea. Salad was starting to go bad, yet they still served it, soup was decent but not amazing. Super disappointed with my whole experience & I will be coming back to this location….Never.

The manager did not pack my order correctly. I was told to bring back the order. I did and was basically called a liar as she said she packed the order herself and was certain it was correct. This was a $100+ order feeding 8 people on a work day lunch hour. Although the correct order was remade, this unpolite customer service 'manager' ruined a businesses lunch break while calling me liar. How many businesses waste 2 hours in order to steal a half a sandwich and a tablespoon of soup? None I hope.

I like this Panera a lot. Our orders always get filled quickly and it never feels cramped even when there are a lot of people there in the morning. This may be because it is laid out a little differently than other Panera stores.

I picked up a cup of chicken noodle soup the other day for my sick mother. I paid $7 for a cup of broth a couple of carrots and a few pieces of chicken. Not only were the ingredients skimpy the amount was not worth $7. I was very disappointed. If I could have I wouldn't give the soup 1 star. For a restaurant that specializes in soup many places in this area give better portions and more ingredients than Panera. I won't bother going there again

Went here last night, ordered broccoli cheddar soup, they said we have no bread to go with the soup, said we could have fruit cup, chips or an apple, we said we'll take Fruit cup...they came back and said we don't have the fruit cup, we really didn't want chips or an apple, so we asked could we have a cookie or pastry...the manager said we can't do that....really? Panera bread ran out of bread and you refuse to substitute a cookie, the soup was amazing but your PR could use a little work. The young lady at the counter was very sweet.

Am always a fan of Panera. So just a reassurance that the food I got was still the same taste, quality and right on the money as it's always been to me. Coffee always hits the spot is an added attraction to me these days. Customer service is top notch and accommodating. Keep it going please!!
